If you intend on buying a club, you need to get fitted with Adam in the studio. Ive been working with him on rebuilding my bag, and I couldnt be happier. My new fitted putter is money, and loving my new wedges. Adam has a lot of knowledge about golf, and it shows when he picks out equipment for you. Ive gain a lot of confidence knowing that I have the right equipment for me in my hands. Will be recommending him to all my friends!
Summer was a huge help! As a new golfer I did not know what I was looking for in a putter. Summer took to the time to look at my putting stroke, then helped me test several putters while staying conscious of my price range. We were able to find a great putter for a fair price! Thank you Summer!
Always my go-to for golf gear. Fitting experience was amazing here. Employees always willing to help if have a question.
Cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing customer service, awesome selection of items. What more can you ask for? In a time where alot of businesses are disengaging customers, this company is taking the exact opposite approach.
I recently ordered my brother in law a Nike bucket hat from this store which according from their website was in stock. I was called a few days after my order was made about some confusion due to the shipping address being different from the billing address (it was going to be a gift). I spoke with an awesome guy and had that all taken care of. So I thought his hat was on the way. 3 days later I received what looked like a default email reporting that my order was “cancelled” it was a very uninformative email. No reason why it was cancelled. Did not state anything about a refund. Not apologetic. No recourse to re order. I was frustrated. So I called the superstore today and I was told the hat I ordered was out of stock. It looked in stock when I paid for it but apparently all the stores were wrong. The gentlemen I spoke with was not apologetic. He did not offer anything to fix the problem or anything make a future customer want to buy from the PGA Superstore again. He only told me there is nothing that could do and I should be refunded in 3-5 business days. So I will never order from them again. The Nike store gladly gained my business today and I will take my golf needs elsewhere in the future.
Great store - great selection. There are many things I like about this store and chances are if they make it for golf you can find it here.I’ve purchased clubs here including getting fitted - very good experience. It’s great to be able to see and hit about any club on the market today. Same for putters - lots of selection and good area to practice with them. They also have a very fair return policy and being a member allows you to keep all your information (including purchase receipts) in one spot. I had to return a pair of shoes that started leaking and the took them back no questions asked.
Got a 3wood reshafted and not only did they use the wrong ferrule but the shaft is crooked in the hosell. Dont get anything reshafted here.
I brought in a $350 pured Graphite Design shaft to have TaylorMade adapter replaced with a Callaway adapter ($20 price for adapter) a charge of $9.95 to replace.Have to wait several days and when I get home I notice it’s off to the 2 o’clock position. All I asked for was the line match the alignment grip, a very easy request. It’s not even close, a 5 year old could have done better.Over the years, I have spent thousands at this store, I won’ be spending anymore time or money at this place. A complete joke.
Received the best customer service from Chris while I was there. Wanted some new shoes and he helped me pick the perfect pair.
Great club fitting experience (and I’ve done them professionally around the country). Summer is worth her weight in gold if you can get on her calendar.
Just had a fitting with Summer Fenstermaker at their Fitting Studio. She took the time to go through a plethora of club heads, different shafts, and 100+ shots. She dramatically increased my distance, and I left feeling confident I have the right tools to play better golf.
Hello, I did a Studio Fitting in this store with on March with Summer. She was beyond excellent, explained every step of the process and answer all of my question to my satisfaction. At the end of the fitting I gained consistently over 20yds with my 7i and dispersion was much much better.Had a few issues with clubs being delivered on time but Sean McWhortor, the manager, took the case by himself and was solved as quick and efficient as possible. Clubs arrived with all my specs. I have a few weeks using them and every time and hitting them better and better.I recommend their services 100%.
Store representatives need to be accurate when giving expected delivery times for fitted clubs. I was told everything was standard and shouldnt expect much delay and told 4-6 weeks delivery, but that has grown to 12-14 weeks. After the first response from Customer Service they became silent and did not offer any solutions to correct the issue.July 18th update - still 1 star... was contacted in response to my review. They explained some parts of the order were delaying the shipping date. Its very unfortunate, when I going through the order with the store representative we made sure everything was standard and nothing custom or special to delay the shipping date. Customer Service did respond with an offer to check other products that would be available. Im glad that they did and I was more than welcome to update the order to speed things along. However, no update from them since July 2nd....
