Alex installed a new printer and helped me set up a new laptop with all the icons and applications I need. Scheduling an appointment was easy with an email and phone confirmation.Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. I am not the most technologically savvy so he was very patient in showing me how to set up and operate the various functions to compose, save, set up folders and print documents including photos and envelopes. He even recycled my old printer and laptop.Alex took his time and did not rush in explaining what he was doing and why and took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely use Peachtree Computers with any of my computer needs.

I had the BEST experience at Peachtree Computers on Holcomb Bridge Rd. today! I dropped my laptop off because it had been running hot and randomly shutting off and making noises. I am a Senior adult with limited technological skills. I could have so easily been taken advantage of. Instead, the engineer called me in about 2 hours with the good news that the free diagnostic test had revealed a simple fix. I was able to pick it up right away! The young lady at the front desk was very polite, professional and helpful as well. I was beyond relieved and happy! So nice to have such good customer service. Its now my Go To place. My laptop was dead in the water and I didnt know who to call. I didnt really want to go to one of the large big-box stores, so I asked a friend and he told me that Peachtree Computers handles all of their repair work.I brought my PC into the Roswell store and described my problem. The very friendly lady at the front desk offered to do a free diagnostic of my system and said they would call me when they figured out the issue.Not 2 hours later, they called and told me they had identified that the issue was related to my anti-virus software, and also how to avoid the problem in the future.Better yet, they didnt charge me for the fix - the covered it under their free diagnostic service.I really appreciate their work and they will be my first call if I have future issues.

I think over 10 years, Ive needed Peachtree Computers assistance maybe 5 times. However each time they are able to instill in me their dedication to doing things well. When one nets all the pros and cons, they get me to come back each and every time.

Ive been frustrated with the place Ive used for years to help me with PC issues. Theyre expensive, slow, and sometimes not really that good. I found Peachtree Computers doing a web search in my area. I will never go back to my old place. After listening to me about my problem, Peachtree gave me quick idea of what they thought the problem might be but said they would do their free diagnostic to be sure. Their initial diagnosis was correct and it needed what I thought was an obscure part replaced. They had the part and by closing that day, my PC was fixed and ready to be picked up. I dont know what impressed me most about the experience - their free diagnostics, the fact they had the part on hand, or that the repair was completed same day. Regardless, they are my go to place when I have issues in the future. Icing on the cake was how personable the people behind the counter are. The entire experience was definitely one Ill repeat to anyone.

I brought a failed hard drive in 3 weeks ago hoping you could retrieve my data. My expectations were low based on consultation with another service center. To my delight you were able to retrieve all my files within an hour!! The cost was very reasonable and the customer service is exceptional!!Paige and Alex were great. Did I mention I live in Kennesaw. I would make the trip to Roswell in a heartbeat if I I have any future computer issues.

Alex is the most tech savy professional I have ever met. In the 2+ hours he was at my computer, he fixed every problem we threw at him, including finding a file on an old drive on my shelf that was previously missing when it was suppose to have been cloned on my new computer. He realized my main fan was not hooked up right and is going to fix it when I am out of town and can bring computer in to shop for another tune-up. My computer is communicating much better with the keyboard, mouse and printer, he checked that all drives are functioning as they should be, and I am ready to begin work again on Monday. Friday was my boyfriend’s birthday and I went into Peachtree Computers to see if I could pay ahead to have his cellphone screen repaired, so that he could come in whenever was convenient for him and have a new screen that wasn’t broken for his birthday gift. The staff took my credit card and verified it was legit by charging a dollar to it. They asked me to bring the phone in so they knew what parts to order, which I did and I was told the parts would be in 24-72 hours. Today is Monday and the manager calls me, saying the staff took my order wrong, they don’t keep cards on file and they require a deposit to order the part. I’m trying to follow along because he is giving these long winded explanations and not getting to the point. The point is the part was going to be $329 dollars, for the part. I asked him to repeat the number because I’m thinking $100 max. On Friday I was never quoted. Clearly, I’m not paying $329 to have the screen replaced when I can just go get a new phone for that amount. I can’t even express my frustration to the manager about this being a birthday present because he is still doing some long winded explanation about how he reprimanded the staff and how this will never happen again. And he is right this will never happen again because they wasted my time Friday, I could have gone somewhere else for my boyfriends’s gift had I known they were charging something outrageous and no way I will pay $329 plus installation for a screen. I’m naturally very disappointed and they offered no solution. Clearly it’s the manager’s fault for not properly training his employees. Effective leaders own the mismanagement of their agency and strive to fix it, not using his employees as a scapegoat. 🤷‍♀️

Super service again. They actually made an understandable mistake...but totally owned it, apologized for it, and made up for it. Cant think of a better place to go for a laptop or phone repair.

Peachtree Computers has done a great job over the past few years in shop, when I need tech support on my laptop, smartphone, etc. Alex has done a great job installing and maintaining a complex mesh wifi system that covers some 15,000 sf of office space.

