Love this location. We order from this BR often and once or twice we’ve had a cone missing from our order - not a big deal, it happens. Last time we ordered, I made a note as a reminder for the cone. Not only did we get the cone, we even got a free small scoop of seasonal ice cream, plus a cute note (small note on left in picture)! THEN I ordered again tonight (added a tip for the awesome service last time), and with my ice cream I received another small note (large note on right in picture) - and this time with names! So thank you Sharon H and Dawn T for the awesome service & notes!! :)

Probably the worst baskin-robbins i have ever been too. outside had a strong smell of urine, but i brushed it off because i wanted ice cream. everything was going smoothly until i saw them get my ice cream. one glove?? especially during a pandemic? disgusting! i still paid for the ice cream but i should not have. the texture of the ice cream was not like any other baskin-robbins. it was more pasty than a cream. this store definitely gave me old ice cream. i didnt want to risk anything so i threw it away. i will not be coming back.

Who doesnt love ice cream?? My family is a bunch of ice cream and milkshake lovers. BR has so much variety and great monthly flavors. What makes the experience so great? They have great customer service and good music 🎶. My crazy bunch literally had an ice cream dance party!! 🎉🎈

Very poor quality icecream. clearly old!!

Workers only use 1 glove for everything and touches other things with their non gloved hand. Highly unacceptable especially during a pandemic.

Great location, prices are amazing, delicious ice cream variety, they have regular ice cream scoops, polar pizza, cakes, & drinks. Cake designs are created onsite by an amazing creator!! Will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

Very good service. They offered us tastes of whatever we wanted and told us about all the specials they have. oh and the ice cream is as good as ever. I recommend getting the classic sugar cone.

I personally find 31 Flavors overpriced, probably why its empty most of the time. Any way the service itself met my expectations for the most part, only issue with the establishment is if you wanna use a Baskin-Robbins digital gift card, better time your visit right, cause only certain employees know how to accept them.

Ok- lets start off with that huge lock on the door when this place is close. I wonder what warrants such a huge lock for an ice cream shop? Granted there are times I would consider breaking the lock for a sweet taste of Baskin Robbins and its 31 (or more, i believe) flavors.All kidding aside. This place is mmm nom nom nom. Theres choices for everyone - the scoop of ice cream for me, soft serve for me, the coffee chillers for me... If you havent noticed, it really is about me. :) Theyre pretty chill in there and they dont really skimp on your portions. Its a nice size, and especially when they were running the 98 cent? 89 cent? soft serve cone?Consider Mandi T a fan! Oh, did i mention, its right next to a Starbucks, Walgreens, a Subway, and thats just next door. Theres also a bunch of different eats around the next block... so its perfect for that after lunch or dinner dessert. mmm.Noms away!
