Was looking for new lock for a storage unit close by. They had them there and I got one. One of the staff show me as to where they were. Good service I say to them. Will come here if I need snything else. The store was very clean and looked in order. Many thanks to them.

Ugh, been here 4-5 times as it’s convenient and next to my grocery store. Have NEVER been offered and assistance in store. I always go in looking for something easy and end up driving down to Home Depot instead :( As much as I’d like to support the local little guy, it’s just not possible. Each time there are several employees about, but none interested in helping you. Last trip was for simple finish nails, and I couldn’t even find ANY nails, so if you know what aisle they are in please let me know! I’ll be direct to Home Depot from here on. Sorry :(

Everything you need and its not Home Depot!

I bought 2 gallons of custom mix paint but a few days later when I went to use it the color was not right. I took it back. It turned out the person who mixed it for me was new and used the wrong base paint. They were very nice and helpful and mixed me new paint in the perfect color.

I purchased a heater today and got it home. Didnt work so I called the store. Spoke with the manager Tim, and told him and he came to my home with a replacement. He made sure it was working. Great service and accommodating staff. I will continue to purchase all my hardware at Westlake

Zero help. Employees too busy doing nothing to be able to help. I went to the orange box store and got help immediately. Sorry mom and pop store, I tried. Westlake did say good bye when I left. They didnt know they were talking to my business.

Need some nuts and bolts? A new lawnmower? Grills, coolers maybe a chainsaw? The folks at our local ACE hardware are always there to help. They stock everything you need and a lot of things that you didnt know existed that youll find that you need. As a local business owner myself I really appreciate these guys being here for me on a regular basis.

Good place to get little stuff quick

Very unhappy shopper we had coupons, one was a birthday coupon, we were there yesterday and was told by a manager that I could use them, came back today and was told by another manager that I could not use them .To be fair they had went through the washing machine and our names were not up on top, but the rest was there, scanner part was all there all they had to do was scan them.Male manager was not very people-friendly.

I want to update my review. I have been to the store several times now and have received excellent customer service every time.The front counter staff are always friendly and helpful. Amanda and a very special lady that I didnt get her name go above the mark to help. All the staff are helpful.A special mention to Paul Van Horn (please forgive me if I dont have your name right) is warranted. He has the talent and experience to give old fashioned hardware DYI project advice that saved the day. He cut the shelving units down, helped picking out the correct wood screws all the while making it a pleasurable experience.Thank you Westlake team. I will be back.

This is an excellent hardware store. They have a lot of items and they tend to have knowledgeable staff. Their plant selection is outstanding in the summer. I also like to go there for hardware items because its easier to find things than at the larger stores.

Decent selection of tools, but they lack variety mainly focused towards certain brands. Prices can vary depending on the tool.

They never have what you need with there stihl products it says that ace carrys a saw and I get there and they dont have one. And takes them forever to get to there customers that are making expensive purchases and give you the wrong information on the saw you bought

Very clean, organized and friendly staff. Kind of pricey and may not find everything. But for most household or farm you can find what you are looking for.

Just waiting for three items but left my money bag and a friends car I thought I had left it inside the store and there was a sales clerk in there who help look for it and very kind people working there and there they do she went on her way to have them time to find it but my friend finally answer your phone and I got it back so the prices were great from what I was getting greased lightning so forget experience I dictate so I hope this came out clear

The staff is far more knowledgable than most of the Home Depot staff. Ace also has a lot of goods that HD does not have, like yard waste bags. I asked 3 staff members at HD and they had no idea what I was talking about. The gentleman at Ace walked me to the bags and we had a pleasant conversation.

The manager was on top of hes game. Let me tell u the store was clean everybody was friendly. My trucks been not wanting to start so I asked the boss if I could use there outlet he let me recharge no problem.

Had a terrible accident heading home. Got rear ended. I wish I could remember the gentleman who guided me through what I needed since my back window was shattered. Helped me when my only thoughts were trying to get my family home from a vacation that was amazing but ended in chaos!
