Great price, easy website, I managed to ordered the wrong shocks though but Derick and Darren were both amazing! Answered fairly quickly, professional (I didnt have to repeat myself even once) and they took care of sending the correct set and setup a return label. Easy breezy. Got the correct set in a few days later and life is good! Will buy from again and would recommend them.

I ordered a set of Sumo Springs for my truck and determined that they would not work for the application I was intending to use them for. When I first ordered them (7/30/21) they did not say anything about being on back order. The email said the order was filled and they sent a tracking number (8/2/21). For some reason it took a week and a half for the tracking to register and show an estimated arrival date. Once it did the package was there on 8/13/21. I quickly decided to to return them and received a Return Authorization Number on 8/17/21 and had it shipped on 8/23/21. It was only after, that I realized that they requested I send them a tracking number for the return to ENSURE A SPEEDY RETURN. Never in my life have I needed to do this for a return. Well, I had lost my tracking number and could not send it. I sent them an email on 9/2/21 checking on the return and was told on 9/6/21 that unless I had a tracking number they could offer no further assistance. Seriously? I wrote the RA# on the outside of the box in two places and no where in there email did it say it was MANDATORY to send a tracking number back to them, just that it would make things “speedy”. To date, 9/14/21, I still have not received a refund and am currently out $250. Is part of this my fault, yes. But the company sure does make it hard to want to do business again with their lack of communication, orders filled and shipped slowly with the illusion they are on the way and the hoops you have to jump through for a return. I’ll pass on future orders and work with another company with better customer service. This review will also be going to the BBB for their awareness.
Broc was very friendly and helpful with the tech and the order. It’s nice to talk to people that enjoy their job and know their product. This is the second time I have ordered springs from them and I am very happy with the ones I bought for another truck a few years back.
Nice customer service. ordered airbags twice to install with gooseneck but found out neither airbags worked. explained to David what was happening and he took care of us and refunded us. Great customer service and if I needed any other truck springs I would use them again!

I have dealt with S&D Truck Springs for about a decade. They have always been professional and honest. Everyone knows how that past 6 months have gone and the struggles with material pricing going through the roof as well as simply getting you hands on the actual items you need. I tried ordering a set of air bags and a compressor for my truck through S&D. As fast as they would become available they would disappear as this is the way things are these days. Heather Pergram at S&D Customer Service did everything in her power to get me what I needed but was unable to. We tried different models and brands but nothing that would work or cost me a fortune. Heather was great to work with and I appreciate everything she tried to do - it just didnt work out this time and this is not her fault - its just the way things are these days. I will definitely be back to S&D the next time I need to find suspension parts.
I had a great experience with the knowledgeable (and very patient) followingcustomer service representatives, Nick, Brian, and Oscar. They helped me place my order for shocks when I was experiencing phone problems and a charge card issue. They were friendly, calm, spoke clearly, and most of all very patient!
Devin was extremely helpful in steering me in the right direction after ordering shocks that have been discontinued. I was on hold a few times through different steps of making sure what we decided on were in stock and through the refund process but Devin would pop back on to let me know he was still there. My experience with a first-time order of springs -- unavailable in my area -- for Tacoma helper springs was a few grades BETTER than awesome!!! Derrick at SD truck springs exemplifies excellent customer service. I have been waiting on a back ordered item for several weeks. I called looking for options to keep the project moving and to learn why I hadn’t received the item yet. Derrick was able quickly look up my order, find out that the back order was extended several months out by the manufacture and then recommend and locate an alternative product that was in stock and ready to ship. Most call center employees today will just simply tell you that you are out of luck, have fun waiting 3 months on your parts to ship. Not these guys, they went above and beyond and providied options. Researching an air compressor for use with my tow vehicle. Primarily to inflate truck or rv on the road as needed and probably to also add air bags. Heather assisted via chat and I think I have the model needed after viewing the installation document Heather provided. Checking with dealer to ensure warranty is not effected by install and then back to order.

