Had no idea what i needed to fix my extractor. Walked in having no idea how much time or money it would take. Walked out under 3 minutes with a higher quality part at a percentage of ordering it.

Took my front shaft in to be shortened 1.5 inchs when i got it back was over 3 inches short the boss steve says they will not warrenty it in any way ended up so short that when i put truck in 4wd the slip shaft seperated from the yoke and ripped brake lines and trans lines the extended length should of been 32 inches but was only 29
