Absolutely filthy. By far one of the most mismanaged Dollar Tree stores Ive ever been to. I would have given 1 Star, but they had a few items that other DT locations dont. That being said, Id recommend other DTs over Ronkonkoma.

Meh. Maybe it was a bad day for this location. Just a mess. Products on the floor. Improperly placed. Dirty. Disappointed. Also overall it looks like products have gotten very small. It could be that the entire dollar tree line of stores may be closing 😐

I was in Supermarket mgt 45 years !! Dollar Tree employees are very nice. Unfortunately, its Corporate with their payroll nonsense, cut the hours,etc. Theres hardly any help in their stores because they suck to work for !!!!

Anything that you need for a dollar you can find here, from food, cleaning supplies, car accessories, party supplies, etc.

To the guy that rated this store a one star because he showed up on Thanksgiving ten minutes before they closed and the doors were locked. you said yourself, you saw the sign that they posted the entire week stating the hours. So why did you choose to not show up earlier? You chose to show up ten minutes before they closed. ITS THANKSGIVING! your lucky they are even open in the first place, everyone should be home with their family and friends. God forbid the employees want to spend Thanksgiving with their family. The world doesnt revolve around you.So I give this store 5 stars because they were open on Thanksgiving

Corporate cannot afford to employ more cashiers more freight workers and more people on the floor. The store is given a set amount of hours per week divided by the employees. Its not enough hours for the foot traffic that comes through the store. So because of this corporate issue the lack of hours and staffing may result in a messy store and long lines.Every Employee is entitled to either a ten minute break or a 30 minute break, I think it is extremely rude when customers demand the employee to work off the clock for free.These employees are both friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile if they can. These employees are working extremely hard to satisfy the demands of corporate and the customers even though they have a complete total lack of resources such as hours and staffing.

It’s 3:50 been here for 10 mins trying to see where the employees are and their hiding so they can leave early! Then screams at me and another guest who was clearly just reading the sign they had posted all week that they are open until 4 pm.

Had what I wanted and quick check out.

Place was cozy and the staff is marvelous they just need a little bit more merchandises. I cant wait to go back because the price is perfect.

Extremely dirty!! Floors filthy and shelves are like a tornado hit them. Disgusting!!! Not going there anymore!

Fantastic customer service and close to home. I came for some Super Bowl snacks and that was a good, affordable decision. They have these thin, quick-microwaveable pizzas that you can stack in your freezer. I found this to be a perfect option when Super Bowl eating required a much simpler strategy than strategic plays on the gridiron.

I dont think that theyre deserving of a 3.8 ⭐ rating, for me its more so deserving of a 2.5 - 3,25. Just my opinion

Its dollar tree... But everything was pretty much organized and the cashier was friendly.

Usually has a great selection.. nice workers.. only complaint is tasty you cant take the carts out of the store. When you have more than 4 bags, its a joke trying to carry everything

Staff are nice but store always looks a mess and usually lines on check out. Cant beat the price on certain items so I can deal..

Plenty of easy access parking. Convenient location to Farmingville and Ronkonkoma. Nice variety of items. Everything is $1.00. 👍

My father, who uses a walker, and I were on line for 4 or 5 minutes when the cashiers decided to turn off her light and close, forcing my father to get on the end of another ling line. Wouldve been rude to anyone but worse to an 82 year old with a walker

Simple $1 store, chaotic but worth it.

Went here to shop on Saturday 11/3/18 about 7pm and the store was a disgusting mess.Boxes of unopened merchandise littered the aisles. So crowded with goods you couldn’t shop. The woman working didn’t know how to operate the register properly, a real disgrace. From now on will go to Lake Grove location. It’s properly managed!

I wouldnt come here for items that need to be used on a daily basis but its the best place to come for wrapping paper and gift bags!!

Always a long line, but the deals are unbeatable. I get a lot of party supplies here.

I wish it was bigger, the aisles are a bit messy but everything is pretty easy to find. Great store, really nice people.

Sometimes they have bare shelves with trolleys of unpacked boxes clogging the aisles. However, when the stock 8s on tye shelges, this store is great!
