I never left a review like that before and I am sad to do so because this team was very kind and I was provided with great customer service. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed in the work done 🥺.I went to Minuteman Press Printing for the printing of my company’s booklets for a very important and prestigious event. When I picked up the booklets I noticed that the quality of the paper was not like the sample that I had purposely left with them. I had made sure to let them know that I wanted the work to be exactly like the sample. The choice of paper was not done by me - I actually agreed to their proposal. Seeing my disappointment upon picking them up, I was told that in the future they would make sure that the paper quality is right ‘next time ‘. I left and went home to realize more crucial flaws to the booklets. Out of 100 booklets printed only 30 are cut properly. 70% of the booklets that I paid for are flawed and will not be used. It looks like the work was done with no care and attention to details. I will not hide the fact that I shed a few tears out of frustration 😣

My first experience at this shop was when I was printing out wedding invitations. I was using extra heavy weight cardstock for the paper and had initially brought it to Staples to print. They couldnt print on my paper because it was too thick for their printers. My fiance found Minuteman Press on Google and told me to try them out.I spoke with Bryan and he made sure they could use the thick cardstock I had provided and within a couple of days let me know he had completed the job. The quality was great and it was very affordable.Since this first experience, Ive had them print out a sign for my ceremony, wedding programs, and place cards. Everything turned out better than I imagined and Im very happy with the service this company provided.Bryan is such a pleasure to work with. Hes so friendly, very responsive, and professional.

Extremely knowledgable about what they do. Have used them many times. First trip in they offered some great options and helped me mold my project into the format that kept me within my budget. Printing is one thing I never have to worry about now!!

I have to get many quotes daily for projects and Minuteman Press is usually on the higher side. Turnaround time is a little long as well. When we did use the company the product quality was good.
