My wife and I went there out of curiosity, not really thinking we would find anything for our basement reno. Lo and behold, we find a Marvin exterior door, extra wide at 42 inches, for our basement exterior entrance, and at half the price of retail. Someone donated a $1600 door, and we gladly paid $800. I hope to donate any good furniture I cannot use to pay it forward. We met nothing but wonderful staff.

This place is a great option to collect material for your next project. Its hit or miss on selection so you shouldnt go there expecting to find anything. The have everything from furniture to building supplies. Ive gotten a few items from there that I have upcycled or intend to, lol.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ReStore. I went in to pick up this fabulous vintage inspired tub I bought from their online shop. Shak was a great help with the online shop. And had to look around the store and fell in love with something else. I have shopped here since moving to Suffolk from Queens in 2008. I have renovated my own houses and houses for sale. I usually stop in several times a week when I have a project going on or coming up to source products. If you see something you like you better buy it, it will be gone as you walk through the store. The staff is great, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you 😊👍

Love the premise of reuse and to support Habitat for Humanity but I find that the prices here for the used donated items are quite high and the quality is below average. Did buy beautiful and unique tiles here for my bathroom renovation. Its a hit or miss place.

My husband and I love the restore! Its always the first place we check for renovation, furniture etc. We follow them on Facebook for discounts and now use thier online store. Staff is friendly and helpful and always make you want to come back. Great for those on a budget for any remodel or project.

Its important for us to realize that we should not throw things away when it can be re used by someone else. The vision for this type of business is amazing

I purchased many building and household items from them a d on when I go back to get my merchandise something is always missing. One time painting went missing I had to take a lesser quality one. Another time they changed a washroom sink for a h quality. And, another time they make me left a bathroom overhead cabinet because they must have placed it in a separate area from the rest of the things I purchased and even after I beg the to look for it the supervisor; a young man insisted that that was I never had it. I left with the rental truck. Several months later a lady call and inform me that my item was there. She told me that I could get it when i could because of the far distance to travel to get it. I went there approximately three weeks ago and the lady who called me about the item was fired and the man that refused to give me the items is the new manager. He continues to be rude, neve looked for the item, refused to refund my full amount of money I paid for the item and when I posted he asked me to leave the store and not to return. Another co-manager came to my rescue had offered to give me $50.00 store credit. I told him thanks for his interventions but I would wait for them to call and tell me that they found the item or I bring them my receipt and get my full amount of money back. I havent gone back there yet because of my workin hours and the distance. The hike up the price of the kitchen cabinets.

The staff goes out of their way to make your pick up easy, efficient & as safe as possible. If all businesses were this proactive in ensuring a positive customer experience the world would be an infinitely better place.

I heard this would be a good place to go to renovate a house on a budget. I dont know if it was just this particular time but they had little to nothing available in the way of Quality Furniture, nothing at all for kitchens. The prices were not very good considering the quality of the items in that everything is used. They didnt have anything very good in stock and we left unimpressed.

Quality furniture at a terrific price. Staff is tremendously helpful, lovely and accommodating. Cant wait to go back!

I dont think people who come here realize that all the workers are volunteers and work very hard to try to make a difference.I have been blessed several times herewith some purchases I need it for my home that would have otherwise been Out Of reach financially.If you see something you really want I recommend dont wait till the next day because it may not be here things come and go everyday quickly.

I got to meet the E-Commerce specialist Shak in the store & he showed me around . He took time to show me the amazing online store they have, This is so amazing! Shak also explained how every purchase goes to a great cause helping families all over. I encourage anyone who donates to do so through the habitat! This just blessed my day!

I come here often. This place is amazing to walk through. I always find something I could use. They sell everything from finials to tile windows doors and everything. Check them out and the money they take in they help others what more could you ask for.

Ok, prices were ok

Habitat for humanity is an excellent resource for somebody trying to improve their home on a tight budget. The stock changes on a constant basis and its rarely the same from week to week. The time you spent looking around there will yield enormous savings and often times higher quality materials for your next project. The volunteer staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and all proceeds go to an excellent charity. Enjoy!

We went for a front loading washing machine. We had great luck here in the past. We found a really nice one. Brought it home and, unfortunately, it didnt work. We brought it back and with the store credit got a top loader. Not my favorite, but its cleaning our clothes as I type. So, its a happy ending. By the way, everyone who works there is really friendly and helpful.

