I received one of your products as a Christmas present and I did not have all the correct pieces included in the box. I was sent TWO I pieces and TWO J pieces instead of 3 J and ONE I. Due to this my cabinet has a second drawer with a hole & no lock. Also I dont know if its due to this issue BUT my last drawer IS not able to be assembled correctly as the L1 will not properly line up with the I piece. I have contacted your company 3 times and was told I would be sent a replacement & that I needed to Disassemble the product and pack it back up. Ive done that and 1month later I still dont have my replacement & Ive been hung up on twice by your customer service department

I went to purchase a poster size picture for a funeral after being RIPPED OFF by staples and I whined up getting two pictures and an easel for HALF THE PRICE! Not only were they waaaaaay cheaper then staples, the customer service was A1. Roxanne was very attentive and gave great advice. I will definitely be going back for my baby and wedding photos! I ordered invitations for my baby shower last night for pick up. Because of Covid I have two different times, so I ordered one set of 15 with one of the times and a set of 20 for the other time. Before ordering it said it would be ready today which was fine but it ended up being ready within an hour and a half. When waited and went today to get them and luckily I checked the order before leaving because they printed all 35 with the same time on it.We had to get assistance and we were told they don’t carry the kind of card stock we ordered (which was weird because it was the standard offered kind-we didn’t choose anything special) so we said we would take whatever they had. It’s definitely thinner and lower quality than the original invitations. While waiting we counted the envelopes we asked to be included and discovered they shorted us by 5 so we asked for 5 more and we were told they don’t carry that size in the store. I’m confused because we ordered standard size invitations on standard card stock and asked for envelopes (which is a service they automatically offer) to be told they don’t have any of those things. It’s extra confusing because our order was completed so quickly that I’m having a hard time understanding where it was fulfilled if it wasn’t at that store??? They ended up finding envelopes slightly smaller than the original ones we got but still fit our invitations, which is why I didn’t give them 1 star, but I will not be returning for any printing needs.

It’s not really the employees fault because they are obviously understaffed.It appears Office Depot intended to automate the printing center with the use of self service, however a lot of people aren’t really savvy to them and what ultimately happens is you have people using those machines 20+ mins.While the print center rep is usually a one man show trying to handle bigger more “corporate” orders.This has been my experience here maybe the last 4 or 5 times. I’ll come to get a few documents printed, one to two machines (remember when I mentioned that people aren’t really savvy to them) are usually broken, and the other two are backed up. There’s on rep at a register one on the floor and one at print.What’s interesting about this one location the majority of customers are at the print station almost 100% of the time, however this is where the least amount of humans are. People aren’t really shopping here for general merchandise due to Walmart and target being 2-3 mins away. The majority of customers come here for mailing, printing and copying servicesIt appears corporate may be out of touch with how things actually operate in this store. My heart goes out to the employees who are doing the best they can but it’s obvious that they’re discouraged overworked, and feel like they’re being set up to fail.

I was there at 6:15 pm standingin line and one of the call me rudely this location was my time time .., I show my receipt for pick they said I can’t find by the receipt ... feel bad though my brother pay for that .....

The employee that took care of me was amazing, provided me with wonderful deals and would come back here for more office supplies.

Had a great experience after having a bad experience at the other nearby FedEx drop off location. Thank you for your customer service!

Well organize store in great employees 7/29/19

As a small business owner I go here on a regular basis for all our stores supply needs. Ive always had relatively good service from this store from copies to getting things laminated, signs made, etc. I go in today at 345pm and see two individuals who were in line for copies not wearing masks. I get it......no one wants to wear them.....I don t want to wear them. However its not only mandated by the governor....but its also posted on the front door of Office Depot stating that its their policy requiring customers to wear masks. I grab what I came for and head to the cashier. I ask him (just to make sure) does the store have a mask policy? (as i point out the two individuals not wearing masks) The cashier looks over and says to me. yeah we do, however corporate told us not to enforce it since a big to do happened at another store. Now, I also get, you will have the folks out there that will just not comply with the mask thing. That being said however, if Office Depot rather cater to the folks who want to break the rules and clearly be afraid, or just not care about the lives of the people who want to follow them, nor enforce the mandated regulations put forth by the governor and their own store policy, I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

