Went Friday after work at 4:45. As I am walking in an other is walking out and said someone will be with you. One person was with a customer buying a phone and said someone would be with me. After 10 minutes I asked if someone could help me and he said everyone was busy. So I left and while I sat in my car someone came out of the back room with his backpack. Bad experience. My time is valuable

Best AT&T store I have visited, very professional and friendly.

This is the best AT&T location I have ever been to. The service I received here was unmatched! The entire team was helpful in getting my issues resolved. Most notably, Mark was extremely kind and knowledgeable. This trip was quick and hassle free because of the incredible service!

I came to upgrade my phone and I had an amazing experience. The manager even came to me to make sure everything went good. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I will come back here for all my ATT needs!

Good service, but employees need to pay more attention. I had to return more than once because they didnt inform me and I got two different excuses. Finally I had to call the 800 number instead.

I went into the store about a month ago to replace a lost iPhone and to get new service. The manager that I spoke with was unprofessional and not helpful and this is coming from someone who has actually worked at an AT&T authorized store in the past. He would not help us with a promotion that I later discovered at the AT&T Rockwall that was available in store. If the manager/employee I spoke to would’ve taken the time to help as a professional AT&T employee then my problems would’ve been resolved.

When we brought our phones we had excellent service by Kettle. The store got busy, she was the only salesperson available and served others while our phones were transferring data from old to new. Everyone got served and were happy. My visit today was to get voice-mail operating properly.

My husband and I went to this store to upgrade our cell phones about a month ago. The rep said we needed to upgrade our plan to accommodate a 5G plan. No problem, he picked out a plan for us and said we would still keep out Direct TV discounts. Our new bill comes this month for our Direct TV and guess what, no discounts. Our bill doubled. I called and was told we didnt get the right cell phone plan. I didnt even pick out the plan we have! We were told when we got the phone that we would keep our discounts! Thats why we went to the store. We were trying to avoid this happening. Needless to say I cancelled our Direct TV and will just use a streaming service at least I can cancel it whenever I want. Dont go to this store and expect to get accurate information especially if you have discounts for other services with them.

Amazing experience today working with Rigo! He not only helped me upgrade my phone, but worked to get me a better plan. I couldn’t have had a better experience!! Thank you.

This store location is friendly and the reps help you solve your issues/concerns. They try to get the best deal for you. I went this Monday got a great deal, upgraded my phone because I had issues with my iphone7 battery. Also they gave me quotes so I can save money on a family plan. They really take time to help you out. Thanks to the rep Who was there that day, I think Rodrigo.

Kettle met me asking how she could help so I explained what I thought was a difficult situation. She listened & then in one simple to understand sentence responded that a solution was actually easily on hand. She politely asked a couple questions and she fixed my problem in short order. What was different was that she listened & spoke in language I could understand. Frankly I had never had this excellent customer service level at this store previously & I will NOW return when she is on duty! Thank you Kettie!!!

My husband and I were greeted immediately upon walking in the store by friendly staff. We were helped by Chris who went above and beyond to make sure we left the store completely happy. He answered all of our questions with explanations to make sure we understood. There were no problems at all. He even made us laugh while we were waiting. Lies to about what plan we would be getting.. Didnt get the gift card we were promised and was pushed into a phone they said was amazing and Ive had nothing but issues since.. Kettie was the rep we had and she never fixed anything or found a solution to her very bad judgement calls. Didnt tell me I was trading a perfectly good phone for 40 bucks.. Which I could have sold or kept... Much better than the one she said had the best camera around.. When I wanted to go with a cheaper phone!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone at this store including the General Manager should be fired! These guys will screw up your order, lie to you, promise to call you back and never follow up. They never take ownership of their screw ups and they really just dont care about customers, at all.I have been dealing with this store for 1 year trying to get credits they owe me for a promotion back in 2016.For one year they have been feeding me lies after lies after lies. Whenever you call and ask to speak to the manager they will tell you things like I am not sure when he will be in or he should be in on Monday. How in the hell do you not know your managers schedule!??Do yourself a favor and go to an actual AT&T store where you can get help when you need it. This third party retailer is a scam and as one customer below stated should be closed down!!

I visited this store, to look into getting a new phone. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was helped by a gentleman named Chris Sanchez who was well informed and knowledgeable of the different products. Chris was not pushy and help me make an informed decision on a new phone. Although I did not buy a new phone that day, I will be returning to purchase my new phone from this location, when it is available.

Been a att client for over 20 years.I have 4 cell phones and direct tv with att.This facility in rowlett is run by a despicable non helpful man.He refused to assist me with a reasonable request of checking my phone to see if it was unlocked.He blew me off to call att corporate.

