Have to share my wonderful experience with The Bridal Box. Back in 2019 I tried on the Zander dress at a local bridal shop in NJ, where I live. I fell in love with it, but not the price. I googled the dress, hoping maybe I could get it second-hand.The Bridal Box had the exact dress in my exact size listed, so I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived in perfect condition (with all of the appropriate accessories), and with a beautiful robe and ring dish. Fast forward to 2021, and I finally got to wear the dress. It was perfection. Thanks to the Bridal Box for giving me the chance to wear my dream dress, all the way across the country!!

GO HERE! GO HERE! GO HERE!Best experience ever. Such kind people and a wonderful variety of really unique gowns that I havent seen elsewhere. Trust me ladies, I went to Kleinfeld - I prefer here. It was a relaxed, encouraging, environment. I could try on anything I want, she put veils on me in several dresses, and it turned out that the dress that was her initial gut pick, is the dress I fell in love with. I loved that they played music for us and we had a private room. I was given the most adorable goodie bag once I bought the dress. They thought of every little detail - from the lotion and feminine products back up in the bathroom to just making me feel beautiful in every dress I put on. ALICIA is the kindest woman ever! We went here last minute on a whim and I am so happy we did because I cant recommend this business more!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO yourself a favor and make this your first stop when shopping for a wedding dress. It is extremely reasonably priced and since this place works directly with the designers they are able to work with your budget to get your dream dress. The place looks small but dont let it mislead you there are a TON of beautiful designer dresses. I had the honor to have KIM as my guide in finding my perfect dress and she was absolutely amazing. She had me pick three dresses I liked off the rack to start off with and then she would go back to pick more dresses based on my style and opinion as I was trying on the other ones. She also helped zip-up and adjust each dress to my fitting. She was very honest which I feel like is super important and hard to come by with a sales person. I honestly could not have imagined a better experience. I ended up buying two wedding dresses for them at a very reasonable price that I AM IN LOVE WITH. Too bad I can only wear it for a day :-)

This place was amazing! The consultant was patient and listen to each thing I did or didn’t like about a dress as I tried it on and then adjusted the picks she brought to what I was drawn to in each dress. I never thought I would have that this is the dress moment but this shop made it happen. I am so excited to wear my dress and could not have had a better experience!

I love the Bridal Box! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They really took the time to make sure that we found exactly what we wanted, that we were well taken care of and that everything was PERFECT! A++++++

We were extremely happy to have found The Bridal Box in downtown Roseville. The owner and her customer service team were great they listened to what I was looking for and found me the most beautiful dress and veil. They made the process easy and even though they were extremely busy they made me feel like I was the only customer in there. I would highly recommend The Bridal Box.

The dress I bought was different than I first went in looking for and I’m so thankful she pulled a range of dresses for me. Not only can they order dresses from designers to have ready for you to try on at your appointment but they have a wide selection of beautiful gowns at unbeatable prices. When booking the appointment, I spoke to Christine, the owner and she stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes going over different dresses that she could have in her shop for me the day of my appointment. She was extremely helpful and more than willing to explain the different fabrics and looks. The day of my appointment I had 7 guests accompany me to help me with the selection process. Favi was my consultant and she did an amazing job whisking me in and out of dresses that werent the one until I stepped into an amazing ivory Sottero and Midgley gown that instantly brought me and my entourage to tears. Ive never felt more beautiful than I did on 3/30/2019 and I just know that when I put my dress on the day of our wedding I will have the bridal moment just like I did when I tried it on for the first time. I said yes to the dress at The Bridal Box and I cant thank Christine and Favi enough for helping me find the most important dress Ill wear in my entire life.

I tried on the exact same dress at a bigger bridal store and decided to go back to The Bridal Box to support a smaller business, the pricing was better, and because I loved the service experience I received. When I bought my dress here a couple of months ago I was told to buy the in house dress because the alterations were covered as long as the dress was bought from them. I just called to make an appointment for my alterations and was then told it was going to be a separate fee for alterations and it has always been that way. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.Also on the day of my appointment to find a dress the lady was rude and made it seem like I was an inconvenience. After walking out the lady’s in my bridal party questioned why I even bought my dress from this location do to the way we were treated.Finding a wedding dress is suppose to be a special moment in your life. Please do not let them take that from you.

