How come it takes FedEx 14 hours to get a package from the UK to NY and then two days to get it from the 20 miles from Ronkonkoma to house?I originally asked for it to be dropped off at a Walgreens but the driver claims that the Walgreens was closed at 4:47pm..Really??When I called to see what was going on. I was told that at 8:30pm it was on the truck in Ronkonkoma for delivery later in the evening.even I know that they are not delivering anything that late...another lie.So glad I paid extra for international priority shipping!

Nice experience. No long lines to wait on. Maybe because we went around 1:00? Only 1 clerk on duty to help us. But it was quick and painless to ship our package. Seems like theyre still observing Covid precautions, which is something I like very much.

The people were nice but my boxes showsed upbroken busted and few item were smashed heres boxes smashed not using them again

The staff is great and helpful at this location however Im giving 3 stars because of the company I had a package that was sent priority overnight and wasnt delivered yesterday when it was sent on Thursday and the customer service representatives barley understood what I was saying and they always give bad information. If the customer service rep says you can pick up your package call where they say first as the facility may not be able to get it FedEx has gone downhill and are very unreliable

Always ruins my deliveries. I didnt know my package would be going through FedEx because i ordered off amazon. I was dissappointed when i foundout because theres always an issue. Seems they hire anybody to be a Fed Ex driver, they might not read well since they always drop packages off at the wrong house, or not at all. They failed to deliver my package yesterday, and i called today and apparently its not ready to be picked up. Pathetic organization.

I went to the store today, but their customer service is very inconvenient. First the lade on the front asked me if I have account, I said no. But when I saw my shipping cost is very high, she said it happened because I dont have account. I shipped my products to the same address several times from other locations and they charged me 5-7 dollar. But she did 18 dollar. She didnt open my account because she already typed and cant do it again! What kind of customer service is that. She was very rude to me as well. Just because my shipping cost was high and I asked her to give me the minimum option. She recorrreted my words with a bad attitude. This was my first time in this location. Never go there again. Never seen such bad approach to the customer.

I read it around in my house today for a package that I was expecting. At 4:00 p.m. I went outside and discovered that a note was left on my door that indicated I wasnt around. I checked my cameras and saw that the delivery driver came up to the house, left the note at the door and then walked away without ringing the doorbell or knocking on my door. They didnt even have a package in their hand. the note said that I could pick up my package at the FedEx facility at 7:30 p.m. I went to the FedEx facility at 7:30 p.m. and it was closed. I am not happy.

Very bad customer service and extremely rude. I went to find out about a package. The lady had no patience and was on a bad mood. She end up being stormy, unable to help. It was an extremely bad service, not again with FedEx.

This location is amazing! I missed the driver and went to the store got there after they closed, I asked a driver if he could help me and he said give him a minute ... After a few mins he returned and said go to the front door someone will come and help you. I went to the door they reopened the lobby just for me and i happily received my package! They are above and beyond helpful! Truly the best customer service Ive ever received anywhere A++++!

They never ring your doorbell and leave stickers on your door. Then the next day they take forever to deliver your package especially when they give you a scheduled time but never come on the time. UPS is better!!!

I was supposed to get 2 packages from FedEx today. One from Bohemia which came fine, and the other from you idiots. Guess which one never got delivered because of your lazy delivery drivers? Leaving a package on a main road in an apartment complex is the best way to get something stolen, which is exactly what happened.Thanks FedEx!

If I can give it no stars I would they are so unprofessional waiting for a transplant medication and they never knocked on my door or rang on the doorbell if they can’t do their job correctly then hire someone who can !!!!!!!! Called fed ex said they were going to call the delivery driver and call me back in 10 minutes it’s been half an hour and nothing this is a very important medicine but it just sucks that since is not them they don’t care!! UNPROFESSIONAL

I would give zero stars if I could. I understand these are trying times but the woman behind the counter was so unbelievably nasty and impatient. I am unfamiliar with how to ship with FedEx and she offered little help. Her behavior with other customers was the same. Shameful that I had to take my packages and leave.

Clean, simple, and not crowded when I went to pick up my package around 6pm (they closed at 7 that day). Ive had to pick up packages a few times before, and everytime was the same: No waiting; courteous agent that quickly retrieves the package; and quiet/clean environment.

Old fashioned and slow. Lots of paperwork to do unlike other fedex facilities.

Day after day, time after time Federal Express drivers delivering to our Yaphank, NY facility consistently block our company parking places with their delivery vehicles preventing employees from entering, or leaving, their company parking space until the Federal Express drivers have completed their delivery. When this problem is brought to their attention they get nasty.

Customer service sucks!!! On May 28 at 2-3pm, I stopped by the store wishing to ship three packages using companys cooperation Fedex account. The lady in the store had really bad attitudes (or some short temper issues), and tried to educate me I should fill shipping information electronically on line by myself, so as I have shipping labels ready in the store. Well.... Thanks for telling me how I do your job for you. I am not using my personal Fedex account, and I am not the companys cooperation personal that has access to the account.Whoever the manager is in this ship center, should fire that lady. I would give zero star if I could.

This feed ex is a total pain in the my butt. They almost always make me come there to pick up packages. When shipping out they cant give back change so you need exact cash to ship out things or you wont get any money back. I cant stand this place or the customer service there.. very annoying.

Called FED EX # long story short customer service sucks!!! spoke to a girl named melissa asked for a I.D # just in case I had to refer to who I was speaking to if I had to call back, well they can only give there names so after trying to schedule a pick up so she said she completed I asked her when package is picked up do they leave a receipt?....I asked that question atleast 10 times in ENGLISH but she didnt understand what I meant, I asked for a supervisor I was left on hold hung up called back anyway I could not complain about the agent because there was no way of tracking her down FED EX needs to change that because the agent never even scheduled my pick up...maybe because I asked for a supervisor !Hope I never have to use this service or call back again.

Went to this location twice to retrieve a package. First time I was waiting for 45 minutes and the worker said they couldnt find my package and said it would be redelivered to the house and just to wait. After waiting as long as possible for the package I had to go to work. Due to work I cannot get to this location during the week 10/2 was the last attempted delivery after going to the location for a second time today my package was returned to shipper yesterday. Awesome experience with fedex yet again. Dont hold the package at least through the weekend for the working class just send it back 3 days after attempted delivery that requires a signature.
