Had a wonderful experience here. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I looked all over the island for a hybrid bike and couldnt find one that wasnt comfort or insanely expensive. I was able to find a Fuji bike that was reasonably priced (and a great color!). I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone looking for a better bicycle and excellent service.

I love this place! He was very nice and answered everything i wanted answered. I dropped my bike off there and also bought a big ripper sticker kit. I am also having a tune up there. Still havent got the bike back yet but i understand because he is very busy but he gets the job done.

Greg, the owner was tremendously patient, highly competent and reflected a rare form of customer relations potency, rarely seen. We purchased very expensive bikes and all the accessories he made happen during COVID.I must say after visiting other shops, he rolls past then in high gear!!!! Thank you!

Still waiting for a bike, but when I emailed I received a phone call back right away. They can’t control inventory and that was made crystal clear when I put the deposit down. The shop is honest and communication is excellent!

I ordered an SE bike from Greg on 10/8 for my sons birthday which was on 12/4. When visiting the store the first time, during their posted business hours, we saw a small sign in front saying that all visits are by appointment only, and when we knocked on the door, the employee inside told us they were closed and to email for an appointment. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next week, and arrived to find a line of kids having minor repairs done to their bikes. We waited over an hour for our “appointment” and ordered and left a deposit for a new white and blue 2021 26” SE Blocks Flyer. I was concerned we may not have the bike on time and asked when he expected the bike may be in. He explained we were number 5 on his list and were given an estimate of 3-5 weeks for delivery. I understand they are at the mercy of SE Bike Company, but over the last 3 weeks, I have emailed for status of our order and have received the same, terse one line responses repeating the same thing each week. Today, after calling SEVERAL times(it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone), I finally got Greg on the phone and was told that some of the new 2021 bikes have not even been manufactured yet and that he couldn’t give me an estimate as to when the bike would be in. We didn’t request a 2021 bike(we didn’t even know there were new models coming out!), this is what Greg told us would be available the soonest. Why direct your customers to purchase a bike that you can not deliver? My sons birthday has come and gone, and now I highly doubt this bike will be here in time for Christmas. It is too late to order it from any other bike shop and hope to receive it in time, so I am stuck hoping the bike will magically appear. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Very knowledgeable group of people. Fair pricing on quality bikes and parts. This is the only place my boys ever ask to go to. They are always treated with respect, not talked down to or tried to sell thing they dont need. So happy to have found a well rounded shop with old school service!

Just bought a bike from this spot today! Well actually yesterday. I liked the Fuji Adventure but ended up jumping up a model to the Fuji Nevada One 9. Awesome bike! Greg, the gentlemen who helped me out was extremely knowledgeable! Would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family.His prices are BELOW what other bike shops have too. Same model bike I saw in his shop was $50 more at another bike spot.

I went in October to purchase a SE big ripper bike-i left them 600$ down payment ! I was told it was on back order, they told me around Christmas time it should be at the shop we are now going into March and still no bike ! -and they never answer their phone - horrible customer service im to the point where Im going to file appt with better businesses bureau Ive had it - they take your money and cannot deliver !!stay away. ! I believe they lie to you- take your money and due to the high volume of frustrated customers that try calling for their bikes -they refuse to answer and own up to their decietfulness! absolute worst place to buy a bike!!!!

Never write reviews but after reading this happened to someone else felt it was necessary.Ordered a bike 12/2 for my son. Was informed the bike he wanted would not be in until Feb. checked in at the end of Jan since we never heard anything not even a status update. Told he was 10th in line. Checked back yesterday and told he was 11th in line. Frustrated and concerned so I emailed again. Apologized and said he was 10th. The bikes come in weekly so it should be soon. The guy also said he doesn’t know why anyone said Feb because they don’t know when they’ll get bikes.After speaking to my husband when I got home from work who ordered the bike this is what I found out.He was 10th on line on 12/2 too. Which means the bikes obviously don’t come in weekly or it seems like this guy is just lying. The person who sold the bike did say end of Feb but thought it wouldn’t be that long since my son was the only one on the list who ordered a yellow so cal flyer.I’m so angry and feel this shop lies to get you to purchase bikes. Now they have my deposit and I have no bike. My son is so upset and to makeIt worse his friends ordered bikes from this shop back in Dec and got them already. And now I have to start looking elsewhere as well to see what other shops can do. So disappointed in this shop and lack of communication and honesty.

Went there looking for a crankset for my sons bicycle.I ended up with the right part,excellent service and price.As far as for people leaving bad reviews try calling and reading signs on door.we are living a different life these days.these guys are great will go back for any other needs i have.

