I absolutely LOVE this place. I found it one year ago and it has helped me in my healing and spiritual journey tremendously. The place is beautiful and the services are great and robust. I really need a reiki session and my usual practitioner was unavailable. I was very apprehensive about trying someone new but I decided to go for it; and she (Jennifer) turned out to be AMAZING!!! She was extremely delightful, intuitive and soothing.

I do the Monday night meditation class. It’s seriously underrated. Chrissy always tailors the class to suit the needs of whoever attends, so it’s super personalized. There is also always time for general discussion which she also lets us steer in whatever direction we want to. We do a variety a different meditations, often more than one kind in a session, which she always gently guides us through. She’s the kind of instructor that keeps the door open for late attendees and will always still hold the class even if there is just one attendee because she genuinely wants to be there for anyone who needs meditation. I always sleep amazing after this class and it definitely has had a positive affect on my attitude, anxiety, patience and general control over my emotions

I have seen Nicole 2X in one week for a reiki healing. It’s amazing to feel the blockages lifted and my energy growth. I’ve never done this before, but it is going to now be a part of my self care routine.

I have had interactions with 2 of the practitioners here and both experiences were absolutely amazing. My first encounter was with Crissy for Monday Meditation which is virtual. Had a great experience taking the Reiki I class with Charmaine Taylor! The information was very well thought out, the class kept me engaged, and the information and stories got me excited for Reiki II and the Reiki Master class which I will also attend.And I enjoyed my classmates shares, we a had sacred space to share with each other. Was very excited to find this store! My daughter and I went it and we were impressed with the store and it’s merchandise. I bought a number of items ($165.00) including a mini chakra wand pendant. Unfortunately, the part of the pendant which secures it to the chain must have broken as it at some point fell off. I called the store and was very politely told that the owner said there was nothing they could do for me “since those clasps hardly ever break.” Good to know they stand behind what they sell. I won’t be back.

If you are searching for a store with positive energy and metaphysical services from authentic providers look no further! This place is like wonderland and Im Alice. Every time I come to get more jewelry, incense or bath salts, oils, candles or crystals I discover something that wasnt there last time. And all of the staff are knowledgeable about the products. The prices are average but youll run out of time before you run out of things to see.This is the only physical metaphysical store I visit because its huge and the people dont act as if theyre annoyed if you ask stupid questions.

I came in for my second visit yesterday. I was in a really bad place honestly. I was killing time waiting to pick up my husband. I needed a place to go. I walked in and started to feel better. I was in kind of a haze. I selected a couple of crystals and looked at some sage. I kept dropping one of my crystals over and over- the same one. One of the employees asked me if I was having a rough day or a hard time. She was very kind and compassionate. She asked me about the one I kept dropping. We discussed it. She was great. I started to feel better and less in a fog. I bought a couple of other things. I felt more ventured and relaxed instantly. I really appreciated the empathy and positivity from your employee around lunchtime yesterday. She rocked! I will be back!

First things first, Ive been coming to the Open Mind Center for years! Count me as a casual visitor that loves to explore! Working on that spiritual awakening, but this isnt about me, its about TOMC. I had my first ever reiki session! Thomas was amazing!!! Very accommodating, thorough, and the guy is like walking magic or something. I typically research new things to death before taking the plunge, this was no different! I expected to feel nothing, or warmth in the area of my body being worked... thats what Google said to expect :-) what I got was so much more. In addition to the expected warmth/ coolness there were several energy shifts that felt like minor electrical shocks! And no he wasnt using a taser:-) Great place to visit, great first experience and Ive never met a person working there that isnt passionate. I LOVE this place!

Very clean and spacious The young manager with the green locs (I think her name was sydney) with all the swag was very nice she helped me pick out some great items for my alter. Had a cord cutting 60 minute zoom session with a healer. I gave him a chance & about 20 minutes in I wanted to hang up. I waited it out hoping I would feel SOMETHING. Hoping at some point I can believe him, nada. He was constantly asking for information, referring YouTube videos, gave me no specifics, twisted and snapped his fingers a bit & did nothing for me. I heard of cord cutting through someone else who had a completely different experience, very convincing, and this was far from it. If I can give that service 0 stars, I would.

