Ben went above and beyond the call of duty. Needed a 5ton package unit and the one I needed and got a qoute for wasnt in stock on my day of arrival, and our company was behind schedule and had to have that unit installed in the funeral home. Ben found me a unit, the cost was more but it was right on time. He made the process easy, and was courteous.
