They were also so nice and made us feel comfortable as if they were welcoming one of their own family and friends. The service was excellent and at a very fantastic time and not to leave out their prices are affordable and well worth getting your car tires maintenance by these guys!! Great service, very friendly and fast but efficient. I made an appointment came in about 30 mins before my scheduled appointment time and they still went ahead and started in my car and was done in no time. Before my car had the shakes when I get up to about 75mph but now it’s a smooth ride all because of there fast and quality work. Very satisfied customer!

Had the misfortune of a flat with a puncture in the sidewall and had to buy a new tire. Alexis and Joy were great. Most tire shops were closed on Sunday, but Mavis was open and got me in and out without any fuss. 👍👍

I had new tires done a month ago. When I left the store my tire pressure was at 80 psi. It actually blew my tire gauge apart when checking to see if that was correct figuring that was too high. I then used my tire pump since my gauge broke and it read the same. Once I was able to get my tire pressure to normal, I started to hear a rattling sound. I went to another service provider to get my oil changed and asked them to see if they heard or saw anything. They stated something was in the tire between the rim. I took it back to Mavis today at 11AM. I had to call at 5PM to find out if the problem was solved since I didn’t get any call from them over the six hours. They attempted to charge me $108, saying that was half off, as two of the tire pressure sensors were broke. Well, this wasn’t an issue until I had the new tires put on the car. Needless to say they never contacted me prior to performing service, never notified me of the problem or cost. I never agreed to any service being done on the vehicle, I never signed anything, never said go ahead and fix it, nothing. Just wanted them to check to see what the problem was. I ended up not paying as I made it clear that was unacceptable (sorry to the gentlemen who was on the other end of it). Steer clear of this place. Absolutely horrible experience.

Great service! I had a leak in my tire and they searched until they found it and repaired it. I made an appointment online and was helped right away. The front desk agent kept me updated the whole time.

Got me in quickly on a Sunday, wish the receipt had a little more detail, was supposed to have alignment checked but no test data to say if it was good, assume it was, also which way tires were rotated (F-R, cross or??). And being a crazy Jeep person- wish the center Jeep logo on the tires was lined up, but that’s because I’m crazy.

Drew and Veronica are the BEST!! Drew drove 45+ minutes to pick up the tires I wanted for my Infiniti Coupe which was totally unexpected but yet above and beyond! He checked my tires before installation and found a major problem no one else told me about, my rim was destroyed on the inside!! Which was the actual problem I had even after paying someone else to plug my tire for me. Drew was informative and caring and I appreciate that type of customer care in this day and age. Veronica handled my annoying calls with care(lol); having to find an Infiniti rim for a decent price to be delivered and deciding between Touring or Performance tires. She was also informative and caring. Veronica is always joyful when she answers the phone. That always brightened my day and made me forget how frustrated I was about these tires and my rim. Not only that, the 4 run flat tires with mounting and balance was a SWEET deal! I normally go to Infiniti for all my car needs but going forward, I think I’m sticking with this Mavis location for my tire buying and alignment needs. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Drew and Veronica!! I will definitely recommend this store to everyone I know. :-D

Worst place ever!!! I went in there as I had a blown tire and they sold me a tire that I should NOT have had on my car as I did not know any better as I am NOT a tire expert! When I tried to bring it back to get a full refund they will now not even speak to me! The waiting room was filthy, no coffee or water. NEVER go here!! I gave it 1 star as it wont let me post without that but it should be ZERO

Terrible. They initially couldnt get my car off the lift. Manager was very unprofessional and rude. Never going there again.

Had a horrible experience and Drew promised me a refund. Turns out he can’t make that promise. They lied about the service needed and when I asked about it I was offered a refund. Now I’m being told I can’t get a refund because I drove away. This location is ran by a straight up liar and the regional manager is covering for him and also denying my refund. They lost a customer for life over $250 and now I feel obligated to save you all the hassle. There are other better more honest options.

One morning I woke up to find a large nail In my tire. I stopped in and was greeted by the store manager who was very courteous. He told me it would be approximately 30 minutes before someone could look at it, but he would get to it as soon as possible. I had a nice conversation in the waiting room with another customer and before I knew it I was told my tire was repaired and at no cost! It was 30 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I was behind the wheel driving off. I have used this location many times and they have always been professional,friendly and are very competitive in their pricing. I highly recommend checking them out. This was my first trip.Very quick service. I went in for wheel alignment and cabin air filter change. I was in and out in about an hour.Their prices are at least 50% less than what the dealership had quoted me just the day before.Great service and excellent price!

Once Justin checked me in, Ty took my vehicle to the back for service. The tires and wheel alignment was done to perfection. I thank all of them. Came in to get 4 tires, brakes and shocks on a used car I just purchased and I couldn’t be more happier. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did their best to get me the best deal they could and after shopping around for weeks they were the least expensive. After the work was performed my car drove like it was brand new. I will be bring my other vehicles to this location and recommending all of my friend and family here.

At 7 PM, I drove to two different stores to be told that they are open until 8:30, but they do not have tech to help with installation. Worst part is that first store representative in Mansell Road tells me that store in Alpharetta Highway surely does, hence I drove there. Customer service, still open for business, has an attitude telling me that he does not have anyone to help me either. I explained that I was sent from Mansell and his arrogance did not change a bit. Closing hour is posted at 8:30 PM, no help, nor consideration of any kind.

Marshal provides stellar customer service and industry knowledge like I’m never seen before. I came in because my tire had picked up a nail and was leaking air profusely. He quickly and swiftly got me checked in and handled the issue and saved me money in the process. The technicians are quick and swift with their work and with the combination of Marshal the service advisor and the technician I was out in no time. Great service and I’d highly recommend this establishment to everyone that needs tires or brakes. And to cooperate, give this man Marshal a raise!
