I cannot say enough good things about this store. The staff has always been so very knowledgeable and courteous! In fact we were going to switch to Spectrum and it was so frustrating and maddening that we not only stayed with Verizon but also switched another phone as well. We went and got some new phones here. We switched from sprint that had horrible customer service. Verizon was very helpful and had better deals and much better coverage as we had them before. The one thing I can say is the corporate verizon store had more phones to actually see and a little more product knowledge. So make sure you know where you are going.

My daughter and I went into the Rosemount location to replace her damaged iPhone. There wasnt a wait, so lucky us! I did call ahead and was informed it was somewhat busy but not when we got there. Zack assisted us when we arrived at the store. He was courteous, professional and all of the above! It was a seamless process to replace my daughters phone. During the processing time he answered all of the questions I had for him. I would definitely use this location again!
Once again - this place delivers the best customer service!! I went in to purchase and set up a new phone for my mother. Joseph Skar walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. i walked out with the phone all ready for my mom. Joseph was super friendly and patient! An older gentleman walked in before me and asked about an issue with his phone. As Joseph was reviewing the issue, the gentleman shared that he wont go to a Verizon store anymore because he wont get help like here. I chimed in and said, Thats why i come here! Best service hands down!!
I was trying to be nice and give this store some business during this whole covid crisis with many of the other Verizon stores closed and I got screwed! The manager, THE MANAGER lied and said I just wanted to get rid of my phone when it was understood I was to get a trade in! Also I didnt get the deal for Memorial day or the $25 off from our scanned coupon because he claimed his scanner didnt work. I love Verizon very much so its sad that this gentleman had to lie. Ruins integrity for his small business. Buying online from now on!

I feel absolutely compelled to give a shout out to Zac at the Rosemount, MN Verizon store. One day last week my Messenger App stopped giving me sound notifications when I received a message on my iPhone. I had changed absolutely no settings. Once this happened, I was always in the position of being delinquent with my responses because I did not know a new message had arrived. I searched every avenue online to find the cause and fix it myself but nothing worked. Today I went directly to Apple support. Twice. Both times I was sent down the rabbit hole of no end, and after nearly a half hour, no solutions. You can imagine how much time I spent and also how frustrated I was not to get a quick solution. Since I purchased my phone at the Rosemount Verizon store, and the salesman knew a great deal about iPhones, I decided to see if someone there might be able to solve my problem. Eureka! Zac took my call and in less than two minutes had presented me with “The Fix”! I followed his simple instructions and I am delighted to report Messenger Notifications are back up an running properly.Zac was a quick study, asked astute questions, was upbeat and positive AND very knowledgable. Horrible expiriance with this store. Called them to find out about specific plan i want. He proceeded telling about everything but not the info I needed to hear. Then when I asked about promotions, he with irritated voice told me its already over. And before I even said goodbye he just hangup on me.

Jarrod & Scott have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure that I always leave their store satisfied and with all my questions answered. During our last phone upgrade Jarrod even stayed late to finish transactions and ensure that our new devices worked 100% properly. I have shopped here before and I will continue to shop here for all my Verizon needs in the future. They operate a top notch business and I’m glad to have them local and ready to help with anything regarding my Verizon devices. I had an amazing interaction yesterday with both Bernie and Nicolas at the Rosemount Verizon store - they were very knowledgeable about my 8Plus IPhone and the issues I was having and put me on track to slightly tweak my plan to a plan that I was not even aware existed when I walked in the door - their joint help and recommendations saved me money. They were patient, knowledgeable and amazing to work with - this is hands down the best service I’ve ever received from these two guys out of any carriers I’ve ever worked with!

Jordan and the staff were awesome! We spent numerous hours trying to figure out a solution to get my phone back and running, Verizon itself was being stubborn.Offered water bottles and a great conversation. Zac, the store manager. Is a patient and helpful person. He listens and then identified the problem. He quickly solved the issue and then showed me what to do if the problem happened again. He is an excellent representative of the company.

This has been the fastest, most convenient location I have been to. The manager Zac Dilley was extremely knowledgeable and helped me switch my plan and get a new phone in under an hour (which in my experience is rare). I highly recommend using this location.
Had a GREAT experience today! I was ready to throw my phone against a wall before I finally took it in to get looked at by the experts. Dylan spent 3 hours fixing it-no EXAGGERATION! He tried everything possible and refused to give up until it was completed 100%. I came in ready to just upgrade and forget it but after they took their time and fixed the phone the right way, I get to enjoy my low bill a little longer! I cant thank this store enough. Ask for Dylan the next time you have an Android problem!

I am not a fan of new technology and have not had good experiences switching to new phones. I did in-store pick up for my new iPhone at the Rosemount Wireless Zone. I shared my fear in switched over. .. Jared spent all the time in the world getting it all set up for me. He was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. His manager, Zac supported any questions we had and helped us get through the process. Both staff members exceeded my expectations by FAR! I will never again go to any other Verizon store. I will also be sharing this gem with my mother (and others) to help her get the appropriate help when she has questions. I have no doubt she will be met with the same knowledge and kindness. REAL customer service. I am glad they now have in-store pick up! WAY TO GO JARED AND ZAC!

Our family needed 3 new phones. Zak started out with 2, very patient with us transferring all info from 1 to another. I must mention too, Im not very good at remembering passwords either. Scott was super great wrapping it up with the transfer of the last phone that had the most problems. All the staff are always wonderful and patient. Cant thank them enough for their help.

Cydney & Kyle are AWESOME!! On Tuesday May 10 I stopped in to ask a few questions about the Cloud and my Motorola Droid Turbo 2. I was assisted be two very polite and considerate employees: Cydney and Kyle. They explained to me how to delete photos and other things off of my cloud that I did not need. I did not feel rush, like they wanted to get rid of me. Their helpfulness was greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend them because of their their knowledge. Really bad, bad experience. Got an iPhone. It has never worked right. Every time I brought it in for service the knot-heads working in the store were no help whatsoever. Now the phone just turns off in the middle of calls and texts. Today I was told by the store employees that they couldnt do much to help me, but I still owe $300 on the phone purchase contract. Ill called my lawyer and were suing these crooks in Court. I wouldnt buy anything from these people whom I consider idiots and crooks.
