Took delivery of my 2021 Slim a few weeks back. Been loving the bike, these new Harleys rip. Was a great purchase experience at Killer Creek. They gave me a great offer on my trade and a fair deal on the slim. Worked with Rick in sales, he had to hunt down the exact one I wanted and worked hard to make it happen.

Great shop and sales center. Friendly and welcoming staff, good atmosphere, and strong inventory. Service prices are pretty high like most dealers though.
Killer Creek came to my home and picked my bike up and did some performance and maintenance work. The service department was top notch! The young man named Landon was very helpful and called me regularly keeping me posted on what was going on and was very helpful in making performance suggestions. I hope management sees this and pats that young man on the back. I might add I bought the bike there as well about a year and a half ago and the sales dept is top notch also. I highly recommend them for all your needs. Very satisfied customer.
My wife and I went in to Killer Creek having never ridden a motorcycle before and to look around and get more information about the MSF course. We were immediately greeted by Kerry who was, hands down, one of the nicest salesmen Ive ever met. I explained to him that I have a disability am looking for a bike I would be able to ride. Kerry was extremely patient, informative, and supportive throughout the entire time we were in the store. He answered every question, showed us every bike we wanted to look at and explained what makes them different, and helped me find a bike that would accommodate my physical disability. We went in there just to look around and felt so good about everything that we bought two brand new motorcycles that day. A 2021 Iron 883 for my wife, and a 2021 XL1200 48 Sportster for me. I was so happy with my experience at this dealership that I brought my dad in the following week to meet with Kerry and he ended up buying a 2018 XL1200 48 Special. For the last 15 years I have been wanting to get my dad a motorcycle as a thank you for being a great dad and I was finally able to achieve that dream. I cant recommend Killer Creek Harley-Davidson enough and want to thank Kerry Champion personally for helping me achieve a lifelong dream of not only learning to ride, but getting my dad back in the saddle after having to sell his bikes 41 years ago. If I could do it all again, the only thing I would change is getting the Fat Bob instead of the 1200 48. I love the bike but wish the gas tank was a little bigger. I will be a lifetime customer of Killer Creek Harley-Davidson.
Best dealership in the region. Huge floor selection of bikes and a ton of HD swag. Stevie Ray was legit and everyone was friendly. They had balloons for the kids and drinks for the adults. You really cant ask or more!
On a scale of 1-10 I would rate Killer Creek a 20! They have the best sales team Ive ever dealt with. I arrived right after closing and Ricky and Kevin stayed extra late to make sure I got to leave with a new motorcycle. They treated me as if the store had just opened and we had all day to decide which motorcycle I liked and to take care of things. I would will definitely be using them for any future purchases or maintenence. This team is there for you as a customer and not just to make a check and they make sure you feel that way. They are awesome! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. If your looking for vgreat customer service, this is where you need to be.

Killer Creek was a great place to look at and buy my first Harley Davidson! I was greeted very rapidly even though an event was happening at the same time. I was not pushed into buying a bike by any staff member. When I decided to purchase my bike I was treated with respect and welcomed into the HD community.

Where to begin.I was about 3,000 miles into my 3,600 mile trip, traveling from South Louisiana, racking up Dealer Check Ins and 50 States (Ride 365) when I realized my rear tire was beyond bald. Deals Gap and Hellbender 28 wasn’t too bad, but on my way to Suches Loop, it was getting a bit squirrely. When I stopped to inspect, I realized I had belts showing. Called Killer Creek, as it was my closest shop opened (still an hour away) the Sunday before Labor Day. Josh let me know they could take care of me, as long as I made it before close. I made it there, Cody (Blade) handled the service order, gave me all the discounts and promotions they were running, and got me out quick! This is where most stories would end, but not mine.I didn’t make it 15 miles down the road on my new rear tire, when I hit an obstacle in the road, HARD. Cracked the front rim. After I pulled over, and finished my tirade, I called the shop. They were closing. I told them what happened, and Jeff Price offered to stay late, to allow me to secure my broken bike inside over Labor Day. Mind you, I’m not a customer, and up until now, my only dealings with them was a rear tire, a couple of t-shirts, and poker chips. Got my bike to their shop, and it was locked up for the Labor Day holiday.I was able to locate a replacement rim, and Tuesday morning the service department was able to get me back on the road before 11am. Lee in parts was able to ship my cracked rim back to me.It’s one thing to take care of your high dollar customers, we all expect that. These guys went above and beyond to take care of a traveler, that they may never see again. The manner in which they took care of me, makes me absolutely envious of their loyal customers. All you buyers in the Atlanta area, TAKE NOTE, it would be worth the drive to Killer Creek Harley Davidson!Kudos again to everyone involved. Jeff, Cody, Lee, you all played a HUGE part in making my little mishap suck a WHOLE LOT LESS!

