Ive been a customer for over 17yr. Very reliable and fairly priced. I always know who is coming and what time. They have great customer service. The owner Brian has personally come out to help with my issues. John Owens is their best service tech. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Greatly appreciated.. Would highly recommend this company.

First time hot tub owner. Dusty the sales person was informative, professional and most importantly, not pushy. Install was seamless.I’ve really loved the chemical balance support available via text message. I send them a photo of my test strip and they respond a little while later with their suggestions. I’ve also taken water to their store on occasion to get them to test it since I live fairly close by. Support and service like this is the primary reason I went with them.

We went to another hot tub service provider before coming to Atlanta Hot Tub Center. This was because we recently bought our home and the previous owner had recommended the other company for the hot tub that came with the home. Their competitor repeatedly delayed our needed service because they said they had delays getting the part needed. We called Atlanta Hot Tub Center and the technician John came to help us. He was a true professional and our hot tub was back up and running in no time! Also the cost ended up being cheaper than quoted. Fast, cost efficient, and high quality = very happy customer! Now we will sign up for their routine maintenance plan and get a new lid as John recommended.

We have been thinking about purchasing our first spa for quite a while. After much research and visiting five different spa dealers, we purchased our spa at Atlanta Hot Tub Center. For starters, Dusty was great to work with, he answered all of our questions, but never hit us with the buy now pitch. In our opinion, Atlanta Hot Tub Center assisted us in purchasing the right spa for us, by helping us become informed consumers. Check them out on youtube before you ever visit the store.

Great experience in spa maintenance. I received notification that my spa was due for its quarterly maintenance and was able to schedule a convenient time for the service. Text messages were received the day before the service as a reminder, and Lee sent a more definitive time when he was arriving. Throughout the hour and a half for the maintenance service, I did not have to meet with Lee as he drained the hot tub, cleaned the cover, refilled the spa, and then added chemicals. What got the 5 stars for service was that Lee was always cleaning and scrubbing inside and outside the spa while the water was being drained or spa being filled. Plus, Lee used a wet vac to make sure all the water was removed before new water was added. The attention to detail is why I continue to have the Atlanta Hot Tub conduct my spa maintenance.

More interested in making sure I knew what their rate per hour charge was than what my problem was. As a disabled vet, I needed my spa returned to service for PT after my latest surgery. Unhelpful.

I just had a Flow Switch malfunction and they were on the spot to fix it. Clint was the gentleman that came to our house and spent two hours fixing the switch. We love our new hot tub we purchased from Atlanta Hot Tub Center! We had a very unique installation with multiple challenges and every obstacle was met with professionalism and a can do attitude. There were many promises made during the sales process and while awaiting delivery. I kept waiting to be disappointed because it seemed, to me, they had over promised. That was not the case at all. AHTC did everything they said they would and left me with a beautiful new tub. Were able to have a mini-vacation at our home every night thanks to the dedication and professional service from everyone at AHTC. Thanks for such a great experience! We will highly recommend you guys to anyone interested in a hot tub.

Great, quick service! We had inherited an old hot tub with our home purchase. Lee came out and explained maintenance to me, gave me some awesome troubleshooting and care guides, and cleaned/treated my tub with chemicals. So happy with this company and will definitely be a repeat customer!

AHTC has serviced my 2003 Tiger River HT twice in the past five years and have done excellent work. Once to replace the motor and cover that was failing and the last six months to replace the heater. They are always prompt, courteous, easy to schedule work and to work with. I have no doubt they will help me get 20 years + of enjoyment out of my tub!

One would be hard pressed to find ANY company in the Atlanta area with better service than Atlanta Hot Tub. As this was our first spa purchase we had many questions and Brian took the time to answer each one thoroughly and offered advice beyond our scope. We shopped around and returned, not only because of the extremely competitive pricing, but due to the attention we received from Brian.On site, the team was great. They were challenged with lifting the spa on top of a retaining wall next to a deck and after a few moments of discussion it was done with no harm to the tub or property. Roy, their in-house electrician, was super and also knowledgeable about tub operations and maintenance. Shopping here will be one of the best decisions you will make.