This stores service was exemplary! When our initial shoe supplier couldnt meet our deadline, Steve Evans went way above and beyond to get us the shoes we needed for our golf tournament, even from locations out of state! Many thanks!
I had two clubs shortened, 1 shaft replaced, and 3 new grips put on. The team was so responsive and completed the work within an hour. I am very pleased with their work.
I purchased a 6 pack of golf lessons for my 14 year old son as a Christmas present last year. I actually live in the Braselton area and had planned on taking lessons at the Lawrenceville store. Unfortunately Lawrencevile did not have a golf pro at this time so I was told I needed to either get a refund or go to another store. At first I was frustrated about the extra traveling I would have to do in order to come to the Roswell store. That was until my son started working with David Yergert. After 3 lessons I couldnt be happier with my sons progress. He has come a very long way in a short amount of time. He is great with Max and gets him to listen and really focus on the corrections he needs to make. He is a great teacher and I would recommend him to any parent that wants to get their son/daughter in to golfing. I will continue to make the drive to Roswell even if Lawrenceville gets a pro just to continue the progress with David.
Nice store with all the bells and whistles. A golfers paradise. The staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful.
Always a treat to shop at the Roswell PGA store! I was testing out putters and no one rushed me or tried to force a sale, and because they let me do my thing...I walked out with the brand new Cobra 3D printed putter!!!
Amazing Experience!! Let me start by sharing I am a novice golfer and finally built up the nerve to go in for a full bag fitting and drop the 20year old hammy downs. I was extremely nervous due to my lack of education and insight in buying new clubs. I was fortunate enough to be paired up with Ms. Summer who had extreme amounts of patience and took the time to thoroughly explain and show me exactly what was going on with my swing and lead me to a beautiful set of clubs completely tailored to my novice performance. The most intimidating thing about golf is the ego and trying to crack into a sport most members have played their whole life. Ms. Summer knew exactly how to slow down the pace, educate me, and truly make me feel apart of and like I belonged in the game of Golf. I would highly recommend this experience to all individuals of all levels. Ask for Ms. Summer if you go!!!
Store contacted me and recognized the issues. Appreciate your company reaching out. It means a lot that your company cares!
Booked lessons for my teenage son a few months ago. Bought the block of six lessons. Hes been working with Kevin Savage. We couldnt be happier. Kevin is incredible. Professional, knowledgeable, and knows how to communicate the thought to the swing. My son has improved tremendously over the last several months, and much of that is due to Kevin. Thank you Kevin!Got my putter regripped while my son was in his lesson... right on the spot, no appointment. The crew at this PGA superstore is second to none.
Great service, packed with shoppers, and I bought some great stuff.
Amazing selection of gear. The people who work there act as either if theyd rather be anywhere else in the world but there or they work at Augusta National and dont have time for you. You work retail, bro.
Best experience ever given by Larry in the front in the club repair department. He listened to our needs and did what was the best thing for my daughter. Thank you Larry for giving my daughter the best gift ever. She will love her new driver and will try not to put a whole in this one. PGA superstore, Larry deserves to be recognized by his great customer service. Thank you again. Father and daughter that you helped on July 9.
Great store to shop. People are very helpful
Had a very frustrating experience at check out and it took 30 minutes to check out 3 items. Staff could be better trained to trouble shoot issues such as barcode not scanning or receipt paper roll getting stuck.
Really gone downhill. Much smaller inventory of golf items. Not the source it once was.
I had played clubs I bought in 2012, so I was due for new clubs. I wasn’t sure of what I needed but Mark Nelson helped me. He was AWESOME! He helped me pick the right clubs, based on my swing speed, spin and ball flight. He helped me to understand what I was doing with my swing, whether I was too steep or not finishing the swing. He helped me with lie angle, ball position, grip and selection. Being a former Executive with Macys I have a very good understanding of service and someone who puts effort in to make sure you have a great experience and I did. I ended up purchasing a Maverick driver and Sim irons, plus a sand wedge and lob wedge. This was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. Mark’s patient approach is a great example for the PGA Superstore to build on. I highly recommend him for fitting and selection of clubs.