Dropped off my bike to get a part fixed, I asked how much the price would be I was told 50$. We pick up the bike and we were rung up 80$. We asked why the spike in the the price “you told us 50” the owner told us “the estimate was parts only labor is separate”. I’ve never heard of an estimate being parts only. Shady type of customer service. We won’t be back. Plenty of other good bike shops around.

Greg is some sort of magical bike wizard. I needed something light, quick and sturdy for commuting to work. I could not be happier with his recommendation, it fits my needs perfectly. I love it so much I’ve been making excuses to ride it. One hundred thumbs up 👍

My son and I were looking to buy road bikes. We were driving between job sites and were lucky to stumble across this shop. We went in to see what they had to offer. We met Greg who knows everything about bikes. Hes amazing. They have a great selection of every type of bike imaginable. We told him we would be back the following day to choose our bikes. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the bikes we were looking at. The shop was extremely busy, but he took his time with us and we ordered our Fuji bikes. The bikes were delivered on the day he said they would be. He then spent quite some time fitting both of us to our bikes. As a business owner I always feel excellence should be acknowledged. This shop and the people that work there are outstanding. You will leave with confidence that you made the right choice.

Went in on a Sunday to buy a tube the place is a cluster f. There where a few people already there and one guy pipe dreaming. The guy in the shop was helpful but people just kept coming in after being jumped in line twice and 25 minutes in I left. HIRE SOME STAFF AND GET ORGANIZED YOUR BUSINESS WILL THANK YOU!

Great place, stopped in on a whim. They dont turn on their open sign or need a new one I thought they were always closed until I pulled into the lot anyways. Opened the door and my jaw dropped. Havent been to a bike shop like this in my entire life... great tire inventory, great tool inventory, great parts, accessories and a lot of bikes. Staff was great and helpful. We found Suffolk pro online and saw the great reviews so we decided to give them a try. We met Greg who knows everything about bikes. He spent a lot of time explaining the differences in the bikes really knew what he was talking about.The price he gave my bf to repair his bike was fair for everything that was done. Such as replacing the new chain cassette and new tires and a few other things. The repairs were fast and took no time at all, only a few short days. I was also in the market for a new bike at a really good price. Greg showed me all the bikes and recommended the Fuji. He has a broad selection of high quality bikes for everyone. The Fugi bike I bought had everything I needed to ride the advanced trails. FIt also looks great if I may add.Greg’s service was top notch. Says open at 10 am on Sat. Didn’t open the front door till 10:45. One guy working with two kids in the back. The other employee said he was only there to throw out cardboard. When I asked the older worker he rudely told me to “Read the small sigh on the front door Appointment only”If it’s appointment only don’t have 10am-6pm on your website or on Google. Never going back there.

I really like this shop. They special-ordered the non-standard sized tires my bike takes and they keep them in stock now for me. When my bike needed expensive repairs, they worked with me so I could pay it in installments before they started the work.

Pre ordered a bike from here for my son that wasn’t supposed to come in until the end of July beginning of August. Got the call two days ago that the bike was already in way sooner than expected and they were scheduling pick up times. We had the bike by 5pm same day put together and my son was in love with it! The staff there is incredibly helpful. They explained everything to us about getting tune ups and how much tire pressure the bike should always have. Things that a 13 year old wouldn’t think about but now he knows. Highly highly highly recommend this store when looking to purchase a bike, get one fixed or just need accessories they will help you with it all!

I call few times they did not picked up the phone. I email to them to make an appointment. They send me reply first come first serve. I took my bicycle to them my mother was a senior person with me. He did not fix by bicycle and saying you have to leave. I said bring next time make me an appointment please. My mother requested him to fix today we will wait. We well bring next time. He said no and he did not respect to senior person. Instead he said I am nice to you still and was kind of rude to desi community. I believe we are desi so his attitude was different than other customers. I read the reviews so I went. My trip was useless I took my bike back to home. I will search someone other Store that will fix my bike in front of me.Thank you

Probably one of the best bike shops ever service is great and took about three minutes before I got my bike. If you buy a bike you get free tune ups and the bike shop has bikes you won’t if not u can order them online and they will set it for u .

I am a senior citizen who hasnt ridden a bike in many years.I went to many bicycle shops on long Island to inquire about getting started.I am happy to say that a young fella named Steve and his brother spent time with me to make me understand the differences in bikes and what to look for.I am now anxiously awaiting delivery and highly recommend this shop.

They do not do walk-in business these days and you have to make an appointment.

Called and confirmed they had part I needed, was told to come in down open until 6, I get there door is locked no answer on the phone at least 2 different employees see me at the door and just walk away. Waited 10 min. Would not use again.

Nice place and good service. Had a tune up here and my bike was riding real smooth as opposed to one I had in smithtown where my bike felt the same as when I took it in. Would definitely recommend.
