UPDATE; I Submitted my information and so far the owner of Big O in Roswell NM had NOT contacted me. Just shows that they dont believe in customer service.Very bad place to go for tire repair Roswell NM store did not know how to put a tube in my tire. I had tube and just needed it installed. Four employees could not figure out how to do it and riped the valve from the tube and charged me $16+ for what they did. Employee put tire in my pickup so I didnt know if what they had done till I got it to put on trailer. Tried to contact Big I and no luck.

THIS PLACE HAS IT GOING ON!!! Wasnt out shopping for tires although I needed them that was not my goal when I stopped here. you see there was a Harley-Davidson out front for sale and that is actually the reason I stopped. Since I was there I might as well check the price of tires cuz I needed two of them. My main deal was time!! So I asked the guy how long was it going to take he said 30 minutes from start to finished! I said get her done. While Im waiting in the lobbythey have these cool pictures on the wall that are lit up and show you how it is that the oil runs through the motor, another one is how the brakes work and another one is how the alignment is on your car and explains it all...pretty cool. I stepped outside for a quick smoke then I see a man pull up needing a flat changed and man this one guy pulled that tire off and put another one on so quick it was unbelievable then he proceeded to put the other tire back under the vehicle where it belong he was quick I was very surprised and then boom my cars done to!!! Although the tires seemed a bit high priced they came with a 6-year warranty so I thought that was probably worth it. So if you need tires and youre in a hurry this is the place to go!!! Writing this as a sort of proxy. My wife is visiting a relative in Roswell. Tire indicated low, took the car to Big O Tires upon a recommendation from said relative. Got a call from wife saying she was being recommended a tire replacement. I spoke to Tim. He was super. Was prepared to discuss the quotes, offered a good replacement tire, explained the reasons (loss of tread, general and specific conditions of two tires) and I gave my wife to go-ahead. She said all the people were nice and marveled at the speedy turn around time. Completely satisfied. No one likes to replace tires on while on a trip; unexpected, never quite sure of the dealer, strange town, etc.. but this was the opposite experience in every way. Could not be happier. Thanks for the good job.

I happened in on a slow Friday morning to have my tires rotated and balanced. They were on it like a Duck on a June bug. It was done quickly and professionally, the coffee was hot, Hythe aroma of freshly made popcorn was too inviting to pass up.The price was right. For the job too.

Thank you, Big O! I was traveling to Roswell. About 80 miles out, I started hearing rattling/scraping noises. Tentatively, I pressed on. My brother-in-law offered to look at it in the morning but also recommended Big O, happened to be just across the street from where I was staying and opened at 7:30. They looked at it right away, diagnosed it, and fixed it, no charge (ended up being something simple). I was so, so, so relieved and thankful! I hope everyone that worked on it got one of the small treats I left.

I traveled from Carlsbad, NM to Roswell, NM due to no one being able to get me in the same day. Very glad I did, as I was able to set up an appointment the same day and had my truck ready within 2.5 hours. At first, I thought I needed to get an alignment done, but it turned out to be a broken ball joint. They showed and explained to me what needed to be done to get it fixed. The staff was knowledgable and very quick to notice the issue. They also did not start working on the truck until after quoting me and giving them an ok. Customer service is a 10/10 -- They were all attentive and very friendly!

Great place to take your car to for tire repair. I stopped in after I felt some rattling while driving. They quickly diagnosed it as the weights in my tires being out of balance. They were fast and quick with the fix. The price was also great, not to mention their customer service was very nice.

Took my car there to get an alignment done, they called awhile later and said all the adjustments were off so they needed to install some Kit to fix the camber and said it would be 390 bucks. We get there and it’s 2 little bolts they wanted 60 dollars each for (so 120) when they’re 20 dollars at the parts store and they wanted 55 dollars each side to install 1 bolt. We left and took it to Cobb automotive and alignment who got it done in an hour and with the bolts charged us 80.79 with tax. Staff was also really rude for some reason. Will not consider doing business here again.

I was traveling through Roswell, and discovered I had a problem with a valve on one of my vehicles tires. I have used Big O in other states and went to the Big O in Roswell. The staff was very accommodating, and helped my right away. I really appreciated their prompt service to get me back on the road.

I noticed that the majority of the reviews on here are very good, but the last two times I went seems like theyre trying to rip me off first time but new tires said I needed new brakes and rotors turned $750 I declined got my buddy to do pads for 40, he said they didnt even need them. Today went for first rotation told them was hauling a trailer so needed more air in tires, thought about it and checked when I got home they didnt PUT ANY in, in fact lied.

Needed a tire to replace one that had blown out while traveling from Midland. They had what I needed.They went above and beyond in taking care of us and getting us back on the road.Would definitely recommend Big O Tires in Roswell!

Ive been going to Big-O for about ten years now. Ever since I purchased new tires from a big box retail store and they assured me that they could mount the tires. When the time came they lacked the proper equipment to handle the size of tires and rims my vehicle required. I called around and Big-O was the only place that would guarantee me they could meet my needs. Ever since that day I have returned to Big-O time after time. From the purchase of new tires, shocks to battery and alternator I have been pleased with the not only the service but the positive attitudes from all workers I encountered. Knowing that people who work there really enjoyed what they did gave me no worries about the job they were performing. Im not easy to please but seeing a worker smile while working when no one was watching really impressed me. Fantastic job Big-O!!!

I do not recommend this tire shop to anyone. They only want to sell you tires even if they are the incorrect size tire for your vehicle. Also they dont warranty their tires or actually know what they are talking about when it comes to your tpms systems.

Excellent service oil change prices are wonderful one of the cheapest places I found for oil changes tire rotations alignments are good price to 22 point inspection is free with no oil change almost I think its when I need an oil change this is the place that I go I needed new tires they set me up with a program that was that is like $35 down or something like that and you have a 100 days to pay it off no interest no surcharge or you can pay the minimum balance for a year now this is all wage and credit balance but for those of you in a bind its not a bad program I was in there buying myself and I still am but all four new tires and an oil change at 70 bucks a month for the next year Im not going to argue I can make that payment

The guys really dont say much to women but are nice! Bathroom is clean but no where to change my daughter! They did have toys for her to play with along with coffee, tea and water!

Blew my bigo tire about 12 miles from town, I called them let them know I was on my way . It was 20 to 6 and I could not go very fast, Josh said he would wait I got there with 8 minutes to spare he ran my warranty got my tire change in 15 or less minutes, ty bigo and Josh for taking care of me and my family .

I called i guys for an alignment cause i work alot convenient for me ..u guys refuse it being a mercedes saying it will fry computer ... alignment has nothing to do with computer on this model . ive had my car aligned at multiple shops in town i know u can set just the toe and chamber but not caster and thats fine as long as stars in middle thats fine set toe and let it go . thanks big o .really here for ur community...

I rolled in 15 mins after they closed, but no one seemed to mind. I had a flat, they immediately helped me out and got me back on the road. This was a great experience.

Very dissapointed. Went there to get some new tires for a hand cart, charged me $43 and said it would just take a few minutes to get them put on. Over 45 minutes later they came out and told me that one tire was leaking from the rim and they didnt know why or how to fix it. I know how to fix it! Put some sealent on the rim and then put the tire on, simple and easy. Will not be returning to Big O in the future.

The Roswell store damaged my custom wheels while installing the tires. They told me there were going to replace them. When I drove down to the store they were very rude and unprofessional . Long story short they did not fix the issue and now I have to drive around with damaged wheels as a result of their negligence