Great selection, nice and clean setup, friendly staff
The store itself is nice. But there is one employee there who really made me question if I wanted to come back. Just recently I was there with my mom and sister and we were looking at a collection of clothes (covered in little bees) to buy as a gift for my dad. The clothes were folded on a table and we were not lifting them... just talking about which we liked best. A rude employee ... she was an older woman... came up and told us to “be gentle with the table” she must have repeated this about 6 times while hanging over my shoulder. (Definitely not a 6 foot social dostancing practice) she was invading my personal space. She then began to straighten the shirts acting as if we had messed them up. At this point it was very uncomfortable so we walked away without the clothes. The employee then FOLLOWED us to the new location in the store and continued to talk about the clothes!!! It was like we couldn’t shake her. They definitely lost a sale that day. These were not cheap clothes... you should at least be able to inspect something before buying it. I did not appreciate the harassment. As we were walking out of the store the woman was staring at us and watching us walk out!!! It was an uncomfortable experience being inside of PGA with an employee like her.
If you go, ask for Michigan Mike!!! Hes the man!! Superb customer assistance and knowledge!!
Pricey.... Limited stock for women... Everything looks the same
Has a lot of great stuff for golfers. Tennis - not so much in the clothing and apparel. They could carry so much more. But its not called the...
Ordered new set of titleist clubs that i was told were in stock at titleist on Dec 27th and would take 2 to 3 weeks. A month later, 3 emails beggign for answers, I finally get an email back saying they are out of stock. No communication in a month and I had to beg for help. I waiting a month for these clubs just to get the shaft! Terrible operation..... It was my first and last time ordering clubs from this circus.
Received no help from anyone for 20 minutes. Finally asked a gentleman named Tim how I could go about getting fitted, to which he non politely responded that I could sign up at the bottom of a long list.I left and later called about setting up a time. No answer, and then I was put on hold indefinitely.Per Tim and others, customer service here is atrocious.
Customer service was awful. My boyfriend went in to get fitted for golf clubs, the guy who walked over ( we don’t even know his name because he was so rude) told us to sign In, ok cool. However there was not one single soul waiting to be assisted and all the other names were crossed out. My BF expressed he needed help finding a set of golf clubs and that he wasn’t sure exactly what he was looking for. The sales associate in return told him to go pick out a set and he would watch him swing. Well sir if we knew what we were looking for we wouldn’t have asked for help. We just ended up walking away and going to another store. Thanks for not helping at all. Won’t be returning l.
If your looking for golf or tennis products, you cant beat it.
My dad, Gary, and I went up to the Roswell PGA Superstore to get my dad fitted for new clubs. We got help immediately from a very nice guy, Kevin. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about the clubs, and he took the time to properly fit both of us.Over the course of a few hours, Kevin gave us swing pointers and even told us some stories. All in all, I would highly recommend this store due to this single experience that I had.Kevin, if you see this, thanks again. You’re the man, and we both really appreciate your help and time.
Buyer beware. The information on the website is not accurate. They are taking the online order for pickup at a store. When you arrive they don’t have the inventory but they will ship it you. Would have been nice to save me effin’ 90 minute round trip drive. Last purchase with PGA superstore. Lots better alternatives out there.
What a store. Everything you need
While everyones experience at this store has varied, I cant express how good the experience was for myself. And all that credit goes to Mrs. Summer! While shes relatively new to the company and fitting in general, she makes up for it with patience and a true passion for trying to help you get better at this difficult game! She went through 8 differant iron heads and countless shaft combinations to get me to where the feel I wanted, matched the ideal numbers you should see! Working beside her was an extremely knowledgeable man by the name of Bill, who I would also recommend! Thank yall so much!
