I trust them! They are honest and have reasonable prices. They will even talk you out of doing something if the repair or modification you want to make is not cost effective. I have been coming here for more than 10 years, and the friend who recommended me this place has been coming here even longer. If it’s up to me, I will always bring my cars to be serviced here. The owner there sold me a white toyota camry 2009. He told me the engine is good. 2 months later my mechanic told me who ever sold you this car sold you a no good engine no good ...to get rid of it.

I have been coming to Upstar Auto for about 6 years. They are some of the most honest auto repair shops out there. The reason is simple. They take good care of customers car by repairing their cars promptly and professionally.The owner Freeman is a great guy, and hes always very busy. I second the opinion of Jim that Freeman is so busy theres usually no time to chit chat. On certain days if youre lucky, Freeman will educate customers with his abundant knowledge and extensive experience on cars and machines when hes got time to spare. Otherwise hell just focus on the problem you have and give you intelligent answers thats right on the mark.I bring all 3 of our family cars to Upstar Auto, a place I know I can trust. Parts prices are always better than general market prices and labor costs (very professional though) are a fraction of what dealers would charge. Its a rare and precious trait that Freeman wouldnt want you to waste money on repairs that arent up to schedule or unnecessary.Upstar is honest and very straight forward. They want to help you solve your automobile problems efficiently: time and money alike.

Smooth service, the owner is very easy going and knowledgeable, large parking and now has a nice park next door. Call and make appointment to avoid needles crowding, price is competitive, whats not to like?

This guy is my moms homie since gas was 80 cents. It is hard to find a good mechanic. Most of the ones my friends have experienced go something like this... They go in for 1 problem, and then a week later, they have to go in for another problem, and this cycle goes on. I swear it is from the mechanics sabotaging their cars! But you wont have this problem here at Upstar. I trust that theyll not only give me the best price, but provide the best service for my car. They also have free goodies and free coupons if youre a continuous customer :)Ive been here in the past for everything.. ranging from an oil change, a synthetic oil change, tire change, a water tank replacement, a full car check to make sure everything is good etc. Whatever you need, this is your man!I suggest walking to the Square supermarket and perusing around if you have to wait there for long!

My family has been taking our cars here for years, freeman, manager has always been very honest. They will never cheat you and prices are lower then any other place. I recommend to anyone.

I use this shop without worry. Freeman, the guy who runs the place, is a very busy guy so dont expect any chit chat. I have two older American cars that need a fair amount of attention. I only take my cars to this shop. Are they the cheapest? I dont even care. I just know that they dont lie to me or try and cheat me. I give Freeman and his shop my highest recommendation.

I took my car in for some reason I cant remember and they also did an oil change but I had only the money for the initial repair and didnt charge me for the oil change.i was skeptical about them up into that point.they also do great work .I wont go anywhere else now

A very rubbish car repair shop, I called for consultation, and asked calmly and politely. It turned out that I was neurotic and too rubbish. It was the first time I met this kind of person in the United States in eight years. It is simply not too disgusting.

It was a black shop. I said that I had repaired it for two days, but I spent a week repairing it and wasting a lot of money on Uber. I didn’t call to remind me that I might not give it to you for ten days. I asked him if he had replaced the car and couldn’t get it. They said that they couldnt fix the car, gave it to someone else to repair it, and then took it back to their store. I repaired the power steering system and collected more than $900. Later, I went to another garage to ask for the price. It only cost $500. I thought it would not deceive me if I met, but it was too stupid.Finally, there are even worse things: When I drove away, I found that the steering had not been repaired, and there was abnormal noise and vibration on the steering wheel, God! But in order to get to work in time, he barely drove away, and there was no time for him to suffer. The repair shop also said that for 31 years, this technology made me stunned!It is hard to believe in the future.

The car repair master is very attentive, responsible, and the charges are reasonable.

It is not particularly cheap, but the repair personnel are relatively level, and there is no repair shop that irrigates and falsifies.
