I just WANTED to volunteer here. View the uppercase. The manager started the interview late. Didnt know how to work the application. She faked as if I was okay. I was there fifteen minutes early. Her guarantee was I would get a call in a couple days. Never happened. Thats how they treat volunteers. Gone.
Best Goodwill I’ve gone to. Service is amazing and very friendly. Clothes aren’t overpriced and can find anything even trending/vintage etc. Clean, and easy to find everything including bathrooms.
Great place too shop. Prices here are a bit higher here then other store.
This location is to be decent but whoever is pricing things now is apparently lost! 25 dollars for an entire sofa but 20 for a broken jewelry box.. the prices are ridiculously high for used and or broken merchandise ..i hope you all read my review and resolve the issue... there are people who shop here because theyre low income and yall are charging way too much... im gladly driving to sugarland from now on
My experience was great as I found some very good buys. On top of that, it was 75% off green tagged items! But what put a damper on my moment was when I tried to purchase a pearl necklace. When the lady with the long salt n pepper hair got it out of the showcase, there was no price on it. She then stared at it for 5 seconds and said $5.99. I said is that the lowest you can do? Keep in mind that there was a pearl necklace, bracelet and earring set for $6.99 next to it, however I didnt need all that. I saw a pearl bracelet for $2.99. So I asked could she do $3.99. That was fair I thought and Im a pro at pricing. She insisted on $5.99 and so I declined. She acted like she was parting with a precious family heirloom or something!! She forgot the goal is to sell items at fair prices. Ive donated so many things to them. She completely lost sight of the mission there.
One of the worst management I have encountered. I showed them that one of the toys they had was 16.99 on Amazon BRAND NEW, and even after I showed them, the employee simply said, well our manager saw it for 32 online so if you want take it for 15. Why would anyone buy a used toy for the same price as new? This store needs to reevaluate their sales strategy and train their employees in better customer service. Your selling USED stuff and many times even missing pieces. Dont stop here if you expect fair prices and service.
When you pull up you can see there are very nice cars so it is not a Goodwill for people that are poor there was a block of wood that said Merry Christmas and labeled $4. This is a Goodwill for rich people. Do not expect to fill a bag of clothes up for 5 to $10 expect to pay $5 a shirt at this Goodwill
Some thing are to high price at this store they need to clean store sometime always drity stop going here for a long time but nothing changed but want be back any more
Interesting items for fraction of the price...
I love to frequent various Goodwill stores around the Richmond and Rosenberg areas. I have visited the Pearland area Goodwill and the Texas City store; and I just get out of wack n perturbed over some of the prices stamped on childrens book! Now Im no genius, 🥺 but if youre going to sell a used book for 99¢ or more, please take the books previous 10¢ tag off, or if youre going to sell 99¢ store items, please dont try and trick me by selling them used for $1.99 and up! Last but not least, dont try to sell the top of a ceramic cookie jar without a bottom half 🤣 Sometimes I feel that theres seriously a bit of price gouging going on!😯😒
Some items are way too much
Very nice place clean and descant.
Why did you all of sudden switch to mandatory mask! My health and choices are my business not yours. Won’t be shopping there anymore or donating until you mend your communist ways.
Selection of men clothes was very limited. Only found craft items
Everything is great, nice and good findings, but goodwill should really teach their employees some manners. One cashier in particular really needs to control her expressions. She was really rude, rolled her eyes at every little thing .
Always find something cool every time I go
Well organized and clean
I miss working with all the great people that I met there. Wonderful experience and 5 stars for me
Fine store of varied quality items.
Friendly atmosphere, helpful staff. Good deals and ample varieties.
Prices are way to high
Friendly staff always something to find for my crafts or vintage looking! Love this location!
Love shopping here. I bought a chair yesterday and the employees helped me measure it and help me get it in my car. Great customer service.
Great selection, amazing staff, friendly and helpful!
We go to a lot of Goodwills and this is one of the 2 that the staff is always friendly. It doesnt hurt that we never fail to find great stuff for the kids at this one. Goodwill hopping is always hit or miss but every time we go to this one we find something good.
I have found many useful items at GW. The stores are always clean and well maintained. The people who work there are very good and appreciative of my patronage.
Good staff and great deals not the best goodwill in area but close
Update 11.4.18Visited recently and I have to say they are getting ridiculous with the pricing of items.Majority of the items here are trash. I saw a worn and used fabric lunch bag with a water bottle for $11.99 and a used Himalayan salt rock lamp for $39.99, a brand new one doesnt even cost that much. Usually the discount day stuff is raggedy. You are better off buying new items else where.
Worst goodwill I’ve been too ! Prices higher then gold ! Worst off permanent marker written over collectibles and prices same as eBay! Do not donate to this store they should be selling on eBay. Worst priced goodwill I’ve ever been too! If you want to sell on eBay then sell on eBay don’t take donations vandalize items and expect they will sell . Y’all should be ashamed of your self !!!!
Great deals when color discount are used.
Update*This store just keeps getting worse. I HATE ALL the stores in our area, bunch of over priced JUNK! They are also constantly changing their discounted prices. Pick something and stick with it. UGHPrevious** My experience here so far has been fair. The items (not clothing) are priced much higher than a lot of the other goodwill stores that I shop. The selection has been rather poor as well as a couple rude and slow checkout encounters. Plenty of room for improvement for sure.
This is the worst location of the three that i visit frequently. They have really overpriced junk, literally. No one wants to pay $8 for an old broken toy or $50 for a super worn out old Coach purse. They have bags of toys for $5+ instead of just pricing toys separately at fair prices.Dont even get me started on homewares . They love to sell you a whole set of dishes for $10+ so you cant even purchase individual pieces. They also have tons of empty shelves which arent being utilized. Idk if people in rosenberg dont donate or what but they always have the same junk . I dont even look at the clothes or shoes, which im sure are also ridiculously priced. Im giving two stars because the workers are nice.
Toilets are disgusting!
They were so rude and saying that we ripped something open even though it was already ripped
Over priced for used clothing but they hire people that other establishments would over look.
Very clean lots of books was full of people
Disorganized
Fun
Getting to expensive
Awesome 👍👍👍👍
Good deals
Clean
Well do you find something else worth buying