This place was on the border line of being doomed. Not because of customer service but because of always being short staffed, which is a complaint to ownership for being so cheap. However, I encountered a young lady and I never caught her name. She works in the department of faxes, scanning,copies,etc. she is a black young lady The first time she assisted me with my business that I needed done, I was annoyed. I was in a rush, and there were customers there in front of me. She was the only one working the area. However she found a way to calm me down and take care of everyone in a professional manner. That experience made me check myself. The next time I came in to pick up product, I was greeted professionally by a cashier. I was a little rude but she wasn’t. I just assumed that because it was a line as usual that I’d have a bad experience,but I didn’t. This young lady handled all her customers at hand but also felt with people who where there for pick up only. I was really impressed. Now that I think about it..... that’s what she did the first time I came and was impatient. Either way I was totally impressed and satisfied with the business across the board and I feel like she’s a good asset to the company. This particular day it seemed as if the whole staff was on board and aiming to please. I give credit when it’s due and I give credit to the Office Depot of Rosedale. Keep up the good work. I’d give 5 stars if this type of experience was daily and you all always had proper staffing. When that young lady is alone, which is most of the time she does really good. Just imagine if she had help all the time. Like come on now

Went in to get a memory key and they had a much better selection than the store closer to home. They were on sale so I got a great deal. Nice friendly staff. In and out in just minutes. Convenient parking. A no hassle visit.

No clear signage and employee was very rude it took for me to try and ask another customer for help to have an employee come and finally give some assistance

Store and staff are great. The outside of this place is a trash hole. Trash always blowing around and used rubber gloves all over the sidewalks, street and parking lot. SAD.

Clean and seems well stocked. They had my printer ink at a reasonable price compared to competitors and it was easy to find on the shelf. I also bought batteries and the cashier surprised me with a discount.

Cashier was the worse. My church was hosting a back to school bash where we wanted to provide 200 packed bookbags for the youth. We explained it to her, and despite this all she could say was the limit was 10. We left the store and came back, she still wouldnt budge. 2 strangers in the store heard our dilemma and made the purchase for us, in front of her face. I guess she felt good about the power of being able to tell us no, but no weapon formed shall prosper... not even you honeybun

Hardly anyone shopping this afternoon. Always bright and clean. Well organized and shelves wete stocked except for some plastic containers. Clerk was very nice and helpful.

Its an office supply store. Boxes of office supplies. Good for quick trips. Consider wholesale if ur establishing and making monthly purchases.

Great quality work although it was really busy. I went at 8 pm with the thought that no one else would be there. I was wrong.

The worst customer service available. Mc Donald’s employees has better customer service skills . The store is under staffed ! The employees were discussing “farts” while I was waiting to be serviced . I’d rather travel a longer distance to staples and pay a higher price.

This is the worst office depot Ive ever been to. The manager was inept and rude when it came to assisting me with copying and printing things. On top of that, once I figured it out, it came out to 5X the posted price, which I was expecting. When I questioned this the response was its your problem nowI will never shop here again.

I hate the rude customer service of the people in the printing department.... Ill be the only person in line..waiting to be help.....the assistant manager and the lady with the afro will be there and act like I dont exist. They wait on you when they feel like it. They will look at you wait and wont even say nothing to you. HOW RUDE!!!

Place is untimately sloppy and not pleasant to look at on the inside. Too many boxes, aisles are very small, and prices are very high. Wound up spending $25 for stuff that I could buy for less than $20 altogether at Staples. Lines are very slow, even if theres only one person in front of you. Not many check-out lines either. Wrong prices are displayed. Just go to Staples.

This Office Depot is too small to have everything you need. The customer service is great and they are friendly but if you want something, theres a good chance its not there.

There is always a line for the cashier or the services they provide. I spend thousands here for my business/office. All their products are junk. I only come here because it is close to my house. I will try to avoid it as much as I can from now on.

This place has price is always higher than other places

I was with a friend and there was no one on the floor to help, they were busy at the copies desk, and checking people out. My friend had to go up front and ask her question. I wanted to ask a question about one of the pcs once again no one on the floor to ask.
