Been coming to this location for a while now and its always super clean and well stocked for the most part. The store manager and the cashiers are all super helpful and polite except for one cashier. Cliff has always had an attitude, be it with his co-workers, his customers, or even his manager. Very quick to rush you out the door, slams on his register screen when it doesnt work, and overall very nasty. I cant see myself coming here very often in the future if hes going to be on shift. Ill gladly bump the rating up to a five star level if this gets rectified.

The cashier that was there today Sept, 16th at 1 oclock this afternoon was very king and pleasant. All the cashiers on any given day usually are but she was exceptional.

Has a decent selection of items and the staff are very polite

To Marici Andrae your review is an actual Joke. You see I answered the phone when you called to ask for My Name so I remember the day well. I know for a fact nobody approached me about not wearing a mask because My District Manager Regional Manager and VP were all in the store there is no way possible I could be parading around the store with no mask on with all of those people in my store. The fact that you said u approached me and so did other people is a total lie. My mask is on at all times the only time it isnt on is if im outside or taking a drink which im entitled to do. So next time you review a store Dont Lie for Effect speak the truth. Have a nice day

Be Warned! The workers at this location dont wear masks!We went here today and witnessed an employee by the name of Lisa (Older white Female) parading around the store proudly with no face covering. My wife and a few other customers made comments about it and still she ignored. With a pandemic going on and Cases spiking on Long island this unacceptable!!

This is a great store and great location

Will never shop there again. Everything was overpriced compared to other retailers. And their customer service is TERRIBLE. Sale signs in all the wrong places. Saw signs for sales that had expired days ago still up. And some signs were just plain stuck in the wrong places. Wanted to buy 2 items that had a big sign right over where they were hanging that said Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. Brought them to the register just to be told they were not on sale. Mentioned the sign, and was rudely told they were not included in the sale even though they were directly under the sign. Fine. I said just take them off my purchase, I dont want them. Get home to see I WAS CHARGED FOR THEM ANYWAY EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT BUY THEM!!! HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE CASHIER DIDNT APOLOGIZE AT ALL.

This store was always my favorite for cleaning supplies, sheets, towels, small rugs, storage bins, pet supplies, underwear, clothing, seasonal items and other cool stuff for the home BUT ITS EVEN NICER NOW SINCE THE STORE WAS RE-DONE! It looks great and now everything is in order and the shelves are neatly stocked.

I usually have a nice experience when shopping there but today there was an employee there who seemed to be bothered when I ask him to help me find something instead of moving and showing me where the item was he just yelled through the store yea its right down there I could not find it and he stayed where he was and said well its over there..... Very disappointed how lazy people are

People are very nice, but store has stupid policies. Cannot purchase a gift card with a credit card and text they sent me with a $5.00 could not be used. Claim phone number did not match. Would not let cashiers put it through. Guess scam to get into the store. Not employees fault.

Is good but in this area they dont give shopping bags to protect the environment.

Very unprofessional cashier working today it’s Monday, September 16, 2019 7:32 PM the female cashier is on a FaceTime call as she rang up 4 customers. She doesn’t place your change in your hand she doesn’t greet hello she needs to be to be retrained. ASAP.

Shopping st Lake Ronkonkomas Family Dollar is always a pleasure. The store is very clean and organized and the cashier is very helpful and friendly.

You can find some good deals here on random items, but they dont have the greatest selection so if you need something specific be prepared to make more than one stop.

This store has a lot of food items on the shelf past their experation date so be careful. The store is just average at best,nothing special and the prices arent good either. This store is the worst.They are cheap and keep the heat turned OFF in the winter too.Don’t expect any help from the staff they are USELESS!

Very good prices compared to other stores. Just dont ask for cash back when using a debit or credit card...theres a 1.25 cash back fee.
