I placed an order June 5th. Deltas web site said 24-48 processing and a follow-up email when shipped. So I waited 48 Hours, and to be fair the order was placed on a Tuesday, I waited until the following Monday and checked to see what was happening to my order. Deltas web site said it was processing. I sent an email asking if there was a problem and the reply from Mr Beckman came that he would be shipping my order that day, Monday June 11th. I requested a tracking number so I could track. I did not get that number and when checking my credit card transaction the pending amount was gone. I went back on line to Deltas absorbants and cancelled the order and have been check my statements to make sure I was not charges. So if I could give a rating od -10 star I would have. This company is not trustworth and I will never order from them again.