Literally the best computer repair shop! When my mac broke because I spilled some water on the keyboard, I first took it to an authorized Apple repair shop. I was quoted $1400 to fix it!!! I thought everything was lost but then I went to Peachtree computers and they were able to fix my laptop for 9x times less. They are a god send!!! Love them. My computer works as if nothing happened and the repair was quick. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

I have a custom built computer and it has been a challenge to find a qualified technician to properly diagnose and clean up issues. I finally found Alex Alvonello at Peachtree Computers on Holcomb Bridge Rd. in Roswell, Georgia! The experience was stellar. Matt answered the phone and was genuinely concerned and listened to my list of computer symptoms. I spoke to Alex who seemed very astute, caring, and knowledgeable. We arranged a remote session. Alex is a great communicator so we flew through the session and accomplished everything on the list. He is very patient. At times I was unsure what to do and he made it easy and stress free! I like stress free. I was so comfortable with Alex I asked him to come out to check all of my computer components. I asked for suggestions to upgrade a few items as well. I ordered them prior to the appointment and he installed each during our session in my office. I have been very pleased with each component suggestion. Alex works quickly and yet is kind, excited about his work and engaging during the session. The prices are competitive and it is clear Alex takes his work to heart. I had a problem with my computer. Unfortunately, I had not backed up anything and I had a whole website full of personal writings and photos. It would have been impossible to recreate. I looked around for a computer repair establishment and found Peachtree Computers in Roswell, Ga.I took my computer to them without much hope of getting the data recovered. Peachtree Computers told me they would have an evaluation, diagnosis in 24 hours. Within in 24 hours, they called me and told me what needed to be done ( new hard drive) and how much it would cost. They also said they would try to recover my documents, etc. for an extra $20.00 !?!. I gave them the ok to fix the computer.Within 24 hours, I received a text telling me my computer was repaired. The total bill as very low ( under 200.00) and they recovered my documents.I took the computer home and it works perfectly. It is ten times faster than before with somehow better software.I could go on and on about Peachtree Computers but suffice to say I am more than thrilled with this company. They delivered on every aspect of the transaction and the price was very reasonable.A persons computer is like their third arm. Not having it or losing the data in it can be devastating. Back up your data but in the cases where you do not, call PEACHTREE COMPUTERS!!.

Like most reviews here, its a five star review. The crew at Peachtree Computers are the best. Fair prices and quick turn around time are a hallmark of this operation. I have not been disappointed.They were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my 27 iMac and fix a failing fusion drive, identifying and correcting a corrupted user file, and having to manually transfer data from the old HDD. Machine operates like new again. Highly recommend to all here on the north side of Atlanta.

I have had 3 people from another company at my house that tried to fix my computer and the network connection and all were unsuccessful. Alex was here for an hour and a half and fixed the computer, my printer, increased the speed on my phone by connecting it to wifi and fixed the network problem on my laptop. In addition, he is very professional and very pleasant. I would certainly ask for him again and would highly recommend him.

Brought in a damaged flash drive for data recovery and unfortunately it was too badly damaged to retrieve the data. They recommended Data Savers in Atlanta and even though the data couldnt be retrieved. Their service and employees were extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time answering my questions and understood my needs.

I would highly recommend this place to others and plan on going here again in the future. They replaced my MacBook battery in a timely manner and for a fair price. On top of that, everyone I interacted with there is very friendly and helpful. Oh yeah and they also put screws in the bottom of my MacBook that were missing (my fault) and I was not charged anything extra.

I had an issue with my PS4 console and was driving down Holcomb Bridge to Norcross to pay $90 for someone to diagnosis and, hopefully fix, the issue. I happened to see the sign for Peachtree Computers and called them as I drove past. The person I spoke to admitted they usually dont repair gaming consoles, but they would be able to do a free diagnosis with an answer, and quote, in 24 hours. I took it in and in less than 4 hours they called me back with an answer. It was simply an issue with a system update and they charged me nothing for the time they spent diagnosing the problem. Everyone was very courteous and accommodating. I will definitely be revisiting them in the future with any other electronical issues that come up.

Once again, Peachtree Computers has taken care of me! This time I feel inclined to leave a review. Typically my needs have not been so urgent but this time my main business computer needed immediate repair. Alex is the Mac guy there! Alex installed a new hard drive in my MacBook Pro and upgraded the very old OS; then made sure everything was running properly, even email. Be organized with your checklist, have passwords ready, and hell get you fixed up quickly. Also, they are reasonably priced for the work they do. Super thrilled I found Alex!! The thought of going to the Apple Store is a nightmare....

I had an old dead laptop which was not booting. I knew that except hard disk everything in it seemed to work. Peachtree computers did a free diagnostic and told me the costs for a new SSD disk and for installing OS. I told them to only setup the new SSD disk and i can install OS on my own. They have installed the new Disk and also gave me the dead disk. What i found nice, was they cleaned my (old) laptop and it no longer looked like an old one. Appreciate their service.

I took my laptop in because I thought it had a virus. I left it and they did a diagnostic and didn’t find anything. So no charge! I had been in another time and asked a question and there was no charge. I feel like they are helpful without always trying to sell you something.
