Mary and Bruce were able to help me with my emergency. They were very helpful, friendly, and prompt. I thought I would have to wait hours or days to get the replacement glass I needed. Great place to get your glass needs taken care of

Took a window in to be repaired. Called the next day to say it was fixed. This is the third time we have used them. Always order was handled quickly and was called promptly. I never had a problem with the receptionist or the owner, they were always friendly and nice to me. I will use them again in the future.

Great honest service

I took in a sliding glass door to get the glass replace .The lady in the first was very nice and polite. Bruce and his team was quick to get the glass replace within 10 minutes of me being there. I would highly recommend them. thank again!!!!!

The woman who answers the phone could use some REAL manners in customer service. She is rude when she answers the phone, so she must wake up a miserable human being every day. She cannot give me any idea on a timeframe for an estimate or work to be done. I waited on the list for over 2 weeks and never heard from them. When I called today she shuffled through papers for several minutes and then told me Im still on the list. She says she is one of the owners and refused to put me on the phone with Bruce Roadrunner. She told me I could take my business some place else.

You guys werent playing the lady just sat there and laughed in my face on the phone all because i asked how much she would charge to fix a window. They need to fire her.

Had a job called for them to work on a door, they came looked at theories door then left without explination or notifying. Had to call and was told were so busy with jobs and have people waiting,thats just what we do. Needles to say I still have a broken door and no reason why or hows its going to be fixed.

Not good customer service!

Secretary is lethargic and dosent vaule her job. Is slow to help. Anything you ask of her seems to be a problem for her. Made a comment about here in the united states

Terrible service! left my number and measurements of my glass i wanted the lady never called back! once i called back she gave me an attitude and she could not even find the note where she wrote the measurements down ! dont recomend whent through this twice

The crappiest place ever rude people no customer service they had a window door 2 days and never got it because we got bigger jobs that we need to do before we do these small jobs was her answer wouldnt recommend to my enemies ... worst ever
