Cashier likes to charge you extra $3.99 for a game warranty without asking if you want it. Make sure you read your receipts. Not gonna mention a name but whenever I buy a game here and a particular guy is working, he tacks on $3.99 for a protection warranty without asking if you want it. Hes done it 3 times to me so far. After this third time I went back and told him I wanted a refund because hes been ripping me off on all of my purchases. He knew he was caught. I didnt even finish my sentence before he pulled $4 out of the register. Make sure you read those receipts.

Buyer BewareThey sold my son a warranty on his Xbox remote. It got damaged we took it back to the store. They didn’t have one but talk us in to paying $18.00 to have one overnighted to our home well it never came four days later called the store sorry sir you’ll have to call customer service to get a refund. Terrible business practices. Don’t go to this store Terrible service.

Ive been calling this location for 4 hours and it continuely says all retailers are assisting consumers. Please call back later. I will not come to the location if they do not have the product Im looking for. Very frustrating.

Staff has always been great and when I have trouble with other stores they sort it out quick. These guys are really good and I wish they worked in the nearby store so I could deal with them closer.

Typical gamestop. Best thing about gamestop is the ability to make payments on new games that havent came out yet. Theyll give pennies for trade/sell of games.

Coming in to the stores suck its thy coming in to a car dealership except they ask you if you want every single car before it comes out It makes me want to buy everything through the playstation store especially this place recommend that you go to anyone other than this one

I stopped going to pretty much all GameStops, but this one particularly agitated me. I expect the bs sales pitch going here, but the last time they kept trying to convince me to trade in my newly bought console to buy their exact same used console. Dont keep trying to convince me when I said no more than once. Game stop is on its way out for sure.

I was sitting in there in line they had one women, she took 10 minutes on one person then gets to me and tells me they dont have what I was asking for which was a $25 PS4 gkft card and I very clearly seen it every other gamestop, never going there again terrible!!

Super friendly employees, and the service is great! They have had other stores ship products to this location when they were not available online.

Had to ask if everyone there was a manager, incredible line and only one person was working the register. I hope the regional management pays attention to these responses because there needs to be a change at this location.

The manager there seemed nice, I can only guess because I couldnt really tell what he was saying. He talked really fast and spit on me while doing so but he was trying to help so I didnt mind.He helped me pick out a few games, he told me Saints Row was sexy and thrilling. He said that I looked like somebody who needed to spice up things in their life (he couldnt have been more right!)They have a tv stand where you can practice upcoming games or something. I wanted to try out the PS4 but I couldnt get the hang of the controllers. The manager was so nice that he stood behind me, wrapped his arms around my belly and put his hands over mind, we played a video game together but if you ask me it was more than that. We formed a special bond. I dont know the name of the cologne but he smelled like an old wood dresser, you know the kind that has a few stains for glasses without coasters?Anyways I moved away now and I cant go to that gamestop anymore. So I have an empty space in my heart that sadly cannot be filled but anyone but that stinky gamestop manager. Sometimes when I close my eye I can see the store and I swear I can hear the tv stands playing games and I can smell the manager but most of the time I fall asleep before that happens.

This is my favorite Gamestop! The people here are always pleasant and always answer the phone when I call. Ive never had a bad experience at this store.

I went to this location on Sunday night 8 p.m. The website shows they are open until 10 p.m. And the sign in the window shows theyre open until 9 p.m. Upon arriving at 8 p.m. The place is closed bars on the windows no one and site I guess I will have to spend my money somewhere else tonight your loss Gamestop
