Kathleen is exceptional! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge with me! I recommend Meissner’s to all my sewing family and friends. Not only for service but for hints, tips, ideas, classes and of course machines. Her and Erica are great with their customer service which to me is necessary wherever you go. Their product is reasonably priced and there is everything you may need for your projects. Go, run, do not walk…this is the only place you need to go. What are you waiting for?

I went in for help with my ScanNCut machine. Kathleen was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. As a relative newbie to my machine, she was also able to give me some tips and tricks. I was SO happy to have a local hands-on expert available.I also ordered a lamp while I was there and it came in the next day, as promised.

Ive have bought two Babylock machines from Meissner. The first machine, Kathleen helped with the purchase. She was so knowledgeable and patience with my questions. I have just upgraded to the Altaire and Mica and Erica helped with this purchase. The embroidery/sewing machine has all the bells and whistles. They both were so helpful and again knowledgeable with the product. They seemed as excited as I was to get this beauty. NEVER any pressure to purchase. Meissner reminds me of the old days in Roseville when we were a small town. Friendly, caring and always happy to see your face attitudes. Its refreshing to experience happiness in the workforce. Meissners Roseville sure has it, and it makes all the difference.

Great customer service even when not buying a machine at the Roseville store. At the main store it feels like if you’re not buying a machine then you’re going to have to ask for help.

I want to express my appreciation of your employee, Kathleen, at your Roseville store. Today, over the phone, she was able to trouble shoot my problem with my Babylock Aventura machine. She sat down in front of a similar model in your store, and in an easy-to- understand manner, walked me through the problem, to a satisfactory solution. This took several minutes, but she was very patient. I was especially gratified as I was vacationing in Fort Bragg, CA, and it would have been a four hour drive to the Roseville Store, and a two and a half hour drive to the Santa Rosa Store. And repair times are five and four weeks, respectively, at those two stores. Kathleen saved me drive time, and weeks to be without my machine. Wonderful store! Love the knowledgeable staff. I really like the smaller more compact atmosphere opposed to the giant store in Sacramento, especially if you have mobility issues. CINDY always has a wonderful selection of quilting fabric and I never come home without checking the sale fabric as I always find something special there too! Great selection of sewing machines accompanied with free classes.

Not a fan of the customer service at this location. Ive tried going there a couple different times hoping it was a fluke but its been the same each time. I get treated like Im some pauper because I dont have the money to drop $3k on a sewing machine and then get tailed around like Im going to shop lift. Cmon, ladies, I was the only one in the store besides you. Im not gonna shove a sewing machine in my hand bag. No intentions to go back.

Dont trust the sales people at the Roseville store. The have a sign on a sewing machine saying save X dollars, but if you try and buy it the day it was miss marked and its actually $200 more. Classic bate and switch. The also wouldnt honor the price they put on the machine. Misleading, deceptive and immoral.
