I ordered an ice cream shake It had no flavor it was all ice my girlfriend ordered a hot fudge sundae no fudge ice cream was very bland seems like theyre cutting back to save money will never go again

I ordered the largest cake with a picture on it totaling to 65$ I picked the cake up 1 hour before the party and when I got there, my daughters name was spelt wrong! They tried to fix it and it looked horrible and they still charged me full price!!
