The best customer service in NorCal. They are my go to Husqvarna dealer.
Very good service from Chad, its team knows the bikes and know what to do. Fast, polite and efficient. Thank you guys!
Brad the owner is not a super friendly guy but is professional enough. All the part counter guys are friendly and professional. Most importantly, they always have the parts I need.I would come here for all my parts if they would match Rocky Mountain ATV instead of I need it now parts. I much prefer to keep my business local but price is a strong motivator to go online.
Great selection of KTM motorcycles and riding gear & accessories. Very helpful staff.
Stopped by the store to look one day and decided to buy a bike if I could pick it up on the same day. After a quick painless talk with mat paper work was filled out and process began. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and did everything he could to make it happen same day. Everyone even stayed late to make sure I was take care of. All the staff is helpful and a great place to get anything KTM or Husqvarna. My new place for anything motorcycle related.
They have all of the bikes and parts for KTM and Husky. More parts in stock than any other dealer. Very knowledgeable.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. I bought a brand new ktm 500exc and the exhaust had a defect and it allowed hot air to escape from the side and melt the rear fender. When I brought the bike in they blamed me for the problem and were reluctant to fix it. Instead of providing a new fender they simply shaved off the melted plastic, it still looked horrible. I called corporate and asked if I could get a new fender, they said absolutely. When I arrived to pick up the bike, the owner (Santa clause looking guy) came out and was angry that I called corporate and said “why did you do that, I was going to cut you a deal and give you an xcw exhaust but now I’m taking it off.” Long story short the customer service here is a joke and I would never buy anything from here again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SUPPORT A KTM DEALERSHIP THAT WILL SUPPORT YOU BACK. There are plenty of other KTM dealerships that will treat you right, this is not one of them.
I reccomend this place to everyone I know great place and good prices very knowledgeable staff
Bad service, didnt even come out to speak with me or other people who were looking at bikes. Thier show room is outside, what place has an outdoor showroom but wont walk out to the showroom to speak with potential customers. I went to NorCal and bought a Honda CRF450L.
They can be opinionated, and I like that. Just like a waitress that says, Dont get that, it sucks., the folks at MPC do that too. If theyve had a bad experience with a product, they try not to sell it, and theyll find an alternative product. Or make one. If you want to ride on Saturday, they probably have your part on Friday. Thats great!
Absolutely the worst purchasing experience of my 60+ years. Brad, the owner, treated me like a bother rather than a customer, a sentiment Ive heard from others as well. My brand new 10,000 dollar KTM 690 R ate its water pump at only 300 miles-a known issue. His first comment was he had to check to see if it was something I had done to it. He then called to tell me he was sooo busy, he could not get to it for 3 months! (Found out they had worked on it already.) Then told me he was going out of his way to get k_t_m to offer expedited shipping so they could repair it-ONLY 1 week there and 1 week back, plus repair time, on a BRAND NEW motorcycle. Wow! I called k_t_m myself, and had a new engine the next day. I later took it in for warranty work, and to have side stand shortened. I informed them I had another estimate on the stand of $40. When I went to pick it up, they hit me with a bill for $120! The reason stated Labor side stand shorten. When I protested Brad told me it was actually for suspension adjustments, which I discovered later should have been covered by warranty. I had received no estimate, and authorized nothing more than the $40. Knowing this is clearly illegal in California, I filed a formal complaint with the Bureau of auto repair. Amazingly, they had no record of him being authorized through them to perform such repairs, or any repairs, in California. I received a full refund almost immediately after one of their inspectors went to meet with him. I would not trust anything this man said to me, & would strongly urge everyone to avoid buying a motorcycle from him. Sadly, I was very impressed with his service & parts guys. They deserve better.
This shop has a great selection of primarily European dirt bikes. They also carry a lot of parts, gear etc. even stuff for older KTMs.
Good service but a couple people do not know anything about parts who work there.
Great Service and pricing, carry all most everything for my sons KTMs and if they dont have it they can get it within a couple of days. Easy to get to right off of the freeway exit.
My husband and I took our son to buy him a new KTM, we were treated like we were invisible. We found one we were ready to buy but the staff just stood around and wouldnt bother even speaking to us. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored we walked out and drove to another shop. They clearly didnt want our money or our business.
Just bought a 17 450EXC from Mat, great guy, great service, I love the bike. Highly recommended.
Crazy story! So I found out about the new KTM EXC Electric pilot program in the United States that factory KTM is running, you get a $15,000 2017 Freeride exc E motorcycle for $8299. This was a bargain I couldnt pass up, all my local dealers that sold the electric bikes were sold out. So I called around to other California stores and found one down south, my friend and I both bought one and the dealer down south was great throughout the sales process. They delivered the two bikes from LA to Northern California that same week. My friend and I rode our bikes a half a dozen times and had a total blast and after my sixth ride, I plug my bike into the charger and got red lights and an error message stating there is a battery error. So after almost one full month of dealing with the service department at the dealer down south and factory KTM, I was super frustrated. Factory KTM told me to take it to my nearest electric certified KTM dealer. My closest dealer was MPC KTM in Roseville, they are about an hour and 30 minutes away from my house. I drove up there this last week and planned on staying most of the day to see if there was a chance they could get the bike fixed that day and I would not have to drive back up to pick the bike up. After about an hour of dealing with the service guys at MPC, they ran various tests, called factory KTM, and asked the owner what they should do, the owner got involved, Ran on some of his own test, made a phone call to the KTM factory and basically fought to get me good customer service. KTM wanted to take weeks to research and then finally get me either a new battery or a new charger but the owner continued to fight for me and eventually got approval to send me home with a brand new $900 charger fully covered under warranty. The owner saved me much valuable time driving back-and-forth and has a loyal customer for life now. I should also mention this dealer has the most insane supply of KTM accessories and Hardparts that Ive ever seen, if they dont have a part of that you want for your KTM I would be shocked. Thank you again to MPC and the entire team and especially the owner who is one hell of a guy. You were all helpful and professional and I really appreciate it.
Every time Ive gone in there so far. Ive got exactly what I needed, and the right advise Ive needed. Ill be coming there for parts on my ktm every time.
Purchased my KTM 500 EXC there in 2013. Brad, Matt, and Chad took the time to show me all of the features of the bike as well as recommendations for mods and upgrades. Every time I need help or have a question they do their best to answer my question and solve problems (which there really havent been many). I would buy from them again. Love my KTM!!
Friendly and helpful
They had the small parts I needed in stock, like brake master cylinder rebuild kits and bleeder valves. Good customer service experience as well.
They dont just sell bikes, they are very helpful with parts and service. Hardly ever do I go there and they dont have what I need in stock. Other shops always have to order everything and its usually from some teenaged kid that doesnt know a thing about your bike. All my rider friends go to this place and keep coming back for a reason.
Wow! Where to start? First I was looking around for over 15 min before anyone ask been did I need any help? Then when I finally got help I asked if they had any Ktm 250sxf factory editions he said no we havent had any since the spring. I said well ur website said u did and the reply was we dont update our website very often . I got treated as if I were dumb and owed them something. My first Ktm dealership to ever go in and needless to say Ill never be back, Ill take my money somewhere with good customer service .