We had a leak in our Jacuzzi tub drains and our repairman quickly identified and repaired it to our satisfaction. They were prompt and professional without a doubt. Don’t hesitate to call them!

Brian Johnston and the Atlanta Hot Tub Center have helped me out several times. The team is very knowledgeable and have been able to solve hot tub problems that others vendors could not resolve. I recently had my display replaced and then the hot tub was running all the time; Brian zeroed me in on Filter Cycle times and even emailed me a PDF with step by step instructions to resolve. We have owned our hot tub for a number of years -- and late 2018 we switched over to Atlanta Hot Tub because our original service provider was non-responsive when our tub was broken. Atlanta Hot Tub has done a number of upgrades and repairs to our tub. I find them to honest, reliable, skilled and quick to respond.

I was selling my house and one of the jets on my Whirlpool tub was leaking; fixing the tube became a condition of the house sale. I called (2) plumbers prior to Atlanta Hot Tub Center and they could not/would not fix the problem because of the difficulty in reaching the jet but each charged me a fee for other work. After paying, I still had a leaky tub. Finally, I called AHTC; they were great. They worked through the problem of ordering an older part from Whirlpool and came back and forth to my house several times to complete the work. Eventually they had to cut (2) tiles to access the jet. They told me they could not be responsible for breaking any tiles but were willing to go out on a limb to help me out. After a month, the leak is finally repaired and the jet has been replaced. Roy was courteous and kind. I am so grateful that I am able to move on to my new house and that the new homeowner is able to have the tub repaired. I highly recommend this company. They are jewels in a culture that is prone to take advantage of the consumer. Praying Gods blessing over their business.

They keep my tub a Hot Spring Spa running like and looking like new and its probably 12 to 14 years old I can honestly say that I hope that these guys around for a long time would hate the thought of trying to find someone that I trust and like as much as these guys. Steve is normally my tech he calls me and lets me know hes on his way and will call me from the house with any questions or issues I totally trust him to come even if Im not home and take care of everything. I was looking at only 1 brand of spa after my research. That brand is Sundance. I was replacing a 2001 Sundance that I had bought used 11 years ago. Brian the owner of Atlanta Hot tubs answered all of my questions and ALWAYS returned my calls which is rare these days. I ordered the spa I wanted (The Cambria) with the color and at a price that was literally 3 thousand less than the next closest dealership and who I bought my previous used tub from.I just had my new Sundance Cambria delivered and installed yesterday. Shawn the lead guy making the delivery texted me at 7:30 am to tell me they were loading it up and would be at my place by 9. They showed up right on time, took my old tub away and installed the new one perfectly.I highly recommend Sundance & Atlanta Hot Tub Center.

Purchased a new Coast Spa (Mirage Curve) about five months ago. Brian Johnston took good care of me, he is plenty knowagable from being in the business repairing and refurbishing hot tubs for a very long time and it shows. I was looking for a Coast Spa and waited for his stock to arrive as expanded into the Coast Spa line.They ordered if for us, delivered it (around to my back yard where they could not drive all the way), stuck around to fill it and make sure it was working with out leaks (it did not have any), attached the cover lifter & cover, demonstarted the features, gave us a starter chemical kit and were out of our way just a few hours later. I did take care of the electrical connection after it arrived (I was perpared, and that only took 20 minutes or so). For other folks you will need to have the electrical service prepared ahead of time, then they can likely finish the hook-up or you can have arranged for an electrician to show up at the time of deliverly. We had arranged for some warm water during the fill and it was fully hot by evening.I am quite happy with almost everything. My spa is about as large as any without being a swim spa (650 Gallons). The cover is a tri-fold and managble with one person and no hydraulic lifter, but one of my girls did bend one are after several months. Brian is taking care of that, no problem.I will state the the Coast Spa line does not put much effort into their detachable spa pillows, they come off easily, can be diffibult to re-attach and we often find the spa more comfortable without half of the pillows. You are almost floating in the water leaning your head back on most of the seats is not particularly helpful.It is much quieter than a lot of the spas on the market, though we still often dont run the jets on high. You can truly barely hear the pump when only #1 one is running on low. We have taken to going out after dark to avoid the mosquitos. For a bit I did spray for them to decide whether or not to purchase an automatic system like Mist Away mosquito misting system. I have not ruled it out, we did decide it would be effective enough, for now I am showing kindness to my wallet and the bees.I live in Auburn, AL and this was a 2+ hour dive for me, but it beats a cheap poorly built spa that still costs $$,$$$. I tried bromine at first, but have decided that chlorine a couple times a week is much better. For those that dont know the half-life of chlorine in 100°F water is too short to only add it once per week (you would have to add way too much to still have enough residual chlorine six days later). We purchased an inexpensive pH meter, but the strips also work fine.The trouble with bromine (besides the sligh odor) is it must be oxidized on a regular basis to convert it to the active form that does any good. So, you need to add a bunch, then shock (with an oxidizer) the spa every two or three days. We have an ozone (UV type) from the factory but the clearly does not oxidide the bomine enough on its own. The benefit is that bromines half-life in 100°F water is much better than chlorine. The down side is the extra oxidation and hassle, and then there is the fact that chlorine is a much more effective sanitizer (I think you need something like 25 times as much bromine to do the same job).I have not ruled out an metal ion system, but those are $$$ and the engineer/scientist in me is not yet sold.

