We had a terrible experience with Buy Right. The installer scratched our outside siding around the screen door when the old caulk was removed. Len asked me what color I wanted to have it painted, but never followed through. The inside door around the door knob is showing the coating abrasion. When it rains, the water goes down the screen door in spite of the awning. This winter, the screen door window was frozen. Our front screen door did not freeze, so it had nothing to do with the low temperatures. The latest is that the awning they installed came away from the siding & we are unable to open our back door. We are afraid the awning will fall & injure or worse yet, kill someone. I have reached out to Len, the owner, at least 6 times. I have sent him pictures. He promised to fix things but never calls when he says he would & has totally ignored & tried to pacify us. We are senior citizens & feel that we have been swindled & taken advantage of. I would never recommend this company.

Great experience with this company. Len was patient and very helpful. The installers were awesome. The factory delivered one window that wasnt part of the original project - Len expedited the replacement window and installed it himself. My wife and I didnt realize we should have purchased hardware, for the door, and Len supplied it free of charge. Buy Right Quality Windows is a local company that I will use again.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Len/Buy right. I had 13 windows replaced in my house and a front door with storm doors. I have to note that I live in an association & the association now shows my house as to how windows should be done. The workmanship that was done was fabulous. It did take a little longer than I would have liked but the communication was good & the professionalism was great. Based on my experience Buy Right replaced 2 large windows at my brothers house & that was a great experience as well. Now they will be doing 6 windows at my parents & I am not concerned about anything. I know they will do a great job.

I was promised some extra pieces of siding and they just completed a job with same color and they did not even try to get me any extra siding.

I had a positive experience with this company. The installers were professional, they arrived on time. The whole installation from start to finish took about 3 hours. I had two large bedroom/condo-size windows replaced. I have had the windows in my place for about a year now, no problems. Make sure and give yourself a few weeks before you need them, mine had to be special ordered.

I love Buy Right windows!!!! Len has helped me with my windows for years!!! Today even!!! I had new windows put in my sunroom and I needed help learning how to open them to clean on the inside and the outside which. he came over with his screwdriver in the middle of the middle of his day and just went out of his way to fix that for me last minute Dansel in distress !!!I love love love my beautiful windows I recommend them to everyone I know. Who ever is complaining that the windows are terrible and the service is terrible it’s probably because they might be working for another window company because none of that’s true not afterthese years !!! Len offered some great options for my patio door I would recommend this local company.

Who ever answers the phone and sets up appointments is terrible, he had no problem coming to take the money and install the windows but when it comes to actually servicing a problem his “guy” is always busy. We have been trying to get his “guy” which at this point I think is non existent, to come look at windows they installed. Horrible customer service. Go to a better place for your windows.

Terrible, had windows put in by them. In one year a stress crack, new window but had to pay for labor. Couple years later another stress crack on a different window had to pay for labor again. Now sliding glass door fogged up has to be replaced again charged for labor. 5 windows $5700.dollars for first installation. Labor cost on replacing broken windows in the thousands..disgusted would not recommend them to anyone....