I had to replace an airbag which Firestone no longer makes and he made arrangements for an exact replacement from another company. He was caring considerate and a real human being! Even though Ford made millions of F series over the years, my 2000 7.3 Excursion and 2005 F350 dually are not getting younger, parts are wearing out. I depend on them to transport my family, including a heavy camper on the dually. I won’t trust just any part manufacturer, and they seem to carry the best.
Used online chat and chatted with Mary. Last week to see if they had part that I needed. I was given all the information I needed, very quickly. I then held off ordering to be sure that my mechanic would do the installation and he said yes he would. So came back on tonight and Mary happened to chat with me again. Redirected me to how to order, my order was placed checkout and all went very smoothly. And very happy with the experience. And also that if this is the wrong part, that I can return it, as it is on a 1984 classic vehicle, a motor home. Found this site by google searching for parts for older motor homes. Ordered the wireless one compressor and ultimate 5000 springs. Springs arrived within 4 days but no compressor. Contacted support and Alexander Martin responded with an explanation for delay. No fault of SD Truck Springs and he explained that the wireless one was not available nation wide. He offered me an alternative compressor and has been very helpful. Excellent customer service. Robert King got me taken care of! I ordered some f350 rear springs for my excursion with the hardware and they got here to Oregon very quick. However, they were slightly damaged in shipping. Mr. King got me 25 dollars back and asked it that was satisfactory. I told them $50 would suffice for my time and labor to fix the issues caused by shipping. He was able to get me the 50 and I really appreciate it. Im not a rich guy and these springs were a purchase that was only possible because of President Trumps tax returns. Thanks again guys, cant wait to get these springs put in!

Ordered some springs. Turns out they were on back order. Every single time I called to check on them. After waiting on hold 10 minutes to even speak to someone. I tell them my tracking number and they say ok please hold… then after a few more minutes on hold would hang up on me!! Wasting now 15 minutes and even more when I’m forced to call back numerous times in the same day just to get an answer on my product.Even though the item is on back order I was told by every customer service rep I spoke with that they would personally check into it for me and get back with me on info. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Not to mention every person had a different answer as to where my springs were.If you’re thinking of buying here their are other places out there for you. I don’t really do reviews ever but this place has definitely earned mine by wasting so much of my time.

I placed an order for leaf springs. They sent a confirmation email. And my card was charged for the springs plus quoted shipping price. A month goes by and Ive received nothing. Figured maybe they are backordered like everything else in the world right now. So I emailed the and asked whats up. They replied saying they tried to call me the day after I ordered my parts to tell me the shipping charges were not quoted enough and if I want my parts they will have to charge me more. This is after they hold my money for a month. They didnt leave any messages or send any emails just the one call with no voicemail. buyer beware. I cancelled my order and bought parts elsewhere.

Was looking for an air lift wireless compressor. After researching I found most everybody was out of stock. I looked and sd said it was in stock so I ordered it. What a disappointment when a few days after I ordered I didnt get a shipped notification. I called and they told me it was backordered. Now Im stuck waiting with no clue when it will show up. Just a warning to call and check on stock before you order from these guys!

I ordered a set of air bags and an air pump, a full week ahead of my installation which was scheduled. Received the bags and never got the air pump kit. I contacted David to check on the order. He verified that it wasn’t shipped and said he would overnight it to me. He lied outright. It is scheduled to be delivered after my install date. I paid extra for faster shipping and didn’t get it. This company cannot be trusted to do what you pay them to do.

Bought an item, took more than a week to hear from them that the item was no longer on sale, got am email notifying and telling me to call and a credit for the difference would be applied. Called in an employee I spoke to stated different. Called in again to cancel, person on the phone sounded asleep. Was told I would receive an email with cancel confirmation, never received it and item does not show canceled. Will definitely avoid business with this company and would not recommend it. Spoke to 4 people and only one knew what they where doing.
Placed an order and waited 3 months. Got the shocks elsewhere and asked for a refund as they charged the card for product never shipped. Only got a partial credit for the order. Called again and given the run around about having to wait for the full refund. They have had my money for over 3 months now.Update: Received a call from the company after they read the review and the problem was quickly rectified and money owed put on the card. Thanks to them for fixing the issue.

Absolute worst shopping experience and customer service!! I came to this company believing since they sell only suspension that this would make it easy to order these components for my truck. WRONG! They sent a quote for the bags and compressor that were in stock but 10 min later that was not a fact. I was told there were 60 items available... yeah no... never received the compressor so i cancelled that portion after having a discussion with a supervisor on the logistics and gave them another shot to get this fixed. I purchased the compressor else where only to discover they sold me the wrong springs!! If i could give them a negative 1 star that would be more appropriate . Stay away from this vendor unless you have time to waste!

I ordered a set of airbags for my GMC 2500 and they arrived almost next day. Unfortunately, there was a tiny piece missing in the kit. Doing some suspension repair on my 1978 Toyota. The airbags I ordered have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
