This store is really wonderful! They have such a wide selection of products, at so many different prices, each worth your buck! The employees are also very kind and helpful people! Love going to Ulta! I give thanks to all the wonderful workers there!

Went here today for my free birthday gift but they were out of stock but gladly gave me a birthday gift replacement and actually wished me a happy birthday, this is why it is my favorite Ulta location. Ive been to several different locations and they all said sorry and sent me on my way and didnt even wish me a Happy Birthday, but this location gets 5+ stars for being the type of store to have good customer service 🤗 Thank you to everyone who works here.

I usually go to buy skin care products they don’t really have many options if I am going to be completely honest. They have a variety of basic brands but there are specific brands that I can’t find here so I go to the ulta in Pasadena.

I love ulta, but customer service sucks here, I asked for help and the employee said sure I’ll be back and disappeared . Another girl couldn’t even help me right either she got someone else to help me . Won’t be coming bk here again .

It was not crowded at all. The people working there are very nice and helpful.

The staff are friendly and greets me upon entering in. I pick up what I need and check out is fast along with coupon application at cashier.

My sister, cousin, and I came to this Ulta to shop and the employees didn’t even welcome us at all. It was very uncomfortable shopping here while the employees looked at us walking in instead of greeting like if we were going to steal. Never again coming here, I’d rather drive a further distance for better service.

Ive shopped here a few times. Im a guy and have never felt weird and always gotten help. Earned a lot of points with the wife.

Left me waiting outside for a while, all the employees kept looking at me they could’ve been courteous and told me that they were closed and pick ups were not available after hours but they did not was outside for a good 30 minutes waste of my time now I have to come back the next day and pick up my order.

I would give it a 5 star but didnt like how 2 cashiers gave me customer service. Brittany and I didnt catch the name of the other one.

I went to shop here today! I had my gift cards I received for my bday. I found some good deals & cosmetics! The sales people greeted you & were very nice. Our cashier was very friendly & courteous! I told her it was my bday last week. On my ulta rewards it said it was in October. Maybe an error. So she was nice enough to give me a bday gift. I really appreciated it!! I forgot her name. She was super great & had the greatest smile! Nice to see salespeople receive you this way! Thank you Ulta!!

Can get pretty expensive and some items missing in my tones and shades but then not available for purchase and not restocked, good thing is returning policy they allow open items to be returned if not satisfied! Long lines

Excellent customer experience.

They do not backup the products they sell. You find almost anything there, unfortunately you gamble on the products you buy. Youd have a better chance at Target or rite-aid of getting reimbursed for a faulty product. I wont be buying from Ulta anymore. They loss my business forever.

Staff is usually very helpful. My only complaint is that the store isnt wheelchair accessible. Im currently in a wheelchair due to health issues. A friend and I went into the store, but had the hardest time getting around. I knocked into a few racks with my chair, which was a little embarrassing. But everything was okay. I didnt finish my shopping though, cause I wanted to get out of there before I caused any actually damage. I was lucky enough to have a friend there to help me in and out. I cant imagine what it would be like for someone in a wheelchair to have to try to shop there alone. Maybe just widening the aisles just a tad may help. Other than that, thats my only complaint.

Love this store! Beauty heaven! They have every beauty product you can imagine. Makeup, creams, shampoo, conditioner, perfume, and more. They carry major name brand products. You can have an associate give you recommendations & sit you down and apply on you.

Long story short they followed me around but didnt ask me if I needed help .I looked up the reviews on Yelp and im not the only one theyve done this to. That is not normal.

Wife was in the middle of getting ready for wedding. She was maid of honor. Unfortunately she ran out of makeup. I had to get it. Figured it would be simple in and out. Yeah right, makeup is no joke! Thankfully I was able to get her to text me a picture of what was needed, showed it to the young lady and she took me right to it. I am still amazed at how much makeup there is for ladies!

Went in tonight to purchase a few items. Waited in line for quite a while thinking that surely they would open up another register as there were now several people waiting to pay and plenty of workers in the store. But nope, the one cashier looked at the line and couldnt have cared less. Didnt make any attempt to get an additional person to assist the customers waiting in line to pay. That tells me all I need to know. They dont care about customer service and I will therefore take my business elsewhere.

Staff is very helpful here, the manager immediately got someone to help me in makeup section when I asked a question.I came in a couple weeks back to get some concealer and ended up buying more after my consult with different options for coverage and skin care. The individual was very knowledgeable and he gave me good tips to evening out my makeup, and told me to stop by in future for any further skin care and makeup questions. So far still happy with my purchase and his tips are working well for coverage.

Nancy (from Benifit) is awesome! This is the only place I go to do my eyebrows. First time doing my eyebrows with her. She is amazing and helpful. She gave me some insight and tips that will help me when I style my eyebrows.

Didnt like the service at this location. Theres never really any employees on the floor to ask questions to. If there is an employee they would most likely try to avoid costumers. Ive gone to this location a handful of times and have never received any good service. I do not recommend this location.

I got great help great customer service is up the roof!! My first time ever going to an Utla. Im happy i went there. A large selection of products. Even men product available. Will definitely go back !

I love this location! I have a hard time finding a store that doesnt treat you like trash. At some locations Ive had people stalk me threw the store just because I wasnt dolled up 🙃

I love coming to Ulta over Sephora, staff is way more willing to help you. I got my color match, skipped the sample and ending up buying the foundation because I genuinely felt like staff listened to what I was looking for and hit the nail. I love the option of getting drug store makeup in the same place making it a one shop stop for hygiene/beauty necessities.

Great variety in products, staff is helpful but not pushy which is always a plus for comfortable shopping.

Was just in this store and the employees were super rude and kept following us around and basically threw us out of the store. One of the cashiers named Vienna was super rude and racist, as well.They were super racist and she was smirking and laughing when we walked out of the store when we made a comment about her following us around.Terrible place super racist would not go here.So sad how the world is still like this these days..

Last year I came to this ulta I was followed and babysitted while shopping and there was high security on every product. I appreciate that now it has toned down and the workers are helpful and nice. I felt welcome. It was a pleasant and calm shopping experience.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with purchasing online for curbside pick up? I already called customer service and all they keep telling me is that they are going to look into it and the problem might be with my payment method I already tried 3 forms of payment and it keeps giving problems. I really needed my items so disappointed they couldnt help me.

Please be careful purchasing from this store!!! I brought home a $50 PTR moisturizer and when I opened the package, there was no freshness seal meaning Ulta sent me home with USED $50 MOISTURIZER!!! I returned it immediately and bought the exact same product from Sephora which DID have the freshness seal.A quick google search showed that the company had already been accused of this dirty practice by consumers and ex-employees. Shame on you Ulta! Cheap, untrustworthy, disgusting!
