Was just in there and the girl behind the counter did not greet me and the store looked horrible. It was difficult to find stuff and no one offered help. The girl behind the counter with the orange hair looked unbothered and had her head phones in the whole time. I ended up leaving and going to the store in carney where the service was a lot better and was much cleaner. Will not be returning to this store.

I’ve come to this store on more than one occasion and they have been closed during business hours.

Said that my refund would hit back in 3 to 5 days. And I had to take the initiative to contact them to get told that I had to come back in to get the refund 6 days after the fact. This is THE WORST Sallys I have ever been to. And if not for another store manager being very helpful I would of never came back.

I went here in the 24th may (9:45am). The cashier was a white old lady who was extremely racist. She greeted every other white people but stare at us (but thats not it). While we were choosing what things to buy, she came running and took the picture of us from every corner. It was so frustrating and was about to sue her. Then again, I felt pity towards her. She was so old and looked like she was about to die. but was still working minimum wage job. Even GOD says what you do to others, comes back to you. I think because of your nasty behavior, GOD didnt gave you a successful life like others.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this needed to be left. This past Friday I went to this location because after I bleached my hair, it was massively yellow and orange. I walked in to two of the friendliest faces and people Ive ever met in retail. And I should know because I currently work in retail. One of the women, I cant remember names very well, took me straight to where the toner was. When I explained to her what I wanted to do to my hair, she knew exactly what I meant. She told me of a toner and additive that would get me my desired hair color. She saved the day! Im not sure who she is, but she saved my hair from looking like a cartoon. Thank you! Love this location.

They were pleasant and helped me with everything I needed even after going back twice in 15 minutes to get the right product

The manager is so rude. I go here alot because its my local sallys and everyone is so welcoming but when she sees me she says youre dying your hair AGAIN?! Then she say your hair will fall out like no leave me alone

WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN . After several years of being harrassed by staff with aggressive and offensive attitudes as to how they can help me, and if I need any help in order to deter shoplifters, I have decided that I never want to step foot in this place again- its not worth the aggravating assault, every single time. I am 30 years old with a professional license- I am not going to risk my career over shoplifting, yet salleys employees are somehow unable to differentiate between the adolescent shoplifting crew and everyone else. I cannot even look around for a minute without TWO staff members ganging up on me with their harrassing investigative approach, which is meant to intentionally scare people away from their store. The last time i went, I had 2 employees IGNORANTLY stare at me after spending a minute to look at hair conditioners. An employee approached me and refused to leave until I picked the can of hairspray I wanted. I ended up buying the WRONG freaking item because I was rushed, and I didnt bother to return it because of the hassle.

Went in for Barber supplys they dont have much guess I will order on line.

Always have what I want plus more, clean, stocked shelves and salon quality materials. Only downside is you cant rely on staff for advice.
