Many different modes which you can select. The sale staff is very knowledgeable. I am able to arrange remove and install the exhaust fan and install a SS plate to cover the back wall with the same company. Much better than finding three contractors to do the work.

Very bad service. Visit for the new oil cup because mine is broken. One of sales came and I told him what I need. He seem doesnt want to help. Because of just $1 oil cup, not the whole range hood fan??

Very poor customer service from one of the sales staff at time of purchase and also the two times when seeking resolution to issues related to the LED lights, both of which broke within 8 months of purchase. And when you seek someone else to speak to, they just stand by their policy and also increase the price of replacement parts. Beware. There is a design flaw and a reason they wont warranty the lights.

Bad customer service and bad quality product!!! I bought a 36 pacific hood at this store and when I have an cleaning issue I came back asked them to fix I was told to pay for the new part and inspection fee the lady said without look at it so rude! I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase anything at this store😡

Poor workmanship and quality. First strong wind caused outside air, dust and dirt to come down vent, causing large amount of heavy dust and dirt to cover cooktop, countertop and floors. When I called to question, was told to go to Home Depot buy a damper and install myself. There is no filtration or anything to prevent this from occurring. Cheap price this time really means cheap quality. Do not recommend purchase from these people

VERY POWERFULL!!! just installed a Pacair hood for my new house. I did some research before I buy. Therere so many brands of range hood out there but this brand definitely is the one Im looking for. I used to use a hood with blower motor and baffle filter before but it doesnt work at all, not power enough and theres still a lot of oil inside the blower no mater how it fillter, the bad thing is those fans are unremovable. Finally I found this place. Their hood is so easy to take apart and good suction, highly recommend for some peoples who love cooking like me

Their product concept is different than the rest of the range hood, at an angle instead of flat. But more pricey as they come from Taiwan, not China. Saleman is pushy
