Love the cocktail hour deals! They have cheeseburger and fries for 5.99 thats off the hook with handmade fresh beef patties. I really love the baha fish tacos. Their happy hour is 3-7 on the weekdays. Perfect for early or late dinner!

Great staff and a terrific client-centric culture. All were helpful and especially Alex ( the bearded one :) who went out of his way to determine the volume of the cookie scoop sizes for me. Sur La Table is a high end store that offers cooking wares like quality pots and pans, brand name china, silverware, high end knife sets, excellent machines that are used in a chefs kitchen and quality coffee makers.My wife and I purchased a Nespresso machine there months ago and really enjoy it!There are cook books of all sorts and hard to find items used in the kitchen.The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and are ready to assist.True chefs can find what they are looking for at Sur La Table!🍞🥩🧀🥐🌮🍳🥧☕🍽🔪🍸

Wonderful, helpful and informed staff. We recently purchased our Nespresso coffee maker there and could not be happier with the education we received from their expert employees. I appreciate the fact that they are located in the Fountains as I can usually find a convenient parking spot. This is a great, well-stocked store with wonderful, personal service.

Michael was super helpful in educating and guiding me in my knife selection. I came in looking for two mid range kitchen knife without much info. He was patient and walked me through the ins and outs of knife buying and care. Highly recommend the service. Highly recommend the selection.If you are unfamiliar with what you are trying to purchase, internet shopping can only get you so far. This place will take you the rest of the way.

This sur la table is very good. Not in a mall so its not super hard to get to it and the staff is friendly like they are everywhere. just wish the actual store had a bit more room because at times shelves and floor can be pretty packed. Certain knife sets will give you free sharpening for life

This place is dangerous, even a small hand held basket can get you in trouble here. That being said, the products and service here are first class. We always visit here whenever we go to the fountains.If you cook or know someone who does this is the place.

Great selection of kitchen items and very friendly staff. Several of the kitchen stores in the mall didnt have what I was looking for but I found what I needed and more here. We also got a knife here and they offered free sharpening for the life of the knife.

We purchased a complete set of scanpan cookware. We noticed that the non-stick was wearing. I contacted the store they told me I had to deal with the manufacture. Not an easy process. You must complete a form and ship the product at your own expense back to them (approx $40). Then they have their own “independent“ people inspect the pans to see if the warranty may have been void depending on if you followed manufacturer guidelines.Just got an email back from the manufacture. Quote: “It has come to our attention the CTQ item/s submitted are not available for warranty replacement due to being a store brand exclusive. Our apologies.”I called Sur La Table in Roseville- spoke with the manager and explained the situation. He said sorry I cannot help you you must deal with the manufacture. I said the problem is you’re selling store brand and they are not covered by the manufacture but when I purchased them you told me that they are covered with a lifetime warranty through the manufacture. Even on the phone you keep on saying the warranty is life tine and you must deal with the manufactureAfter about five minutes or more of going back-and-forth, we weren’t getting anywhere and you weren’t willing to do anything. You did apologize but that is about as far as you’re willing to take care of your customer. Given the situation I cannot recommend anybody buy any product from the store as you’re pretty much will be on your own. Best to buy scanpan directly vs this store and avoid having a situation like this happening to you

Overpriced. You can get the same stuff online at least 30% cheaper. Also I read other peoples reviews that stated that warranty services were not honored just because management changed, well that practice is illegal. If they did this to you you should ask them for a refund or sue them. The company can be taken to court over it, people may not realize this. It is despicable that they do that.

I love shopping here! I came here first awhile ago because Bed, Bath, and Beyond didnt have the size cake pan I was looking for. Sur La Table did, and with it they had personable, un-rushed service. I cook but I dont bake, and the associate took time to talk with me and make sure I was getting the right bakeware for my needs. I initially grabbed a cheesecake pan when I wasnt making a cheesecake. I have continued to return to Sur La Table for many kitchen gadgets, and I have never failed to receive top-notch service. Some stuff is pricey, but you get what you pay for, and the items are high quality. My husband and I went there last night just to look around and dream and we were offered cups of coffee and fresh pesto they just put out, and then gave me helpful tips on something I asked about.

Abby at The Fountains was very friendly and helpful. Although I didnt find the item I was looking for, her conversation was worth the trip.

The store was taken over by new management that doesnt want to honor the promises made to customers by the previous management. This is an unacceptable business practice. Its unethical and a shame. With internet based companies out there there in no need for Sur La Table if they dont want to maintain the customer service they sold their previous clientele. I will not be back and will tell everyone I have referred that they dont honor their commitments and to shop elseware.Truly a shame. I typically like to support my local brick and mortar, but this one is no longer supporting me.

They have unique items mostly cooking related. They are a bit pricey.

Got a very good chefs knife at a reasonable price.

We purchased Shun knives from Sur La Table about 2 years ago. We were told that they came with a lifetime free sharpening service. We just went in and requested our knives to be sharpened, and they stated that management changed, therefore they no longer honored that service, no exceptions. This was one if the reasons we purchased the knives through them as opposed to online. They said we could call customer service to complain...that was their solution.

Items are priced decently for what they are. Some people might say it is expensive but price comes with quality.