I was looking for my second Harley, and went to Killer Creek where I had previously purchased a motorcycle.No hard sell tactics, they went through my needs, and answered a lot of questions that I had about motorcycles I had in mind.I decided on a used 2015 FLHTK that was basically fully loaded. Only thing lacking was the Non-Alcohol Beer Button.They were able to assist with after the purchase some accessories for the motorcycle I wanted and installed them on the spot for departing.A great dealership to interact with if buying new or used.
I drove 45minutes to the Anniversary Event on Sunday, it was not a welcoming environment.I wasnt greeted by Associates, I will not be returning.

Killer Creek HD has a great team. I especially like their parts (Chris) and service department (Josh). Bought my 2020 RGL back in November 2020. After comparing prices with other local dealerships they gave me far and away the best deal. Easy, no hassle, no pressure deal. Just the way I like it!
Took our bike here to get serviced and was a horrible experience will never go back here. Asked for a chrome oil filter they put a black one on. Had new tires put on an 2 days later the weights fell off the tires. They didn’t do anything correct. Good luck if you go here your bike may come back with oil leaks like ours did. Never had a leak until we were here.

Sells is a noble profession as long as you do not sell folks anything they do not need and are just Honest, looking to serve your client’s needs before your own. Unfortunately so many do not do that and give sells a bad rep!But I had one of the best Service experiences ive ever had at KillerCreek! Right away I got a good gut feeling and vibe from John Haynes who sold me my new Harley Tri-Glide. He was super helpful, knowledgable, friendly, non pushy, and just an honest hard working man!Heck he even stayed until 11:00pm at night for me to do the deal, THEN offered and DID follow me home at night because it was a new bike I hadnt rode yet at night! Can you say CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND?!?!?Chrisoula Frinkley is the Parts department was a HUGE help also! Very patient and very caring! I even was about to buy something that was more expensive but she pointed out to me that I wouldnt have to have that as the other product works just as well for my bike! Spent several days of indecision between several bikes but Sara was very patient and gathered any and all info for me that I needed... All without any pressure. When I found time to make it into Killer Creek, Craig was kind enough to help me out with a test ride. When we got back Sara and the crew made sure I had everything I needed and wanted throughout the process. I needed a Dunlop 404 tire and they had one so my wife went and got it while I was at work. When she got home she had paid $160 for an $85 tire. I wish I could get by with a 95% mark up on my merchandise. I will count my blessings it wasnt $200 and ill pray for yall tonight.Amen

Great customer service. Jeff Price was a good salesperson who is very easy to work with. Although I had to point out a leak to him he was very attentive on getting it fixed. But had to leave bike while they took me home. That was Sunday and bike was delivered Weds.The caliper near the leak was still dirty, then the battery was weak and wouldnt start bike, rattle in engine, front end vibrates bad at 73 mph, clutch engages almost at end of lever. Took back today to shop and given loaner. Scott was extremely polite and listened to my issues.Update: Said vibration couldnt be replicated by tech. Said he took it out up to 73 and nothing. Picked up went on 400 and still vibration. Took video and went back showing it. Tech never took it out on 400 as it only had 2 miles that was put on from the drop-off. Finally fixed it with tire out of balance.

