I sub-contracted this company for past projects for my own business, however the company is no longer as trustworthy as they once were. Quality of workmanship is very poor now, zero communication while fabricating so you have no idea what they are building until it arrives and they are not willing to warranty their work. I am now using a remote fabricator for all my fence and gate projects, even with the shipping costs, they are coming in 25-50% cheaper than JRC with a much more reliable product. In the past, JRC could beat them on price and quality but sadly that is no longer the case here.
Quality work great price I am very pleased with their service!!
Had a gate installed 3-4 years ago. Looked great, then about a year after installation the bracket for the opener broke (should have been a sign), they came out and repaired it for free. Fast forward to year 2, powder coat is flashing off at the bottom... Due to rust from inside the bottom frame. They offered to repaint the entire gate of I paid for the material. Paint? It was powder coated, they said powder coating is just fancy paint and needs to be maintained. Well from my experience as someone that works on cars, powder coating is baked on and adheres to the metal via negatively charging the metal and the powder electrically bonds to the metal and gets in every nook and cranny. Obviously they have no clue what they are selling. I grind and wire brush the rust/cancer off and paint the frame with rust protector. Fast forward another year, metal chunks falling off the frame due to internal rust... Do not ever buy anything from these guys and dont believe a word they say. BTW, when I had my gate designed and installed the original owner Joe was still there, a year later he retired and his son is now the owner and do not warranty anything his dad sold or did. Thanks for the gate thats about to crumble apart from internal rust in the cheap material you used, that was not properly powder coated or prepped properly to not have rust internally!
