Ordering online super simple. Was sent out in 2 hours after being Ordered! Fed Ex kinda dropped the ball, took 7 days to get. But it did come in time to use for the 4th of July weekend. All the people in my Kamado group, always talking up AGC. With them having being tied for the best price on the Joe Jr, I decided to give them a shot.Firstly I called to ask about the price. The phone was answered within a ring or two. The guy who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a wonderfully friendly tone. Went online a bit later I got my order confirmation mail at 3:56PM(within a few mins of placing order). I got a YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED with a tracking number at 3:57PM. Great place to pick up BBQ and grilling supplies that are much better quality than you will find at the grocery store or big box stores. Its also a great place for the hard to find Fathers Day or birthday gift.

Will not accept returns on broken item that cost $99 after being loyal customers and spending thousands

I wanted to buy a physical store gift card today in order to gift a client of mine in person tomorrow. I obviously didnt want to buy an e-gift card. I had my credit card number on me for payment but not the physical card. So I called and asked if I can process payment online and pick it up at the store. The first rep I called explained that the in-store purchase system is different than the online one so I couldnt buy it online and pick it up at the store, like I originally had proposed. Completely understood. Yet, he didnt brainstorm any other ways for me to make the purchase when I asked. Then, a little later on, I called again and asked if I can then process payment over the phone and pick up the card in-store the same day. The second rep told me, nobody takes payment over the phone. Once I told the man he was wrong about that, he became rude and short. Not one ounce in their bones put in an effort to figure out a way to get this purchase completed, which means they just lost a $200 gift card purchase over their poor customer service and lack of willingness to work around their challenges to bring a solution to the customer.

Buyer be aware. Call ahead before you order.I learned after 6 weeks and 3 phone calls that they didn’t have the item that I ordered in stock. I didn’t receive any information unless I called, waited and transferred to different people back and forth several times.They probably do a better job in the physical store otherwise they would have gone out of business with this attitude. The online shopping experience I had was horrible.The interactions were brief and borderline rude, clearly kindness is not their forte. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1, because at least they could promptly cancel my order, whether because of frustration or divine intervention I really don’t care. I didn’t want to keep my business with them and my wish was granted.Note: The item they claimed that does not exist in the entire country was available at Amazon and currently being delivered in 3 days. This is how small companies lose against Amazon.

This store has everything you need and great service. I have purchased a Napoleon Rogue gas grill and a Smokey Joe charcoal grill and love both of them.

My go-to store for grills, accessories, & charcoal. The guys are very knowledgeable and have the largest offering of anything grill related. Not to mention the most extensive line of Yeti cups with an in-house engraver and custom powder-coating. Pretty much a guys playground.

They have a really excellent inventory, but it was uncomfortable to be there during COVID. All staff members were unmasked, which seems like a statement. The store is well organized and they had the products we needed, but it would be nice if they cared about customer safety.

Rude and unhelpful. Went in asking about a repair on my current grill. They said they don’t sell parts (weird for a grill supply company) and they could have used this as an opportunity to upsell me on a new grill but instead they made it clear that I was stupid for trying to repair something. I also learned they do not repair or handle anything about your grill after you purchase, yet another reason to not purchase from them as I would have to contact the manufacturer if something went wrong.

I only buy online because Im not near by . Their sales are great and shipping amazingly fast. Customer service is fantastic I have made many purchases from Atlanta Grill and never disappointed. Id give them 10 stars if I could 👍

The staff act like youre bothering them with your presence. I had to stand there in front of 3 staff members listening to a story about how one worker was trying to keep his girlfriend from taking his money from his bank account before I finally said excuse me. For fathers day I ordered a Joe jr Saturday evening. I used a coupon code I found online for 100$ off. The purchase went through no problem, received an email confirmation, and all was good to go. Then Monday morning I see an email from Atlanta grill company saying my order was refunded. Confused, I called and spoke with customer service on the phone. They said that it was glitch on their end and the code should not have worked, even though it did. They would not honor the coupon code because they dont want to loose money on an item, which I i understand. But good customer service would have been to try and help the customer out for the inconvenience it has caused, instead of instead of just telling them off. And that is what I am upset about. I waiting a year for fathers day to come back around to order a Joe Jr, after ordering the Joe Classic 2 from them last year on Fathers Day. That does not include all the other items I have ordered from them since then too. Now it is past fathers day so I cant get any of the fathers day deals through anyone else, and my money is on hold from them until the refund process. Way to take care of your customers.

