The Manager is rude he needs go get over himself asked a simple question and has attitude dont be In customer service if you cant help help the customer. thank to the lady in the front register she helped out but your manager Rigo needs more training... get it straight Rite Aid Very unprofessional

Call in to refill prescription 2days ago and it was not even in their computer system

Been in Rosemead for 35 years, Ive worked in retail so I know good customer relations and management. You really need to up your manager game rite aid.This person cares more about looking and acting cute to selected customers. Pharmacy is the most important part of the store and the staff is the best, how can that be that the manager is so horable.

Very rude employees I was checking out and was asking the employee a question and she had the audacity to tell me that I distracted her and messed her up while she was counting my change she didn’t even need to give my change she just had to give a dollar and she can’t say she didn’t have a dollar in cash idk her name but she has glasses.

Rude customer service limit products

The pharmacy staff has always been helpful and courteous. The store cashiers, not so much so I try to get whatever I need and pickup my prescription to make my purchases at the pharmacy.

Love the drive through. I am here every week. Windy at the pharmacy is is very helpful, she goes the extra mile. I have been coming to this location for years .

Been coming to this location on & off through the 25 yrs Ive lived in Rosemead. Very lightly staffed & rarely notice management ever actually out on the floor but still gave them a five because their sales associates always try their best to engage & help customers, when theyre able to. Always able to find what Im looking for & store is kept clean & free of debris.

Fast friendly service usually good sales

The candy is not being checked. It is old and expired. I have this experience there quite often & Im not taking the chance anymore. If you were to go there & open a box of Milk Duds for example. They would be white.

I moved here from Downy, Ca.I most of my prescriptions filled but they still havent offered help with filling out TARs so I can get the proper dose . They also have a problem &make excuses aboutFilling filling my prescription for hydro condone and diazepam they have made my experience within very uncomfortable.S*** I guess Ill keep going back to Downey save on Pharmacy is excellent

Great place better then others BUT DAMNNN THE RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY THEY STINK SOOO MUCHHHH THEY ARE FREAKIN NASTY ALSO GENDER NUETRAL

Terrifying experience! I do not know what to do? This is the one time that i decided to treat myself and my kids to some Thrifty icecream. My 5 year old found a piece of plastic glass (plexiglass?)that was over an inch long in his icecream cup ! He actually had it all in his mouth thinking it was ice...i was terrified when he showed me the piece that i pulled over quickly to inspect....i went back to get a refund but they did not direct me on what to do..what is also scarry the onduty manager did not seem the bit least concerned about what happened, did not ask if my son was o.k., or close down the ice cream section to further check or inspect. They still sold icecream to a man that was there when i was talking to the onduty manager. The onsite manager said sorry but in an unconcerned manner. I was sooo upset but was in shock of what happened and did not know how to react or what to do without blowing up infront of my kids. This is unacceptable and everyone should be aware.

The ice cream had bugs. The manager said she was going to throw it but I left before I saw her throwing it. The manager seemed to not care because she asked me, Would you like something else?

Too slow in drve thru pharmacy

I am at the pharmacy the chair are dirty I mean fealty and I ask for the restroom and I was told by the employee that was only for pay customer 😞

Hard to find a rite aid now. This one still opens.