Terrible service department. Worst dealership I’ve ever used. Never trust them with your Harley. They left my bike idling in the parking lot for over 20 minutes after a 5000 miles service. They did nothing about it except be smart mouth about it. Use Hellbender Harley Davidson if you need a dealership or G&G for a great non dealership option if you need service and want someone to respect and take care of your investment. Killer Creek doesn’t care!

Our salesperson Tammie is the best!!! She sold us my husbands bike back in October and made us feel like family from day one. So much so that when we decided to buy me a bike 5 months later we made sure we sought her out to buy mine from her too! :) She answered every question I had, made sure I got the bike I really wanted, and even invited me to ride with her and a group of other women. She was supportive and energetic throughout the process and it felt like she was genuinely excited for me to be getting this bike. Always love this store! And today was NO EXCEPTION! If you love gray customer service them this is where you shop! Weve been there for big events, small repairs and ensuring in between... ALWAYS gets with energy and enthusiasm. I had to call back to get the names right from todays visit. Kayla sits behind the front desk and gets every costumer they the door and on the phone with an enthusiastic smile and helpful attitude. I was checking out some summer outfit possibilities in apparel and was greeted the same way by Waleska who is just as energetic and happy to help! She is also bilingual! Whove made my visit extra fun as I am currently learning the language. She had great suggestions for that as well as offered up color options on the items I was admiring so I knew what choices I had. Awesome salesperson and super cool lady! Very welcoming and competent team! We have been there like I said, often as customer. But also equally important to my opinion is that we have also been there with my man in his professional capacity (like today) visiting the service area. He works for warranty companies and inspects service request ALL DAY at different repair service areas for multiple auto sales and service companies. So when he thinks a place is the best place to buy it is a valuable opinion. The staff really knows how to take care of it’s customers. Had my bike picked up for some no-start issues that ended up resolving itself as soon as it arrived, haha. I recently bought a bike from another Harley dealership. That ended up being a big mistake. I should have come here first. I heard from several people this was the best place to buy a bike because the customer service was outstanding. I needed a few things checked on my bike and also wanted some different handlebars. The parts department took the time to pick out the right handle bars that would be the best fit for me. The service department was super nice and when they completed my bike they called me in and made sure everything was set up perfectly for me. I will continue to bring my bike back here in the future. If youre looking to buy a bike, this should be your first stop!!
I just recently purchased my second bike from Killer Creek. The first bike I purchased about 5 years ago and it was everything I was looking for, this time we were looking for my wife and how lucky to find exactly what we wanted again. Keep in mind we looked at 3 other dealers before ending up at Killer Creek. John - our salesperson went out of his way to make sure we was totally satisfied. I highly recommend Killer Creek.
George Tingley was my sales rep, I could not give him more praise. The guy is just straight down to earth chill and automatically makes you feel like his best friend. I must say, I had the best experience Ive had thus far at any motorcycle dealership.George set up a test ride for myself and a friend and allowed me to ride the 2019 Harley Fat Bob. The Fat Bob has blown all other bikes Ive ridden out of the water. Coming from riding sport bikes and riding 15 + different makes / models, the Fat Bob has been the most comfortable and all around best motorcycle to date. It has the power when needed, the torque everyone looks for, is exceptionally comfortable, and has the aggressive look I like when looking for a future bike. I honestly can say I never thought I would be looking at a Harley motorcycle, however this bike and overall experience has me thinking otherwise. I look forward to future encounters with George and the Killer Creek Harley team. Thanks!*Edit* Every team member selected was involved in some way when I purchased my 2019 Harley 107 Fat Bob. George was the sales rep, I honestly cant say how awesome he was during the whole process. George hands down is The Man. He knew in the beginning that I initially was going to wait buying it, he said no problem but still took time out of his day to give me a demo and to show me around. He didnt press to sell the bike but still did his job to make sure I had a good experience which is honestly why we came back. He made the process super easy and relaxed. My wife and I really enjoyed the whole process with George and look forward to more Hog rides with him. Scott helped us with acquiring the right interest rate / payment, and worked with my wife and I when we had concerns. The Sunday we came in to look and buy the bike, Kitty took all the time she had to help my wife find the perfect jacket / helmet / accessories which ended up being an hour + ordeal. Kitty was happy to assist both of us when we were looking for gear and didnt mind that we were taking forever. Chrisoula helped when I had questions about estimated shipping time on the items and went out of her way to make sure everything was on track. Eric was great, he helped my wife and I as we wanted to put a new seat on with a sissy bar, back rest, and luggage rack. Two weeks in a row he took the time to look over every piece in the book with us to make sure it was something we wanted. When we decided to move forward buying the Fat Bob, Ted took us over to show off all the features of the bike and explained all the questions we had. Rey helped us with the financing and closing on the purchase. Even though we starting the buying process late and started signing the documents at 5, Rey stayed and didnt rush through any of the buying process and ensured that both my wife and I knew exactly what we were signing and answered any questions we had. I wanted to thank the whole Harley team who helped and assisted in the purchase of the Fat Bob.