Great selection of BBQ supplies. Not a place to go for discount items, as you can find most of the items cheaper online, but great if you want to check out items in person. Another reason I lowered rating is that no employees wear masks and there does not seem to be any sort of social distancing.

We experienced the least amount of quality customer service possible. I called around the holiday to see if there were any sales going on and was bluntly told “no” and that was the end of the conversation. Then we went in to purchase a brand of grills that we had been considering. No one gave us any kind of feedback. Only answered questions of what was in the inventory to sell. We were considering purchasing a grill of $800+ so we were hoping to have a helpful experience in a store that specializes in grills but we were very disappointed. We ended up purchasing the grill that was in stock, but we might as well have ordered it online from somewhere with no customer service or guidance. We felt more like a nuisance to the people working there than an actual customer making a purchase.

I have bought their Big Block XL Lump Charcoal bag a couple times. This time the bag had only small size pieces. Ive called them up, and the answer was unfortunately we cant do anything. Frustrating. Unfortunately this turned into the most expensive small charcoal bag ever...

Great Company. Prices on Kamado Joe is the best around. And customer service is great. They respond. And when they ran a sale after I ordered something they refunded me the difference without any issues. Could not be happier with the service and will continue to order from them.

There was definitely a large variety of BBQ items. Dont come here looking for discount goods, on the other hand, extensive collection of the best items. Im only giving 3 stars because literally at least 5 employees in the store and not even one offered to help us even though we were looking at Yoders and clearly had some questions. I was looking at the Yeti stock and the employee next to me completely ignored my question about the white Yeti tumblers. They seemed bothered to help us check out even. NO ONE was wearing a mask, no physical/social distancing signs up, no hand sanitizer out either. Its a cool place but given the circumstances, I may look elsewhere unless Im in dire need of something unique.

Theyve got the best selection in the southeast. Only place to find a good variety of Lumberjack pellets. Ill be back on a monthly basic despite it being an hour drive . Rub and sauce selection is premium.

Ordered a Kamado Big Joe III online. The Kamado was $500 cheaper then anywhere else. Shipping was free. It arrived within a week. The delivery was awesome. They placed it where we wanted it and assembled it. They even gave a brief tutorial. Amazing experience!

Great store both in person, and online. Stopped by there a couple months ago for the first time and was blown away. Learned online they were having a sale so I called to ask a few questions. After a few follow ups, Gary, the owner, personally called me to re-assure me it will come and I unfortunately just need to be patient since Kamado Joe is backed up with orders and shipping is out of his control. This is the best outdoor cooking supply in the Atlanta area, hands down. Bring your big boy wallet though, its targeted clientele is upper middle class. If you dont look the part, dont expect service. The spice and sauce selection is well stocked, if not overwhelming. The accessory offering is also well covered. The only thing holding me back from giving it five stars is appliance offerings, they dont offer much, if anything under $1000 for the true enthusiast.

Ive ordered from Gary at Atlanta Grill several times and the customer service is outstanding. After having a BBQ controller break on me after many months of having it they refunded my money with no problems. This place has it all, a total grilling experience from the best smoker or grill to what you will season your protein or vegetables with, and a dipping sauce to boot. You like your drinks cold or hot I’ve never seen this much Yeti. They don’t have some items that probably have the largest supply of everything that has to do with cooking outside and keeping your drink cold while you do. I have bought 2 Big Green Eggs and plenty of Yeti, and manage to find a few things everytime I stop in! Great place & Great people!
