Just learned today that you can purchase a car battery and get it installed at a Batteries Plus Bulbs. I called the Roswell location and spoke to Tommy and found that they had a battery for my Honda in stock. Took it over there and was back on the road in about 20 minutes. Having it installed here was a much better experience than going to a car dealership or automotive repair shop. No need to drop off my car for the day or get told I need other repairs than what I came in for. Will definitely do this again and will recommend to others.

He took great care with the lady and her daughter, so I didnt mind waiting. He was patient, kind, willing to adapt the order process because Im high-risk for the virus, and he was knowledgeable. They have a great system for finding the right battery for your device as well. Always loved coming to batteries plus stores for my automotive batteries, and in 1 visit I found all the different small batteries I needed today. An even bigger plus is that the guy working there today knows his stuff super super well! Phenomenal customer service. Walked away learning quite a few different things! Glad I came here!

I only received 4 of 6 items ordered and must return on Friday to receive the remaining 2 items ordered, assuming they come in. I was not informed of this process online before I paid for the complete order. If this would had been communicated, I would have ordered the four in stock only.

Like the lifetime battery for your watch. I keep stuff so this is a good deal if you are similar. They also always seem to have the specialty bulb I need. Staff seems to care, are friendly, and competent.

Tommy was able to repair a phone that had been dropped in a pool. He tested the phone to make sure it could be fixed, then told us exactly what he would need to do. I shattered the screen on my iPhone as I was leaving my office down the road from Batteries Plus. I needed to work quickly to resolve this issue as I run a car dealership and spend what seems like my entire day using my phone. I showed up a little after 6PM and was promptly greeted by Blake who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of repairing my iPhone. He worked very quickly to get my phone back together all at a reasonable cost. My phone was fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

This location is my favorite! The manager Tommy is so informative, professional, and personable! I went in for a watch battery for my grandmothers watch (she was gifted for 30 years of service at Grady Memorial Hospital) and left satisfied and with a warranty, which made my granny really happy!

Battery was ready to go and pick up was easy. So high marks on the ease of ordering and pick up.But low mark on $5.00 core charge. Not Happy about the $5.00 core charge when I did not have a battery to dispose of at that time! That should not be charged unless you are turning in a battery for disposal.

I placed an online order and picked-up at store. These were not common batteries, but the store had both in stock. I was most impressed with the two gentlemen working in your store. The order needed soldering of terminals to one of the batteries, so I was there for a while. Both of the associates were excellent, especially when things got busy and a number of customers came all at once.

I called this location with a question I had to change my keyfob battery on my car. The level of service I received was amazing. They ensured that every part of my question was answered, extending even a contact # of someone I can call in case there are issues with my battery change (requiring programming of fob). Great job!

The battery was messaged to be available when I ordered online, but when I got to the store there was no battery available. My motorcycle had to stay overnight where the old battery died. Luckily it was not towed away. Credits to Blake who called around and had the battery available at the store the next morning. I installed the battery and retrieved the bike. Battery works fine.

I went here to get my phone screen fixed, and let’s just say I will never make that mistake again. I dropped my phone and it was spectacularly cracked, little bits of glass coming out of it and everything. They put a new screen on within about an hour and a half and when I got home with it I discovered that the touch screen wasn’t working properly. I went back and was told that they didn’t have any left of my phone screen, so I drove out to the batteries plus on windward parkway. They put a new screen on. I found that the touchscreen doesn’t turn off when I make phone calls, so my cheek would hit buttons while I was talking. This was exceptionally annoying, but I was pretty fed up at this point and just decided to deal. Also, I was back at school so it wasn’t convenient to go back to get it fixed again. Then, I pulled my phone out of my wallet one day (I have a wristlet) and found that there was what looked like a stress fracture in the bottom corner of the screen. Within the day, two large pieces of glass had fallen out of the bottom of my phone. Within the week, another stress fracture appeared across the bottom half of the screen. I was at school so again it wasn’t convenient to go get it fixed. I came home for holidays and the bottom half of my screen stopped working altogether- the touch screen worked but where I should’ve been able to see the bottom half of my screen it was just black. I went back finally and was told that because the screen was cracked there was no warranty, despite the fact that the manager agreed with us that the cracks looked like stress fractures indicating that they had been the ones to put it on wrong. If I had known all of this was going to happen I would have coughed up the extra money and gone to the Apple store because clearly it’s cheaper here for a reason. Absolutely horrible experience. Will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. Edit- I also found that my screen is popping out in the top, as in the glass is starting to stick out from the phone.

When I needed a new battery for my car, Batteries Plus came to the rescue from pulling the battery in stock to clean the terminals and making sure the items in my cars memory were saved, they were great. Id definitely recommend them for your car battery needs for both price and service!!!

I wish I could give them zero Stars. They rebuilt a Neato vacuum battery pack, it never worked right. I ended up thinking my vacuum needed to be replaced, when in reality, I needed a GOOD battery pack. Went to Bed Bath & Beyond for the original Neato battery which now my vacuum work correctly, when I went back for a refund they said no way.I said they never see me in that store again.I wish I looked at all the postings first.Hopefully companies like this will go out of business as people learn to read the postings first.

Made an online reservation to get an iPhone 5S battery replaced. Got to the store only to have the clerk tell me they did not have the battery in stock! Seems like the online reservation system does not connect to inventory... which is not good! Staff were apologetic, but this is a serious issue for Batteries Plus corporate, who I assume is managing the online reservation system.

Helpful when you can get someone to help. Almost seems as if it would be better to make an appointment. Seems like most folks including me has a special situation that needs attention which takes time.I am frustrated because it is not easy to get in the store. Shopping center surrounded by traffic and wierd set up with high curb and stairs or wheelchair ramps. Built on a hill. I walked out without getting help.Addendum, I called them from my car and they said no line. I came back and are trying to be quite helpful.

Batteries Plus is not competitive. I did not purchase batteries for Vtech DS6121-5 Cordless Phone Batteries. Your cost is $17.99 for 1 set of 2 AAA chargeable batteries. I cancelled that portion of my order so I could purchase 5 (FIVE) sets of 2-AAA chargeable batteries with connectors from Amazon for $17.98. Thats correct, $17.98 for ALL 5 SETS of 2-AAA chargeable batteries. They work great in the Vtech phones. I probably should have cancelled the second portion of my order for 2 Duracell Ultra AGM SLA 12V 7AH Batteries. But I went ahead and completed that portion of the order. BUT IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. In the future I will remember that Batteries Plus is not competitive.

I ordered online 2 items for store pick up, only one was in stock it has been a week Now and The item is still not in. I could have gone to a Big Box store and picked one up that same day. My debit bcard was aloready charged when I placed the order.. I am a Bit disappoinhted
