I like this place alot. And most of tjr time Everybody is great. What I dont like is feeling like my business is worthless because I show up 10 min before closing. Most customers are considerate and not completely ignorant of closing. If youre in a hurry to leave then for goodness sake try to help your customer instead of sitting around complaining while your customers hurry and make fast decisions to cater to you because youre in a rush. I get it trust me. But dont work late if your going to make the business look bad. Very rude. Seriously.

I made a mistake when ordering online. Came into the store and got the missed discounts and was also made aware of other specials offered by them. Manager was extremely helpful

The shoe prices arent bad and really good if you use the BOGO. Sales people are very helpful and friendly and wont get in your way if you just want to browse. Good selection of shoes that is always changing. This has become my first stop for shoes (especially for my daughters).

I love BOGO. Buy one get the lower priced shoe half off. Great when you need a pair of not so expensive shoes. We were going on a trip and I needed comfortable walking shoes. Rack Room was the perfect one stop shop. Do not go here if you are looking for the latest style or high priced designers. I am sure you know that if the the title implies getting shoes from a rack. I love them. If they dont have your size they can send them to you or take a picture and get them online. Same deals apply.

I went on 1/18/20 around 5:00pm and had absolutely horrific experience when I had gone. First of all the shoes are very overpriced, it might’ve gone better had the employees been nice, but it’s seemed like they just didn’t care at all, plus they never said a word to me except when I had asked a question about a pair of shoes, I was completely surprised when I had overheard them badmouthing some of the customers using offensive terms to describe the weight, and looks of them, one of the customers they were badmouthing was actually a nice guy too, he was nice and polite and the things that were said were completely uncalled for, I Definitely would not recommend the place to anyone.

I went in on Wednesday (11-27-2019) and my visit started out great. As my son and I entered we greeted with a warm welcoming by a young man at the register. I did not encounter him anymore so I did not catch his name. I got to the register to check out and when I received my total it didnt seem quite right. I was then notified that since the boots that I was purchasing were already marked down they were excluded from the BOGO....understandable. The total still didnt seen right so when I asked about the prices, Brenda notified me that the sneakers I had were ringing up for $20 more than the advertised price. She then pulls out a scanner and says that the price that it is ringing up for is correct. Unfortunately for customers, we dont have that equipment in our pockets so we have to depend on the price on display. I asked her to come with me so that I could show her where I had gotten the shoes and to show her the price they had on display. She came and then stated that the SKU didnt match and that it was for a different shoe. When I asked her if they were going to honor the price since there was a mistake on their end, instead of taking care of the customer, she placed the blame on another customer stating that somebody might have switched tags. When I asked her to direct me to the shoe that matched the tag, she stated that it wasnt there. When I asked her to show me the tag that was supposed to be there for that particular shoe, she looked at the other shoes then ultimately said that it wasnt there. This further made me believe that this was an error made by the staff. I asked if the manager was available and she informed me that she was the manager and that there was no way that she could change the price. I continued with the purchase of my boots because it was pretty late and I needed them but if it had been earlier in the day, I would have gone elsewhere to spend my money.

Always shop here and Ive yet to be disappointed. Nice selection but one things I do have to say.. they never have my size! But alas, small feet come with big shoe shopping problems (as a guy at least)

Walked into the store there were 2 employees working, a cashier & some guy standing by the counter.NEITHER one spoke to us, rather turned their backs & acted like we DIDNT belong there!We went to the womens side of the store & began searching for the shoes my daughter wanted,Its been 35 minutes that we were there & still no employe has asked us if we needed any help with finding shoes.I use a crutch with a knee brace, After 35 minutes since we into the store we still have not been spoken to. Were the ONKY customers that were there!!I wear a knee brace & have to use a crutch to walk, Tired of waiting for help I had to walk clear across the store looking for the manager to get some help.She was in the back storeroom & I told her of our experience I refuse to make a purchase in a store where anyone refuses to great customers ESPECIALLY after being there for 35 minutes & NO one has spoken a word to us!!!Needless to say, we were planning on spendinv over $200. For shoes for 3 my children.Very DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They dont have many Nike styles, they never have my size, always have to order my shoes, and when I order my shoes I always have to wait a few days. Other than that the store is pretty good but its still trash.