Went in on a Tuesday, September 19... only one customer in the store and two attendants. 1 is new and cant help with anything and another female spent most of her time on the phone flirting with a coworker who was walking her through the check out process.... I waited for over an hour before finally giving up and leaving. Dont go to this AT&T because none of these people know what they are doing and are in zero rush to provide any type of customer service.

I purchased a screen protector from this place and paid $40.00 for it. It did not work and caused my screen to loose its sensitivity. I called to see if I could return it and was told no & to call the manufacturer. I go to the manufacturer website and it says to see the place where you bought it for refunds!!! So now Im out $40.00 and my phone screen doesnt work properly! I will not ever go back to this store. BTW...I was never informed about it not being able to be returned or that it was a final purchase!

I like this store. There’s less traffic than some of the other AT&T stores and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Terrible customer service, they just need to either fire everyone there or shut the whole store down. Only about two individuals know what they are doing, a guy with tats on his arm is the best worker there. Even the manager sucks, he really just rather not help people. So yea, go out of your way to and go to another AT&T or even just switch carriers they clearly dont care to have customers and hire competent people.

Needed a new SIM card and instead of selling me a new one they cut down my old one free of charge. I was in and out in 5 minutes and couldnt have been happier.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Dont let the customer service fool you, at first they seemed very friendly and helpful, however all they care about is their $$! They quoted us about $153 which sounded pretty good for our family of 4. When we got our first bill we were charged $400!!! Now I understand it was gonna be a little more at first but that was way too much! We ended up moving and the at&t where we moved told us that the bill will be lowered to $300! The kind lady at the new at&t told us the previous lady screwed us and gave us the wrong estimate! I guess the moral of the story is dont go to this store till they fire that employee and all the others at that store who said, oh we are sorry we cant do anything about that. Btw the ladys name was Rosa

Zero customer service. Woman that waited on me was rude and had to call at&t customer service to tell her how to do her job. I needed to replace my recalled Galaxy Note7 and I waited 3 weeks for this fake at&t store to get them in. When 3 phones finally came in after going back and forth with various associates, they refused to do the exchange because they ordered it for me. This would be fine, if any of the 12 people I talked to over the last month had no there to mention that. Now I have to go to an actual at&t store, which I could have done 3 freaking weeks ago. Do not give these people your money. They would have to call customer service to see What to do with it.

The manager (per the name tag she wore) was absolutely one of the rudest people Ive ever met. My husband is blind and lost his phone. He decided to buy a cheap go phone to replace his lost contract phone, esp since he can hardly use any phone as it is. She treated us like we were poor and just plain stupid. She was young and had too much of an attitude to top it all off. This store has all around poor choice of employees. On the surface they seem helpful, but when we go to a real AT&T retailer (not an authorized dealer) we have been told numerous times the information weve received from this location was just bogus lies. Never will go here again.

The guy there was more interested in getting off of work than helping me get my phone set up he rushed and didn’t transfer anything from my old phone the only thing that he did right was set up my Apple ID and put my screen protector on my phone I don’t have any of my contacts or pictures on my new phone luckily I had everything backed up on google but I still have yet to figure out how to get the stuff saved to my phone

Seems like its always crowded so make plans to be there for a while. That said, they will do their best to resolve the issue.

This particular locations staff are down to earth, friendly, and honest.

Sales team was great, young man by the name of Kenneth Johnson helped me make a wise decision for a phone for my son and made the process very easy.

Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and help you transfer the information from the old phone.

I dont ever write reviews, but I feel this one was very deserving. I was helped out by a gentleman by the name of Chris. I would like to say he went above beyond what anyone has ever done for me at any ATT store. He answered all my questions, he was very well spoken, and was very funny. I dont always buy the sales pitch but it was just to good to pass up. I ended up switching over from Verizon and switched my TV service to DTV. 2 months later Im completely happy, Im saving money and the service is superior to anything Ive ever had before. This will be my go to store from here on out. Thank You

Purchased a simple unlocked flip phone for my 87 year old mom in Florida because shes having difficulty with current smart phone.I walked in the door, explained what I needed and the Sales Associates response was Since its not an ATT phone, Im not sure it will work.I handed the phone to her and she said This takes a large SIM card. Im all out right now. I asked her when shed receive more and she responded with I dont know. You mightwant to try the corporate store off I-30.This is the polar opposite of excellent customer service. Why couldnt she have picked up the phone and called a neighboring store? Why couldnt she at least I apologized?Although a manage a store in Rowlett and this ATT store is convenient, I will NEVER go back and discourage everyone else to stay away.The manager of the unit needs to do a much better job of hiring and training for this store to continue to open its doors.