If your reading this then your looking for a better quality hot tub and I bet you eventually came across Atlanta Hot Tub Center because you found the tub you want from a craigslist search or other online means at a price that frankly was cheaper than ANY distribution or private store by at least 2K. Hard to believe let alone trust.....? My thoughts exactly so I called Brian and his staff at Atlanta Hot Tub Center to get more information. My name is Paul and I am a registered nurse, I live in Rome, GA and am also a consumer, like you, that works hard for a living and doesnt have a large pile of money to waste.I am writing this review because Brian and his team at Atlanta Hot Tub Center deserve recognition for superb customer and product service, ridiculously competitive pricing, and an overall complete satisfaction for Atlanta Hot Tub Centers professional business and customer service that exceeded my expectations.......I receive no compensation for this review, I do not know Brian except through my purchase of the Vanguard Hot Springs tub I bought from his company and except for infrequent calls to his business for various products or information we have no regular contact.....heres how it happened. For weeks I searched northwest GA at local stores for an opportunity to purchase the hot tub of my dreams only to be met with highly inflated prices and cheap salesman eager for a quick sale. I moved my search down towards Kennesaw and finally toward Atlanta where I found my tub on Craigslist with a company called Atlanta Hot Tub Center. The price was so much cheaper I was not sure what the catch was....perhaps the tub was simply a reject or worse the company itself a total scam. I got Brians number from the website and placed a call to inquire. As a consumer, his phone message was pleasing. It promotes a positive attitude and as a first impression left a strong impression on me. I received a prompt return call. He answered all my initial questions with knowledge and patience and invited me to come to the show room for to see for myself the exact tub in question. His showroom had each of his tubs for sale exactly as he had them listed, all in perfect working order, and hands down each tub was legitimate. I was shocked because I was used to the usual gimmicks, false advertising and hidden agendas from shady salesman really trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Calling Brian was the best thing I ever did regarding my hot tub. His price can not be beat at all. We made a deal that could not be refused for the tub, some stairs and a lift top. My tubs delivery was free ALL THE WAY FROM ATLANTA TO ROME (75+ miles). His service team installed my tub in 98 degree hot and raining weather with a 10ft dead lift onto my new deck flawlessly with special equipment. Installation of my tub took about an hour and maintaining the tub was explained at the time of installation by Brians staff. Included was all the chemicals to get my tub up and running and I was using the tub by nightfall! The service at Atlanta Hot Tub Centers is astounding and is really the main reason I decided to write this review. What is amazing is that Brian gives you his personal mobile phone number so that you can actually reach him or his team anytime. You actually get a live person to ask real questions (or txt) all day anytime during business hours AND you get easy to follow instructions or answers and most importantly the solution.This company is legitimate and cost effective. Brian has integrity and his team has skill and knowledge at a price that simply can not be beaten. I love my tub and the service I get from these guys. Brian this nurses hat is turned for you and your team.