Just did a club exchange. The gents were so cordial and did the whole transaction in 10 minutes. I know this place has had customer service issues.... But I am back to being a Raving Fan. Thanks, gentlemen!!!
The Customer service was incredibly poor. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to try and probably purchase, but as a left handed golfer they couldn’t accommodate me at all. They said there was only one bay a left handed golfer could use and someone else was in it already and wasn’t going to be done anytime soon (they were of course right handed). There were 3 more open bays and I couldn’t use any of them nor did anyone seem to care. I went in to make a purchase and no one cared to help me. I had one of the workers literally ignore me completely (one of the many white haired workers) after I asked him for help. This experience was so disappointing. They should probably have some people work there who aren’t tired and old.
Great experience during Covid purchasing..they provide masks and a sanitizing station at entry.
The best golf retailer in the business!
Love this place
Have never had as consistently negative an experience as Ive had here
Never have the proper shafts or clubs you want to hit. The used clubs are more expensive than new online.
Everybody at the store are so RUDE. Very poor customer service.
Absolue rock stars from top to bottom....excellent experience
3-D golf lesson with Kevin was great!
Had a delightful experience here today. James was the man! He spent time with a friend and myself showing us different clubs and going above and beyond to educate and let us test a bunch of different clubs. I sincerely recommend coming to this store and asking for James.
Terrible service never go back.
Not a store for beginners of golf. Employees only seem interested in you if youre willing to spend money on services you may or may not need but you wouldnt know because you are a beginner. I would only shop here if I lived close by. Dont travel far for this place, youll just be disappointed like I was.
The selection they have available is fantastic. But any staff to help you is impossible to find. I am guessing they think that everyone knows what they want and doesn’t need any help.Any staff person that I saw put their head down as they walked past me. Not one asked if I needed help. I have never witnessed customer service as bad as this before.
Roswell location provides for great customer service. Love this place. Travel over 100 miles and it was well worth it. Club guarantee / returns is the best.
Store was out of stock for the common grips sold in the game. Then I purchased a dozen golf balls, and the price was $10 higher than what was marked on the shelf.
Excellent selection good prices
These are mixed reviews. I think it really depends on who you worked with. I have been working with Larry and Mike. They are super helpful.Today I brought in a driver and 3wood for shortening the shafts and changing grips. Larry was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a great experience. That’s why I always come back to PGA Superstore for services.
Me and two of my friends went in to test out and buy a set of irons for ourselves. Walked in and no one came to talk to us or help us out with our decision. We went to try and test the clubs out in a driving booth. It wasn’t working so we went to the computer to try and figure out wat was going on. One of the workers (Tim) came over and started getting on to us about how we can’t be playing games in there. So we went on to tell him we just wanted to try out these clubs and the projector wasn’t registering our hits. So we asked if he could help us fix it so we could see where how our swings were looking. He told us it wasn’t working and he didn’t know how to fix it. We then asked if he could get someone that could help us out. He replied that the entire system wasn’t working and he left. A minute or two later we continued to try and figure out the system and no one else came to help. Tim came back and told us to go into a booth further down. We went in there and tried to figure out that system and Tim left us. Didn’t try to help with our decision or figure out that new system. We just got into the screen without it working. I decided to walk around and I saw Tim working with a customer and took him into the original and set it up for him and it worked perfectly. Went to tell the manager and it seemed like it happen a lot with Tim and he apologized and that was it
Was there 45 minutes yesterday not 1 person asked if they could assist me with anything. No one in any fitting area, no one in the new clubs area the entire time. I was there to purchase new ping driver, 3 wood, hybrid but looks like I will do better elsewhere
I am a young professional, just getting into golf. I spent over an hour with David P. who walked me around the whole store and helped me find the best set of clubs. I walked out a set of fitted clubs at a price I was happy with. Truly a fantastic experience.
Worst service ever
Great selection and customer service
Kind and professional staff. Very well organized.
Love this store...helpful people and they look out for their return customers like me. I did a putter fitting with Bob on Saturday and he was awesome! The manager (whose name I did not get) was also so helpful with a return) I feel lucky to live so close to both the Duluth and Roswell location.I try purchase some of my stuff here instead of ebay or online so that I can support the great folks that work there!
