Recently went here to get some dress shirts initialed for my best men as wedding gifts for being in the party. After sending pictures with placement and descriptions they proceeded to run 7 shirts in the wrong spot. After calling and confronting the error, I was told oh you didn’t check them when you picked them up?I requested a refund for the error in addition to compensation to a ruined shirt, which I didn’t receive a response for....Attached photo of ruined shirt where they ran a embroidery on the wrong sleeve.
