A salesperson from Roswell Ga came to my granparents house and promised them come and show them how sufficient the pots were to cook in and and instead got them to start and acct for the water purifier. My grandfather put a deposit of $100 to start, he never came the next day he called him to cancel and to return my money back to him.. it has been close to a month and now he doesnt even pick up the phone on him and when he does he says the he will take care of it soon ... To this day they have no product and all they want is just theyre money back. Hes 75 years old and its sad that he would come and take advantage of them. I hope to get this situation resolved soon.

Very bad customer service they dont care about customers satisfaction, they just care about money, I could say they are a kind of polite thief. The products are too expensive and they are not worth the money, you can decide spending $2500 in a set of pans or getting the same quality in a USA store for maybe $300-$500 bucks and be careful with your orders because they dont offer a refund later on.... too bad! But first and last time that this happen to us and NEVER AGAIN!!!!