Stopped in to look at all the harley davidson motorcycles today. The girl in the foyer area said good morning. The girls at the clothing counter said good morning. The girl at the parts counter said hi and we had a conversation about motorcycles. I walked two times through the show room area, once through the merchandise area and twice through the parts area and even spent time outside looking at the harley davidson motorcycles lined out the front door. Nice white police style bike for sale in the lineup outside. Caught my eye twice.The sales guys appeared to be busy talking amongst themselves and were not interested in seeing if I wanted to buy a harley davidson motorcycle today.3 stars. One for each positive encounter with someone at killer creek harley davidson.Mall of Georgia Indian motorcycle people are nice and want to sell motorcycles.
I am a Long Distance Adventure Touring rider, today my wife, myself and two of my friends visited your store, we are all BMW R 1200/1250 GS owners, we are part of a much larger group called the BMW Adventure Riders of North GA. We have somewhere around 20 riders in our group, all BMW GS riders. The reason why the 4 of us visited your store today is because we all have one thing in common, we are all very curious and very interested in seen the Pan American, and like the sales person that spoke to us today if you don’t know what that is, that is Harley Davidsons brand new Adventure Bike, a motorcycle they wish can take them into different markets, bring in new riders to the brand, bring back riders that left the brand for the Adventure riding world to now consider going back to Harley. Everything about the Pan American is interesting to us and we wanted to know if you all had one or if not when is the launching date. The salesperson that spoke to us knew absolutely nothing about it, all he knew is that there was a viewing on the 22nd. After that he walked back over to where they all hang out around your sales manager, and all began to just stare at us and basically laugh and make jokes among themselves. Well, little did he, his buddies and your sales manager know is that standing in the middle of your showroom were 4 people that will pay $20Kt o $25K for a new adventure bike (we all have paid that and more for our BMWs), and we are very serious about doing that to a Harley Davidson Pan American, we were all READY to give you all DEPOSITS, TODAY !!!!. Those idiots didn’t even ask us for our phone numbers and email address so they could let us know when you get them in, which is salesman 101 in my book. But unfortunately, the lack of training and the plain and simple stupidity and attitude of that salesperson and your sales manager, you lost somewhere around $80K to $100K in sales. I am quite sure Harley Davidson would like to know our experience today, and I will promptly email them this same email, so that they know a year from now why they FAILED in this market. The people coming in to look at the Pan American will be BMW, KTM and Ducati Multistrada owners, we don’t kick tires, WE BUY!, WE RIDE!. And you all FAILED! as far as me, and my crew and anyone else that asks me about it.
Jeremy, Dalton, and others, thank you! I have a CMX500, and was certain Id buy an Indian, until I came in to Killer Creek Harley-Davidson. I got a great explanation of each bike, and which would fit my needs. After taking the low rider S on a test ride I was certain that was the one for me, until I noticed a sweet looking Fat Bob in Denim White, and Jeremy informed me of the advantages of that bike over the Low Rider S. I am certain that is the bike for me, and I never wouldve even thought of buying a harley over the others until I tried that Milwaukee 114.

