Stephanie helped my friend and I find everything we needed!! the process of turning our hair pink would’ve been a lot more stressful and probably would’ve ended in disaster if she hadn’t gone through the whole step by step with us to make sure we had the perfect products. I already loved Sally’s but this one was the best I’ve been in!

The lady there helped us find everything we needed, got new products from the back because the shelf was empty, and saved us money from buying a product at a higher price for less. She was also very nice!

This was honestly just a terrible experience at Sally’s. I’ve been an avid Sally’s shopper for a decade and visit each location by where I live frequently. I only use hair dye, shampoos and conditioners, most of my makeup etc. from Sally’s. Both girls who were in there while I was shopping were extremely rude and acted as if I was a nuisance from them playing on their phones when I had a few questions. I asked if I could open some make up to see the color and one of the girls (I think she may have even been a manager) just stood there and watched me struggle since I had my hands full with all my other products. I tried to find a place on the shelf to put everything down because it was all slipping out of my fingers and I made a comment about how I was about to lose it all. She just stood there glaring at me(I guess for being an inconvenience🤷🏻‍♀️). It was honestly one of the first times in my life that I actually wanted to say something sarcastic to an employee like “thank you so much for your offer to help🙄”. When I went to check out I had to wait for the girl behind the counter to get off her phone before she would check me out. Again, I usually don’t mind stuff like this but I had to wait a good two minutes just standing there awkwardly. At this point, I was ready to speak to a manager but I was too frustrated. Very unfriendly vibe and I will be driving an extra 20 minutes( which is a shame considering this one’s only five minutes away from my house )to the next Sally’s location simply to avoid this type of customer interaction again.And the craziest thing about it is that this was just the customer service! This location was out of my hair dye color and my eyebrow color which is when I initially went to the store to get 😂 and I wasn’t even upset about that

Ive been struggling to take my hair from purple to gray. Tamra, the manager here helped me find an easy to do and easy on my hair way to make the transition! All of the enployees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I will never go to another Sallys!

Ms. Sabrina (at the Rowlett location) was extremely friendly and helpful... Its refreshing to be greeted warmly.

I went in 6 times for 1 product being told to come back later it would be on the next truck. A month I played this game and I still have no shampoo
