Purchased a new cart in March 2021. Sales was very attentive through the buy cycle. I was impressed. We did not test Ft Bend installed aftermarket light kit at delivery. Lights worked a couple weeks then failed. First phone call answered with “bring it back”. I explained it was a Seven hour round trip. I paid to have problem narrowed down by a retired cart repairman to DC converter or light switch. I asked Ft Bend if possible to mail DC converter back to them to confirm the diagnosis. It’s $100 part and an easy replacement by me. But if It isn’t the problem I’m spinning my wheels. Five subsequent contacts over four weeks are now unanswered.If you live close and have a trailer to bring it back and forth during warranty, this place could be good. But if no trailer to bring it back, you will be ignored. Spending at the end $300 or so on parts and labor to fix something that was at delivery a failure an irritation. For a $11K purchase not super service.

Paid $1350 to repair golf cart. Immediately malfunctioning when we got it back. They picked it backup and never fixed it. Its been 4 months. They wont give us our money back either

Amazing customer service! I had a problem with my new cart (factory default) and Mike made sure to get the issue resolved right away. They came and picked up my cart and brought it back the same day. Mike really wanted to be sure as a customer I was happy. I highly recommend you stop by if you are looking for a golf cart!!
Im a service Director at a large dealership, and im here to tell you that I had great service at Fort Bend Batter & Golf. I bought a used golf cart and took it to 2 other places that was giving me the run around. Uptown towing recommended them to me and they did it all at almost half the price and time. A good visit. Enjoyed meeting with salesDo not understand pricing on golf carts. Hard to fathom a cart in stock from 2012 listed at New price even if hadnt been used. Thought it strange that purchase had to to cash or check no credit card or financing.Was explained but not bought into. No way to validate whether deal was good, bad or average. I am concerned about validating the quality of the Chinese product, only a one year warranty.
I just bought a golf cart from another company and was having issues right before we were headed out of town. Mike, the owner, was nice enough to troubleshoot the issue with me. I am so happy I stopped in!
Second time I have used this company over the last 5 years on my Club Car. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. I spoke with 3 different office/shop people Rob, Danny and Cole. Very polite. My cart was returned amazingly clean and runs like a top. The pickup/delivery man Rudy is one hell of a driver with that LONG trailer.
Under new ownership and has some new people working there. Have great experience working with them getting parts the last couple months.