It has everything a golfer could dream of. The only thing is I was looking for golf supplies for my girlfriend and they didnt have any signage for women supplies. Outside that it is a great place.
No one was there to help or ask questions. Over priced. Bad overall store. Would come here again.
My was, by far, the worst customer service experience Ive ever had in a golf store. The purpose of my visit was to use their indoor practice range. The guy who was there to check me in gave absolutely no instruction on how the process worked even though I told him I had never been there before. He gave me an odd look when I tried to give him money and condescendingly explained that I supposed to take the receipt he gave me to the register and pay there first and to then come back. When I paid and returned with my clubs he went to tag them and then laughed and said nevermind when he saw that they were older models. Kind of insulting, but whatever.I was then on my own to wander around the store since he didnt tell me where the hitting area was located. When I got there, none of the fancy equipment that was supposed to give me feedback was turned on. I went back to ask the man about it and he did not even look at me as I waited 5 minutes for him to end a conversation he was having with a fellow employee. I finally ended up getting another employees attention after stalking him for a few minutes. He said he would be right over to help me and then took ten minutes to arrive. Not that I expected anyone at this store to be helpful, I was still disappointed that he didnt give me any direction on how to use any of the high-tech game-improvement equipment. This place sucks a**.
I had a very negative experience with the golf club repair services. I had my clubs re-gripped and 3 clubs extended. Less than a week later, the extension and shaft broke on one of the clubs. I took it in to be repaired and was emphatically told that they didnt do the work. We found the receipt and come to find out that they DID NOT extend my clubs at all, even though I paid for them and the ticket clearly showed the order. The Services Manager didnt seem to grasp that this is a problem that they didnt do the work/services for the payment rendered.I only got my money back for the 1 club not extended, wasnt refunded the grip that was destroyed and now I have zero confidence the other clubs were extended either.I have never been treated more rudely by a Manager at a retail store and will not do business at the Roswell PGA Superstore again. Its frustrating as it could have been easily been solved by a simple, let us redo the club with the proper extensions and make it right.
Friendly staff, huge selection. Huge store!!
First time visiting. Very food selections.
Walked in looking for a set of clubs. Was ignored by the staff for 15 min. Went to a manager for help and met with indifference. Never entering this store again. Had bought a ping set here 5 years ago. Service standards seem to have slipped.
Nickel and dimers...this used to be a great place to shop, they used to go the extra mile to ensure I left satisfied, I dont get that anymore...sure miss Golfsmith, might have to consider Edwin Watts or online
In addition to golf gear, they have an excellent selection of tennis equipment, shoes & clothing, usually at great prices
Undergoing some serious renovations but very good customer service.
Good work done fast
Nice and quiet
Had a return from 8+ months ago, they sent back to the manufacturer and covered shipping. Mike the manager was awesome, great customer service!
Look, most of these guys are middle-aged guys who were in another career. Not golfing lifers (nothing against golfing lifers, btw - I like them too ; ) like youll find at private clubs or even public courses, and certainly most are not career retail folks who have had the retail mentality drilled into them for decades. Theyre just normal folks, some with more personality and more outgoing, and others less so. That said, I love the store (Roswell), have had absolutely outstanding experiences virtually every time Ive ever needed anything, and will go out of my way to ensure I give them my business. From Mike in club repair, to the Daves (there are like 4 of them, at least), to the charming little leprechaun club fitter, Bob, to the teaching pros, to just about all of them including the really responsive mgt, they have always helped me out. Do I sometimes have to wait in line to even check in at the desk? Yep. Think of it like waiting for a tee time and youll live through it, folks. Is it more expensive than online. Yep, but try buying online without getting fit in one of the bays and start having to buy 2 clubs and your online savings disappear. And the playability guarantee? Cmon. That is just awesome. This is a good golf store, with reasonably priced merchandise staffed by good, if busy folks. They arent perfect but I try to remember I dont walk on water every week, either. ; )
Terrible customer service. I have spent $2000.00 in the last 2 months there. I should have learned after the first 2 times with the service, not to try for a 3rd visit. I was in there to purchase a Taylormade R15. I signed in at the counter for assistance, after about 20 minutes someone started to helped me, in the middle of helping me the employee walked away from me 3 times to help others. The 3rd time I waited 20 minutes and he never came back so I left, and will never go back again.
