Bianca and Heather were awesome!! I went in to rent a small unit, but this location was didnt have anything available. But these gals were so engaging and helpful! They found an available unit close by and Bianca completed an entire rental contract as a courtesy to me, even though it was for a different location. If thats not great customer service, then I just dont know what is!!

Facility is good and process to rent was easy. Rising storage prices are probably standard but still a problem.

My experience with the location on Old Alabama has been great!! I can’t recommend Bionca Phillips highly enough!! Her customer service is fantastic! She got me in a unit just in time for my move, so grateful!!! This location is very clean and obviously well managed!

We had a lovely first time encounter with the Manager, she was so pleasant and showed us around the units,explained and answered all our questions. This was on a Saturday, which was very busy and the Manager spoke with everyone on the phone and in person with respect and kindness. This place was also very clean! It had cameras for security and I feel safe to leave my overflow stuff there. I definitely recommend this place.

Great storage place im happy they arent getting broke into like the public storage. And they wont raise the rent every 2 months like that darn cheating people public storage down the street. They are really like a pawn shop. Hey your stuff is moved in and you have no where else to move it ha ha we are raising your rent due to market bull yeah right they have empty units there is not a market demand every 3 months with empty units. Public storage is the worse company ever and trust me my rent went from 15o to 215 in a year

Best rental experience ever. Bionca and Deshaun have been extremely professional and friendly relieving a lot of my stress from moving. It’s all about the service experience for me.

I just signed a lease for storage space as I am moving and need temporary storage. The first day I go to move household goods into storage the Elevator is out. They do have another elevator on the complete other side of the 300 foot plus length building. At this time I am informed that the elevator may be fixed in 3-4 days. Not a good start.

I needed temporary storage and the facility was great with all my needs. Even when I needed to add additional storage they were swift to get me set up and even offered me one month free. My move out was easy as well. The facility was always clean and easily accessible. I would highly recommend.

I’m writing this review regarding the facility located 1605 Old Alabama Rd., Roswell, GA, 30076.Originally my experience was fantastic. A youngman helped me and facilitated setup.My experience went down hill. I experienced mold damage evidenced by water puddles in the hall. Mold on items in my locker etc. I reported this twice to no avail.I began to see water damage on the ceiling and adjacent locker wallsUpon speaking with management a third time I was very rudely asked by the site manager (I wish I had recorded his name),.I had the insurance sold by the extra insurance co but I was asking for him to come see.Yes I did. I purchased the advertised ExtraStorage insurance m. I was requesting him to come and verify evidence that would have evaporated in a few hours.I explained and was told to w. 2 hours and no one showed.I paid $142-$160 per month for a climate control unit that was a lemon. And ruined art and furniture.I can’t afford to put on my home insurance.Also this company never kept trolleys available or consistent indoor like lighting.I will not rent again

I ran in here to pick up a few boxes over the weekend and the 2 people working in the office were great! DaShaun and Brittany were extremely helpful! DaShaun was so courteous, pleasant and kind that I had to write a review. He was just genuinely nice! He offered suggestions on which boxes would be most beneficial and how many. Brittany checked in the back to see if they had any more in stock. DaShaun rang me up and carried the boxes to the car. It was a simple and small thing, but I truly appreciate great service and thought Id write a review as a thank you to highlight my experience.

This place is very clean and easy to get things in and out of with carts available and big elevators. Plus, theres some music being piped in over the PA so its not quite as creepy to be in there all by yourself.

I’ve had a delightful experience with Dashaun. He exceeded my exceptions and was super informative especially being this was my first time having to rent a unit. I will definitely recommend family and friends to Extra Space.

This place is awesome. I needed some storage space so I could empty my house out to get ready for sale, and wanted a place close to my boyfriends place which is 25 miles from my house. After doing some research, I settled on Extra Space Storage on Old Alabama Rd, and my sweetie pie boyfriend secured the space for me. When it came time to fill it up, Gerard was super helpful in transferring the account from my boyfriend to me. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful. I know my stuff is in good hands!

This place is absolutely great. Out of all the storage places Ive been to this is the best hands down. I love the environment and how comfortable the employees make me feel. There was one in particular her name was Montoya. She had such a nice presence and she filled me with joy. She was very warm and inviting and made me feel welcome.

I found this storage facility after calling around for competitive rates, after my previous storage facility significantly increased my monthly rent. I visited this place first to checkout the units and was greeted by Montoya who carefully explained to me rates, availability, as well as showed me an actual unit. Montoya was extremely professional, kind, and courteous even though during this visit, I was only interested in viewing the actual property and location. I ended up signing a contract the very next month. The units are clean, the property still feels new, and the staff is extremely pleasant. I highly recommend renting here.

I love how new and clean the Extra Space Storage facility looks! I have not ever had a storage unit before! I had to mention that I was going to go to a further location and get the first month free, but I decided to rent from the 1605 Old Alabama Rd location and not get the first month free because Gerard is a great manager and great to work with!