Loved my experience with these ladies! They respected my budget and were able to help with my finances. We were discouraged at first because I only found 1 I liked BUT Kim was able to find a reasonable selection within my price range. I found the EXACT dress I had been describing to friends, family, & bridal party for the last few months. Kim made it a personable and memorable experience. My MOH and I weren’t pushed or pressured by time or add-ons. Kim even added celebratory champagne at the end and didn’t rush us out, so I could dance around in my wedding dress!

*Update at bottom* I tried on dresses in June, and that day was a good experience. They allowed me to have 9 people (I paid to rent out the store for an hour and a half). We brought snacks and mimosas. Christine helped me, and while she did make me feel a bit pressured into buying the dress, I really do love the dress. It is much more expensive than I ever thought I would pay for a dress ($1,700). She told me It just came in the store and I was the first bride to try it on, and that they could hold onto the dress until I paid it off with no interest. She made it very easy to say yes.My wedding is in May 2021, so I wasnt in a rush to pick up the dress, but I got a phone call from the bridal box 2 days ago telling me they usually only hold dressed for 30 days and they want me to finish paying off the dress to make more room for them. (definitely did not mention that before - now making me feel pressured to pay faster) So, yesterday I pulled out the rest of the money and went to the store to pay it off and bring it home. When I got there a woman with red hair helped me. She said she is the only employee working there right now and that even the owner had to step away because she was having some serious issues (Whatever that means).When she pulled my dress out of the back room, I immediately noticed the built in bra area was falling apart in multiple areas. The threading was unraveling, and and the bra part was sagging down and not connected to the front anymore. It was absolutely not in that condition what I originally bought the dress. I tried it on twice, and have multiple witnesses. Its very noticeable.I told the woman helping me and she said no-one should have tried it on after me because once I put a deposit on it because its considered my property. So I asked her then how this could have gotten like this since I was the only one try try it on. She tells me that the dress was there weeks before me and I was not the first, or only one to try it on. So Christine lied to me to make it feel special so she could get a sale, and now this lady ruined that special part for me.She did not feel sympathetic of my situation, did not offer me an apology or anything to try to make this situation better. All she said was that this was a sample dress and She is sure Christine must have told me the dress is sold as is. (They did not mention that, and I do not have any paperwork explaining that. A $1,700 sample dress?!)**To the owner: Please talk to your employees and remind them that wedding dress shopping is a really special thing for a bride. I realize that this is a business, and those women are in sales, but I cried my eyes out when I found out I was lied to just so you guys could make a sale, and now my dress needs to be fixed, and I was offered no sympathy, apology, or even recommendations. That felt like a really scummy thing to do. What you are doing for brides is important. Dont make another bride feel like that.I will not be recommending this dress boutique any longer. Which is sad, because it could have been a fantastic experience.*The owner Christine reached out to apologize and said she wanted to make this right, and possibly those in a vail if I was interested, however she did not show up to either appointment I had scheduled for getting my dress altered. I text her and she confused me with another appointment, and did not offer me anything other than an apology. She seems very disorganized.

My fiancé was scheduled to come in and try on dresses and day of they called her and cancelled. We flew out from Atlanta Georgia to go to this place specifically. Not only did they call and cancel her but they called an hour or so before the appointment. So everyone that took time off work for this are out of those hours at work. Very disappointing and we definitely will be taking our business elsewhere and never recommending to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I urge you to go somewhere else and spend your money elsewhere.The customer service is DREADFUL and they are LIARS! My maid of honor purchased her dress at the store, did measurements and all. Weeks prior to my wedding, she had called the store two weeks in a row and they gave her some lame excuse saying that the dress hasnt arrived yet, but it should be in the following week. Her 3rd attempt, and ONE week prior to my wedding, my maid of honor went into the store and inquired about the dress. IT WAS NEVER ORDERED!!!!!!!! The store never ordered it!!!!!! They had absolutely NO record of me purchasing my dress either. I bought my dress here and was able to take it home that day as someone else had put the deposit down, but forewent the dress. Additionally, they offered no solution to the maid of honor dress and reimbursed her and sent her on her way.The website has so much more to offer than what the store can accommodate, the in-store selection is very small.The store is small too. If you want to try on a dress that they do not have, but is online, you have to pay $30 to have it shipped and try it on in-store. Please please go somewhere else, spare yourself the headache.