Great Store, Great Service, Great Selection!
Great facilities. They have a driving range, putting green, and tennis court to try out products. Expensive products, but its what to expect from a store like this.
Usually shop at the Kennesaw location, but I was in the area of the roswell location and found a lot larger store with more product. Definitely a place to see if your a golfer or a tennis player. The employee knew the differences and was knowledgeable of the club I was inquiring about, even if it was used they treat me the same as if I was buying new, also purchased a set of adams irons from Kennesaw location and had good customer service their too. Thanks for having a store to actuality see the products and trying some out before purchasing.
I work there
Met with some tennis students and demonstrate some new rackets.
Great place to find the perfect gift for the golfers in your life!
I am wanting to temper this review with some common civility. I would first say that I have purchased close to 5k in golf gear from this store in the last 3 months. I purchased a set of Titleist irons and matching woods, bag, and putter for myself. A complete set of Calloways for my wife and adult daughter. A complete set of Pings for my son. You do the math. When i purchased the Calloways for my wife she was working with a very nice club fitter Mike. while Mike was off looking for another type of club for my wife to hit. Another club fitter named Ed came up and scolded us for hitting the clubs Mike had given my wife to hit. He told us they couldnt sell clubs that had already been hit even though we explained to Ed that Mike had given my wife the clubs to hit. STRIKE ONE. On another trip I asked if someone could help me with the purchase of a Titleist 3 wood because I could not tell what would be the equivilant of a 3 wood. I was told I didnt know what I was talking about. STRIKE TWO.Then tonight my son and I were in the store. My adult son wanted to upgrade his Ping woods. He asked one of the fitters while I was standing there could he please demo some woods could you help me. This was the response. Sure here they all are go ahead and he disappeared. The fitter returned with another customer and began to help them. We looked and hit woods for 45 minutes without one other person asking if we needed help. During this time both of our putters were up front having new grips being installed. As we went to leave we went by the service desk to pick up the putters and to pay for them. I told the gentlemen I did not have a ticket for the putters and he through his arms up and told me I had to pay for them first. Ummmm thats what I was asking for. STRIKE THREE. This place has everything you could ever want or need for golf. Prices are 30% higher than the internet but I feel if I am given the service I would rather support a local biz. My advice....go try out all of their clubs. Find what you want. Then buy them online. The service is awful......I will say that the younger staff in the store seem committed to their work and have always been helpful. The staff my age and older seem like you are a bother. .I guess if I went in wearing a Rolex, or a Country Club of The South polo, or decked out in the latest Tiger or Nike gear they may treat me and my family better. I am 54. Make a high 6 figure salary, own my own biz (service industry) and belong to a local golf club. I am on a mission and intend to tell my story to as many people as I can.
The female tennis associate was very rude. She yelled at my son and I and then walked away, stating we couldnt not be in the tennis testing area cause he had sandals even though we were planning on purchasing shoes for him and I. Never coming back to the store for tennis equipment.
Great selection and plenty of friendly staff to help
This store allows employees to verbally assault children while in the store! PGA take notice of what your name is on!
Great selection
Terrible customer service...theyll walk right past you without asking if you need assistance and once you do ask for help theyre fine with sending you away. Quite disappointing that theyd rather me buy my clubs online.
Great service
Custom service is awful, got a driver reshafted and they glued the head on crooked.
My go to place for golf supplues!
Bad customer service in-store and online. Not going to spend another dime with PGA Tour Superstore. We are in the age of the customer where there are plenty of choices and customer service is key. They will be out of business in under 5 years.
Lots of options. Prices are a little high.
Disneyland for golfers
Good Customer Service
