Sales guy, luis, did not listen at all nor gave the correct price via phone as when I was in person a special dealer fee of about $7k was added to the sticker. Wish it was advertised or told when on the phone. Not cool, just a waste of time

First of all, they are open till 5 pm on weekend which is great! They helped us even though we had service signed up with Gillman Houston. Service advisor was very helpful explaining everything in detail and extremely satisfied with overall service!
Service was fine, though most/if not all of the employees as they were walking around the customer waiting area were not wearing masks, had their mask pulled down to their chin, or below their nose. They didn’t care, and one employee was vaping as he was getting ready to walk outside and blew the smoke in the waiting area. There was an elderly gentleman who was in the customer waiting area with me, and he kind of shrunk down and back in his seat when unmasked employees would walk by. No one seemed to care. It doesn’t look like they take COVID-19 seriously. If it wasn’t for that, I felt the employees in the service center were friendly, and did their job quickly.

I currently drive a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and this is a very good dealership to purchase and service your Honda if you reside in the southwest side of town. They keep a small town vibe that is polar opposite from the large franchise dealerships.The staff is courteous and genuinely concerned with resolving issues. Shuttle service for pickup and drop off along with loaner cars are also offered.Please like this review and follow me of Google for HONEST and UNBIASED reviews.

Me and my husband went to this dealership to buy a car for me. Jordan was assisting us with the purchase. He was super helpful and kind. There were a few issues with the car we liked but he went out of his way to convince his GM and help us get what we wanted. Super nice staff and management and will try their best to you the best price and deals as compared to the other dealers in town. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a good car and great service.
We purchase our car at here July of 2017. We visited 3-4 Honda dealership around Houston but we decided to buy our car Gillman Honda Rosenberg because of the salespeople. They know what they are doing. They are very helpful and flexible. They gave us best deal which is almost matched with my expectation. They are very humble but professional. If you go this dealership you can get the best deal. Especially when you go there find Moges who is a sales consultant and Jason who is the sales Manager. They will give you best deal. I am so happy to work with them to purchasing our car at here and it was such a pleasant experience.

Costumer service is ok. I was very surprised that the recommendations they give you on your vehicle are not because they know for sure the car needs it, according to them is because they dont have the history of the car, so those are just really assumptions that the car might need those. Can you imagine if I dont question anything and just go and pay for their recommendations Also, the coffee is really bad and no snacks :(I dont think Im going back.

Bought a used vehicle with 30k miles was told that it was under factory warranty. Took it to the Mercedes dealership after purchasing it and found out it wasnt. Car was also sold with tires that wouldnt pass state inspection. Spoke with the manager pretty much just blew me off. Left several messages with the GM none of my calls returned. Would NEVER purchase a vehicle from here again! If I could give less stars I would!!

No hassle. Ran something over during my morning commute in the dark and went to the dealership to get my car checked later that afternoon. Found that I may have ran over a battery. They supplied everything I needed to get my car back in shape to drive and ordered the rest of the things that got bent. Quick and easy. They didnt try to sell me on several other things that I didnt need at the moment. They just fixed what I came in for. Hopefully we didnt miss anything. Car is running great. The debris just kicked some things holding up the bottom of the car off like clips.

Horrible customer service! The internet used car sales manager posted a ad on facebook marketplace. The ad was a huge lie... I drove a hour to hurry up and wait 2 hours to tell me they want 4500 down on a 10 yr old car!
Not what I was expecting I drove like 1 hr to see a car that was available and what I arrived for some reason was already sold and then want to sell an expensive car not good experience at all sorry

Check engine light came on. My regular mechanic, not affiliated with a dealership said they could not find anything wrong which usually indicated it was a computer issue and only a Honda dealership could flash or updated the computer. Went to Gillman Honda of Fort Bend.They said they would have to diagnose the issue at a cost of $155 but that if I went ahead with the repair that $155 would go towards the total bill. Waited 4 hours and they decided it was a sensor malfunctioning but they didnt have it in stock. They would order it from Dallas and have it there the next day. Came back the next day. After 3 hours, they said they had changed out said sensor. As I was paying the total of ~$400, I asked if that repair was guaranteed. Service Advisor Pelaez said it was. 12 months & so many miles. Three days later the check engine light is back on. Go back and spoke to Service Advisor Morris. I tell him the saga of what has gone on before the check engine light showed up a second time and he responds flippantly with Oh, you have been practicing that. Seriously? If a woman can speak intelligently about what has been done to her vehicle to date, she must have been practicing what to say? Wait 2 more hours to be told it is the same error and changing out the sensor didnt fix it. Service needs to replace the vehicles entire wiring harness at a cost of ~$3000. The vehicle has almost 200K miles on it and is about 15 years old. I respond that totals out the car, no way I am paying another $3K. I asked for at least the diagnostic charge back as they diagnosed the problem incorrectly. Of course, SA Morris couldnt authorize that and I had to speak to someone else who wasnt available. I finally gave up and left because I needed to get to work. Needless to say, I am not happy. I am out 9 work hours, ~$400 and my vehicle is still not fixed--it wont pass inspection next month when it is due.