Well well let me tell my story.i purchased my gown from here and it was amazing.my wedding day was June 8 2019.yes a few days ago..the sales person was wonderful..and of course I was a.lil hesitate about was this site was real and omg.yessss!!! All I can say is thanks million..a HAPPY BRIDE..

This place provided such a special and intimate setting and Raelynn was incredibly sweet and helpful and made me feel comfortable . She also read my mood very well and could sense when I was feeling overwhelmed and needed to step away. I would definitely recommend finding your dress here, there is no pressure whatsoever and they consider your budget, your self image and everything .

Sister and Sister Event Planning will no longer be recommending this bridal shop for future brides. Future brides will not be recommended to go to this place. Unfortunately,I have had several brides who have had bad experiences reported to me and I have witnessed it first hand. There overall quantity of products and customer service is missing for what is expected in a bridal shop.

I had a horrible experience as a bridesmaid there,they didnt even care to help us at all I felt like we had to find her own dresses and when they did give us dressed as they were giving us way too small sizes of four and most girls I know are not a size four. we had three of our bridesmaids out of 5 at the store trying to try on dresses and one of themcouldnt even try it on the dreesadress due not carrying big enough sizes in samples then had to have because the sizes where way to small the bride had try on the dress to see how it would look which is not an experienced she wanted to do she wanted to see her bridesmaids in the dress due to all of us beginning different shapes and sizes and she couldnt even fit into hardly any of the dressesher self and she very petite. They didnt care to ask how were doing they ignored us. They double-booked her appointment and do for a very small stores due to covidi I felt cramped and I felt overwhelmed. If they were very mad at us for showing up a few minutes, early to try on our bridesmaid dresses, and wont even helpful. They were making snide comments behind our back because a couple the bridesmaids where plus size. If anything I recommend going to Davids Bridal they have more selection and the prices are even way better they have the same dresses I seen at Davids bridal for way cheaper. Davids bridal staff way friendlier really care about what you and care about what you want Even if youre not the bride. Sister and Sister and Event planning has now taken the off there list of recommendation for bridal shops.

I am a new bride, and when I came into the Bridal Box shop I was overwhelmed by the choices of beautiful dresses. When I tried on five dresses, I didnt know if I was going to have a decision that day. Then Raelynn came up to me with dress number six and she told me, Try this dress on. It was the Maggie Sottero Stevie dress. Once I put that Gown on, I felt like a princess. It was as if the staff took notes from the other dresses, and put it into one beautiful dress that I cant wait to walk down the aisle to. Favi and Raelynn were super helpful, and I couldnt thank them enough. I highly reccommend this place.

After visiting a major bridal chain, we walked in to our 2 o’clock appointment at the Bridal Box not expecting the outcome that transpired. I am an older bride and this is my second wedding so to say that I had anxiety about trying on dresses is putting it lightly. My girlfriend and I had pretty much decided on a dress at the other store and she had taken photos. Thank God she did.The dresses we saw at the Bridal Box were absolutely stunning. I have an athletic build and usually wear size 6-8 so I wasn’t anticipating that each dress I choose would look amazing and they did. It’s like trying on bikinis and then showing all your friends the flaws you can pick on on your body. This however, was different. Every dress fit and fit beautifully. It was a rare moment. Having Kim there to assist made the process easy and comfortable. I am no girly girl so what happened next really shocked me. I had narrowed down my choices to two dresses.The moment I tried the second Rebecca Ingram dress on and walked out, my girlfriend started to well up and I started to cry. I felt absolutely beautiful. Kim started to cry and the owner came in asking if we were saying yes to the dress because she wanted to ring the bell! I felt like I was starring in a tv show. It was beautifully surreal. I sat in my dress for a little longer and the owner brought us some champagne.Every woman should have this feeling about the special day in her life. I feel so fortunate that I got to have mine before the wedding even came. Thank you soooooo much Kim and Christine. You boosted my confidence and gave me such a wonderful fairytale experience. ❤️Ps: my girlfriend showed me the photo of the other dress I was going to buy at the big box store. It was more expensive and didn’t NEARLY compliment my body type like my dress does.

