Do not buy the Nissan 370Z power steering pump. Its defective and not to Nissan specification. Luckily after the pulley span off, there was no further damage by the drive belt on any of the other pulleys or metal coolant lines. Very unhappy customer. Parts in the bin

I purchased engine heads from mizumoauto in October of last year for my Toyota 4runner 3.0L. The heads came in record time on 10/07/20. I proceeded to have the heads professionally installed as well as the bottom end of the engine completely rebuilt. The engine had a small tick right from the start but I thought this was a normal wear in sound that would diminish. Well the tick became a knock after 450 miles at 590 miles the 4runner was no longer drivable. I had the vehicle towed back to the machine shop exactly 88 days later on 1/4/21. Mizumoauto was contacted and provided with the machine shop report describing what the problem was. When emailed mizumoauto stated that the product warranty period of 90 days had expired and no refund either partial or in-full would be given. Even with a full report from the machine shop stating that the product was defective from the beginning and reported on 1/4/21. Mizumoauto failed to take any of this information into account and honor their warranty. My advice to anyone looking for quality auto parts from a solid company is go elsewhere. Do not buy any products from mizumoauto they do not back their products or warranty.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy from this place. They have sold me a defective timing belt that completely destroyed my engine. Now I must spend hundreds, if not a couple thousands, to get my car running again! You would think that they would give me my money back for their defective part, but NO. They cannot do anything because it has passed their 90 day warranty policy. A timing belt is not meant to last only 90 days, rather at least 60,000 miles. I only got 13,000 miles out of it before it destroyed my engine! Thats not even half, or half of half that I should have gotten for my well earned money. PLEASE DO NOT buy from this place, their parts are not guaranteed as they say. READ REVIEWS, you will see that I am not the only person this has happened to. Thanks everyone.

I was trying to be a repeat client with these guys within a year. Last time I even upgraded and made a larger purchase for better quality. When I talked with the manager, Mike, I was treated poorly. I do not plan to buy anything from these guys again. I also found the same products they offered with a year warranty and was even cheaper in price on ebay.
