I had a great experience at this store. I bought a bracelet at a very good price and took it home. My wife found that the clasp was too small and too difficult to work properly so I took the bracelet back. They were very professional and accommodating and returned my money. It gives you assurance and comfort to know that a jewelry store is so customer-friendly and professional in the way they treat people. I will definitely go there again.

I brought a ring in for resizing and the service was excellent, fast (overnight) and very affordable.

I went in to look at their selection of rings for an engagement. I didnt find anything quite like what my girlfriend would have wanted, and when I brought her along next time the owner spoke with us about what we were looking for. We showed him some examples and he said he would be able to have a custom ring made! After about a week the ring was ready, but there were a few hiccups in the design. We explained it to him, and he took care of everything free of charge. We now have the ring and it. Is absolutely gorgeous. This store has outstanding customer service, and I will be recommending his service for anyone looking to be engaged!

I had done some research on jewelers in my area. After visiting a few and being “blown away” by their pricing, I found the Jason Guven Fine Jewelry store. My husband had given me a beautiful wedding ring set for Christmas which needed to be resized. I hesitated to leave it with anyone without some kind of paperwork supporting the transaction. I had absolutely the BEST experience working with Jason Guven and team! My sister gave me a Kate Spade bangle as a maid of honor gift, but I needed to get it resized.The team took time to inspect the bracelet and explain my options. Even though it wasnt made of a sturdy material like silver, they took care to widen it slightly, and re-coated the copper so that it wouldnt appear altered.They finished the job in just a few days, in time for me to wear it to my sisters engagement party. Id recommend their service to anyone! Overall theyre so knowledgeable and friendly, and its evident that they truly care about their customers.

Jason Guven Fine Jewelry is a “gem” of a jewelry store. I discovered it recently on the southeast corner of Holcomb Bridge and GA400 and instantly recognized the name. When I first moved to Atlanta 25 years ago, I found the original Guven Fine Jewelry location on Pleasant Hill started by three brothers. It became the only jewelry store I completely trusted. That location moved to Mall of Georgia and then a second brother opened a location in Alpharetta. Now a third brother has opened a location convenient to me in Roswell. This store is similar to the other two in that it is large with a huge selection of exquisite jewelry. Based on the repair I had done and a necklace purchase, I felt the prices were fair and what I expected to pay. What made my visit special, though, was the extraordinary customer service provided to me by the owner and his daughter.