Place sells building materials for a decent discount and all proceeds go to charity. Everything used to be discounted at a good enough rate to make me drive out there. They opened the place up a bit and now think that some of the stuff they sell is made of gold. Still worth the stop if Im out that way. Its a hit or miss type of place. And the website is never really up to date.

What a wonderful place !! Did a online order for a beautiful safe, I was super surprised on how cheap it was for how nice this safe was !! But besides the safe the staff was super nice and fast ! Not like most places where u gotta wait ! shaq was great ! The process was easy and smooth ! can’t wait to order more items in the future ! Thanks again habitat for humanity !

Cool spot. Never no what you will find. Generally builders donate left over supplies after finishing big contracting jobs. I picked up shelves for my bathrooms which matched the vanity I have exactly. You must buy when you see them. What ever they have at the moment is all they have. Very responsibly priced. Highly recommend. Great stop if you have a few minutes to kill. I always stop when I am in the area.

I’m very disappointed in the service in the establishment, I’ve been going to the store for around 5 years I have an account with them as well. This is the first time that I’ve had an associate treat me with such disrespect.Antoinette was telling me I couldn’t buy a box of handles because other customers rip open the boxes and take out pieces, I insisted and told her I was going to buy the entire box, instead of just saying ok she then questions me if I knew how much each piece is.. I’m sorry but I don’t think shaming someone for money is ok, I told her I didn’t care how much it was, I had the box in my cart which means I’m going to buy it. She then goes to get Jaime the manager and Antoinette then starts searching the box I bought vigorously not maintaining 6 ft of social distance which I find really rude being searched especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The manager was standing right in front of all this and didn’t say a word about it and Told us the price and walked away and allowed Antoinette to treat costumers like that.

They used to have competitive prices that were far more reasonable. Now Theyre all along the same price at Home Depot. And Home Depot you have a warranty.

This place is great. They offer everything from light fixtures to carpets. Many people shop here so the good stuff doesnt last long. They have beautiful tables and kitchen cabinets. Mirrors, glassware, bedframes, random stuff. All prices are on point. I tell everyone about this place, highly recommend!

I have been a user of this store for a long time. The store is getting worse and worse. This applies to customer service, pricing and product. What makes me more skeptical and disappointed is quality of management. This store manager Glenn is very rude and extremely incompetent.

A very interesting place, if you are looking for anything they may have it. You just need to make sure you have your walking shoes on as you will be walking the entire store to find anything in specific. There stock changes very frequently so keep checking back if you didnt find what your looking for the first time.

Nice place to donate usable items and materials for them to sell to help them raise funds to build housing for deserving lower income families. President Jimmy Carter STILL helps them and other volunteers build houses (so Ive heard).

Everything was donated and financially is a win win for all involved.The costs are low for customers, tax donations for the business owner with left over product, Habitat for Humanity is able to build homes for those in need. This store is mostly just good for windows and doors. The workers are no help and most are rude/cold and they tend to overprice the items they know are nice or new. Every now and again youll find a good item but unless you live close by then driving up there isnt ideal.

Good staff, friendly. Large selection, but the prices are silly. Ive been here about 10 times, Ive never bought anything and I am in remodeling and construction. The prices should be cut to about 70% lower than they are. Then maybe they wouldnt have to pay for such a large space. Seriously, the prices are silly.

Habitat For Animals I respect the cause not the staff. Save your time and waste a little extra money and go somewhere else. I had an unacceptable experience today. I came in early and tried paying to pick up an item later I asked a staff member and they told me to speak to the manager at the front counter. I waited standing behind the counter to be called since the manager was talking with an employee. Manager did not acknowledge me. I left since I couldn’t get attended to return an hour later with my truck so I could pick up the item. Went back to the showroom saw the piece I wanted still there, was taking final measurements only to be approached by another nasty staff member and even more nasty customer come and tell me that the piece I was literally in front of taking measurements of, the same piece I attempted to pay for earlier but was not given the opportunity too was hers. Ridiculous save your time.

This is an awesome place to get used and new items for your house or business if your going to be doing improvements to it,they have lots of things that are in almost new condition and at a great price.

It was exciting to know Habitat for Humanity accepts furniture drop off on Saturday. Most of other donation places are only open very few hours during weekdays.