I contacted Killer Creek Service on Monday, May 4th, 2020 at 11am when they opened to schedule my bike for service. I was told that there was no one at the service desk and that they would take a message and call me back. I waited and called back at 11:36am and still not available and was told they would call me. So, at 3:30pm, still no call back so called and spoke with the Sales Mgr, who was the highest ranking person there. He was apologetic and said that they only had a skeleton crew in on Monday, but he said that he would get with service and call back in 5 minutes. An hour later still no call back, so I called again for Sales Mgr and was put on hold for 3 hold cycles and then hung up on! I finally got a call back at 5pm, when they close and bottom line they couldnt care less about the customer. I realize that we are going through some issues with Corona, but just call people back or just tell them to call back tomorrow or engage someone from another department to call back customers and take details to try and expedite the situation. I bought 3 motorcycles at Killer Creek and it has changed a great deal from what it was in the past... I love Harley-Davidson and think it is one of the greatest brands in history, however, customer service is a lost art. It is a sad state of affairs. I regret buying this new bike as at every turn it is disappointing. I left messages for the service manager and general manager as they need to know what is happening at this dealership.

Traveling from out of town, stopped to get a t-shirt and look around. Accessory girls were great, parts department needs some real work. The guy with the ponytail needs an attitude adjustment as well as a haircut. Service guys aired up my tires and the tech was real friendly. Forgot his name but he was a Spanish guy. Sales people barely acknowledged me when I was wandering around the show room which is a shame considering I bought this bike in Arizona and I live in PA. Oh well their loss. I would never buy parts or a bike from there, glad theyre not my local dealer.

This was my first ever motorcycle purchase and the group at Killer Creek absolutely helped throughout the entire process! From financing the bike to insuring its longevity, the group at Killer Creek definitely covered their bases and made sure I understood everything. As a younger rider, I cant stress how much this eased the process of investing in my first motorcycle. Their General Manager Scott stayed well after closing hours to explain all the details and never rushed me in any of my decisions. Tammie was an OUTSTANDING Sales Associate who was just as excited as me for being a new rider. Definitely ask for her if youre looking for a vibrant personality to steer you through the course! Harley Davidson killer creek in Roswell was a great experience. I went in with little knowledge about Harley Davidson and ended up making a purchase I am loving. The entire staff was courteous and very helpful, but I want to give a shout out to Jeremy in sales and the sales manager who really took the time to help me choose and get me riding a Harley Davidson
By far, the worst ran Harley I’ve ever experience!! We booked a rental online as part of their bike rental program. Scheduled for 12pm pick up in a Saturday. When we arrived they told us they gave our reservation out already and we shouldn’t have been able to book the bike. Well, we had to wait until a bike came back at 5pm. Which he didn’t show up until 6pm. Even with covid happening - they never even wiped down the bike. We decided to keep the bike another day since we got shorted on our 24 hours. With the rental club we are suppose to have credits. The refused to honor our club price of $60 and charged us $230. When asked for some assistance for the issue they said they couldn’t. Terribly ran place. Customer service terrible. Processes terrible. All the Harley shops We’ve been to this is by far the worst

I will have to say I am so very happy to go from a sport bike and join the Harley Davidson family. Buying my bike was the most personal and professional experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was very friendly and made it a point to walk up to me and tell me congratulations on the new sled. Kyle McCoy was fantastic and guided me through the process with nothing but honesty and professionalism. FIRST TIME HARLEY BUYER:Craig went above and beyond helping me figure out what new or used Harley was going to fit my needs. Not only did he help me over the phone but my in-store experience was very painless and quick. He went over all my options. And once I decided on a 2013 heritage softail classic with the ESP option added in I was sold. Having his help with this purchase has certainly assured I will come back to killer creek for parts, gear and service. The whole experience was overall pleasant. If I could offer one helpful opinion it would be to offer up a 1st time buyer helmet and jacket package. It would have made my purchase that much more easier. I could have rode the bike home instead of having to load it up in the truck. However Ive put 400 miles on my bike so far and will be back to schedule my stage 1 upgrade to my bike sooner than later. Thanks again for making me feel like part of the killer creek family. Special thanks to Kary Carney in parts dept and Ryan Cobb. Ryan helped me go over the used options while I waited on Craig. And Kary assured my parts buying options will be shipped quickly and flawless when they arrived.