The services range from yoga to intuitive readings, reiki, energy healing, classes, past life regression, soul coaching, meditation and more. You name it. Nicole Miz is nothing short of AMAZING. I had a reiki session with her that lifted worlds off my shoulders. She is so thorough, gentle, nurturing, patient and knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process and I walked out of her office and into a liberated version of myself. She is truly gifted and extremely good at what she does.

The Open Mind Center is home. I have never been somewhere where I walk in and immediately feel welcome and at peace. Everyone who works there is so thoughtful and able to assist me in a way that really makes a difference and suits what I am looking for. The owner Charmaine is absolutely incredible! She handled a concern that I had with such grace and compassion and was willing to work with me until I was satisfied. Her presence around the center always makes me feel at home. It is the only place that I will go for yoga classes and even am doing my 200 hour yoga teacher training here which has been an experience beyond what I expected! The classes are intimate and the teachers are both knowledgeable and accommodating. I know that I have a safe space for healing and growth when I am at the Open Mind Center! I have been to many other healing and wellness centers and no other ones even compare to here. I highly recommend it!

I love teaching at The Open Mind Center not only because of the wonderful energy here, but also because the studio is the perfect place to practice. This business has a warm and inviting air that sweep you up the moment you step in. There are plenty of things to browse, self-help books to yoga mats to and incense. I personally came by regularly to use the tea area (open to the public) to catch up on reading or just get a quiet place to sit and sip and get away from the daily grind. Ive also had several therapy sessions done there, each one making me want to come back for another. My favorite was my first of a few deep tissue massages. The therapist was professional and thorough. I came out of that room feeling like a million bucks!

This place is an amazing gem for Atlanta. They offer so many choices from yoga to Energy healing services and even classes to help you along your spiritual journey. I recently signed up to take my Reiki certification through them, and it was one of the most amazing decisions of my life. I also have met some amazing kindred spirits through the center which has giving me a great sense of community and support. I look forward to continuing my exploration with them and encourage others to do the same.

This is the perfect place to relax after a long day at work. The guided meditations are excellent, you can get a massage, practice some yoga, get some help with your nutrition and just get more connected with your community which is also an important part of your spiritual development. The Open Mind Center is a wonderful place for Yoga, Reiki, energy healing spiritual advising and classroom learning. The Yoga teachers are all great - not the type that force you into pretzel poses!! They work with you where your body is at. The store has a great supply of books, CDs, jewelry, spiritual merchandise, essential oils and candles. One of my favorite places is the sitting area, where you can get a cup of tea and a snack, and sit and read. The energy of the place is just conducive to inner peace in a hectic world. Charmaine Taylor, the Owner is a sweet, very grounded soul.

During my initial visit, I was warmly greeted by a young woman that was very helpful and informative. The staff and instructors are always pleasant and welcoming. I attend Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays and Beginners Hatha Flow on Saturdays. The classes are different but an excellent compliment to one another.

There are a lot of cool supplies here, but the service was not as expected. I had a massage w/ Reiki and was charged $30 more that what I was originally quoted and the practitioner said I owed. When I asked about the extra charge, they said the practitioner misquoted me. Seems like the right thing to do is offer the quoted price, so I do not plan to return.

Love the Open Mind Center! I have enjoyed several of the classes and the Reike sessions with Charmaine! I would highly recommend that you check them out if you want to expand your thinking and health!

Signed up for family meditation, both for Meetup and on website and brought my two children. No instructor showed and the person working there had no idea that there was a class at that time, despite that it was on the website and I had a confirmation email. It took almost 30 minutes for her to properly refund my credit card. We had to wait outside because the burning sage was so strong it was giving us all a major headache. Horrible, disappointing experience.

A friend told me about the Open Mind Center. So I went by to check it out. When I entered I felt immediately relaxed. It smelled nice, there was soothing music playing and it was peaceful. The staff was sweet, down to earth and friendly. I enjoyed the selection of items and purchased some sage, cleansing spray, and crystal. Ive also had a chakra balancing session and attended Reiki share which really assisted me with what I was going through and helped me feel better. Sometimes when I feel hectic and out of balance I crave going there! I just want to breathe, explore and feel the positive vibes at the OMC.