My sister bought her dress from this lovely boutique! We were keeping it at my aunts house in Paradise so her fiancee wouldnt see it. Unfortunately, this was the time when the Camp Fire came through and along with 8 of our familys homes, the dress was gone. We came back to the shop to see if we could re-order the dress. The owner of the store tried to get the dress maker to lower the price because of the unique situation but when they refused she took off $300 and threw in a complimentary Headband, dress bag, and veil bag. This little shop has done so much for our family in a time of great stress and sadness. They help shine some light on very dark times and we are just so thankful! We will never be able to Express how thankful we are. I can definitely say that if I myself get married, I will make this my shop! Thanks again!

Not really what I was expecting. An old house converted to a bridal shop (musky smell old). Ok. But not much of a selection, and was not aware just to look at veils an appointment would be recommended. And you would need to look at several pages of a catalog. Ill just keep looking.

This local boutique has 5 friendly staff. Everyone has a share in the work, including the owner. Their selection ranges from less than $1,000 to the very expensive dream dresses. I love the atmosphere and professionalism of the boutique so much that I said yes to the dress there!

I found out about the Bridal Box from a wedding expo that I attended in January and instantly LOVED the staff, namely Sammy. I scheduled an appointment to try on wedding dresses for the first time ever during the Maggie Sottero trunk show because shes one of my favorite designers. Despite the complete nightmare I had created in my head about trying on wedding dresses, Sammy made my experience so much fun! She really took the time to get to know me and figure out my style and what I was looking for. She let me try on every dress that my family and I wanted to, and picked out a couple of her own that she thought would look good on me. Her pics ended up being my 2 favorites, other than the dress that I ultimately decided to buy. She was super patient with me and helped me eliminate/ She was completely respectful of my budget and didnt push anything that she didnt think was my style. I never thought in 100 years that I wouldve found my wedding dress on the first time trying them on, but Sammy and the business owner were amazing and I purchased and ordered THE DRESS before leaving. Thank you Sammy!

A hidden Dimond for all the Bridal needs. Gowns, bridesmaid dresses, accessories galore. One of the biggest online stores on the west coast. Loving it.

My daughter was trying to pull a wedding together in a 3 month time frame, on the east coast, which meant ordering a dress! Christine at the Bridal Box could not have been more accommodating and helpful; she was able to get us a gorgeous Maggie Sattero within 3 weeks (no other bridal shop we contacted even tried to help.). She gave us constant updates and support and even rushed some items at no extra cost when we were not sure if they would make it on time from California. I highly recommend the Bridal Box, and we did everything over the internet!

The Bridal Box is a warm welcoming place to shop for your wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses! The owner is a sweetheart and very helpful. She tried her best to get me the best deal on the dress I fell in love with. On top of that, I was given a $50 credit towards shoes, which their shoe options are very vast. I was very satisfied with the services and product I got from the Bridal Box. They have really cute iron on stickers for the wedding party!The only thing I have an issue with is that the Bridal Box recommended Top Alterations in Orangevale,CA for dress alterations. This place not only butchered my dress but when I went to pick up my dress the owner rushed me out the door and told me to take my dress home to try it on and to bring it back if I had any issues with it. Well there were so many issues with it that I didnt bother going back. I took my dress into Alterations Express in Folsom, CA a week before my wedding and they were able clean up the mess the last alteration place created and more!!! Alterations Express went above and beyond to get my dress to fit my body just perfectly! Words cannot express how grateful I am for this business. One of the best parts about Top Alterations is the owner thought I was WAAAAAY over charged for the crappy job Top Alterations did, so she waived all my fees. If this experience doesnt make you want to take your dress or clothing items to Alterations Express I dont know what will. This is not the Bridal Boxs fault by no means. I just want people to be aware that the Bridal Boxs alteration recommendation did not work out well for me.
