There are times they dont have things on the shelf but I think that is due to Covid. Its always clean in a store.

Had to pick up some computer paper while I was there. Messy unsorted shelf area with a lot of Not For Individual Sale reams scattered about. Seemed most of the moderately priced ones (that were for individual sale) were still in unopened boxes. Just seemed like more of a hassle than it should have been.

The service was courteous respectful and attended the ice cream was great

This store is rarely stocked up n very short handed at times sometimes Ill drive all the way to Rockwall for a better selection and what I need things tend to go very quickly at this location so youll have to catch then early in the am

Rather pay a little more for a few items at a grocery store and get fresh produce and more verity of products. Walmart used to be the goto place,but has gotten worse over the years. Now just got even worse. Im done.

I do not like working all day, then having to do my shopping and having to check myself and bag all the stuff I bought. Yall have raised prices + the shopper does all the work at least give some sort of discount. Not to mention limited selection on items. I dont even want to give it a star

Usually not a problem get what I need and everything okay. But I have notice some of the employees that are in the isles dont want to help when asked where things are. I sent my son to ask one of the ladys about where something was and I watched she saw he was by himself and right away told him she didnt know where the item was.

Before you even get in the store they have people out front fairly aggressively asking for donations for their organization. I already know who I want to donate to and it’s not you. Then you get inside and there’s the cable company and electric company people hounding you to change providers. If I want to change providers I will call you, no need to bug me while I’m shopping. On your way out the parking lot are the hobos begging for money. Don’t have these issues online shopping with Amazon.

Great. Most important was that you could walk up to any employee and ask where something was and without fail they gave specific directions on what aisle, how far down the aisle and which shelf. The amazing part is that these are high school kids!

I like that its clean each time I go there. Most time their shelves are well stocked. Other times the vegetables & herbs section is mostly empty.

Gotta love this place. Im always finding great things here. My kids love this store, excellent toy selection.

I dont think Ive ever been in this store before and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice it was, and the employees all were very nice and helpful.

I was able to find what I was looking for if I needed help someone was there to give a helping hand and that was a long ways perfect I would recommend someone to go to that particular Walmart

Okay let me tell yawl I loovvveeeeee this walmart. Im originally from Dallas and believe me when I tell you every walmart is different. You can almost always get what your looking for here. My son needed work shoes and I was able to order them and pick them up before his shift started. All the workers greet you with hello, and a smile. You have the freedom to look around without sharing the freezer if you know what I mean. Annnddd you can shop freely knowing things will be stocked and ready for you when you arrive.

Nice little museum. Most artifacts are of a collection of this private owner. Photos, autographs, movie memorabilia, etcetera. Nice owner.

The staff is usually very helpful and friendly and I love the ability to get all my needs at one great store!

They redid the cold sections to more efficient equipment. My wife likes it as shes not freezing hurrying me to pick stuff out fast because shes cold lol

Allot of homeless people in the parking lot asking for money. They dont have self check out here. Bathrooms are always smelly and dirty. Only thing i like about this store is that they always have good clearance sections.

Rowlett Wal-Mart we love it U can find more things here than other Local Wal-Marts

Three stars because they close earlier than store hours say sometimes, and because they consistently dont have lots of the items the other supercenter wallmarts carry. the frozen fruit section is non-existent and the meat section is ... lacking. to say the least

Didnt carry alot of my favorites like the hormel pepperoni snacks with crackers and cheese and individual milo sweet tea.

Natalie who was working at the Pickup side of Walmart shopped and delivered my groceries to my car. She was very polite and was able to find everything on my list.Also she organized my groceries just how I like them. Was the first to do that so nicely.

Well-stocked and clean. I was disappointed that, after waiting quite some time in line for a real checker, she was VERY rude. It is unusual for this store to have rude workers, but it affects my rating for this particular visit (normally I would give 5 stars because the workers I encounter, usually when i do grocery pick-up, are fabulous - friendly and efficient.)

Wonderful, wonderful store.They didnt have any shipping boxes stocked which is what I came in looking for, but I left with a bunch of other things I didnt realize I wanted.If you tell the people hustling cable tv and internet that youre homeless they wont try and sell you anything.Its the small things in life that make it fun.

I dont go to Wal-Mart anymore unless I absolutely have to. Not enough cashiers ever. They want you to do everything yourself there. Nobody on floor to help you find things. Only see them on your way out. Checking your cart.Self checkout used to be for when you didnt have many items. Now you have to ring up a cart full. Bag it yourself. And God forbid you need help out.Forget about it

Its a Walmart. I come here multiple times a week for groceries and its fairly clean. Its what youd expect from a Walmart.

I went shopping for clothes today and they did have nice shirts but the selection of Jean shorts was very disappointing. The only Jean shorts that they had were at the knee and im a person that will not wear ANYTHING above the knee or at.

Mrs.Shea is very comforting to talk with. Her concerns for her employee are remarkable. She has been a blessing during our situation.

Best Mediterranean Food...Buffet.. Highly Recommend...

This Walmart location in Rowlett is very clean, without a doubt, management is doing an excellent job, with its employees, they need to work on their customer service! Overall, I really like this location!

No problems finding items. Shelves are well stocked. Self checkout was easy and fast. A little tip for self checkers: If you place the barcode up when you initially place it in your basket, your scan/checkout time will be significantly reduced.

I like this Walmart, they confused me when they changed the isles up moving certain items to parts unknown but, it is a good store.

People are cool here and gas reasonable. My go to spot

I purchased 2 items the plastic totes almost bigger than the shopping cart. I have always seen the social media videos of the black shoppers getting stopped and asked for a receipt well on this day it happened to me. A white gentleman walked ahead of me and was not questioned about his purchase however the young lady minding the door asked for my receipt. At first I was like well she is just doing her job then it hit me I had just been profiled. I stood off to the side and watched as the young lady didnt ask to check anyone elses receipt after me. So I asked her was she going to check anyone elses receipt and she told me to have a nice day sir. Really would be a shame if Walmart lost business for racial profiling.

Finding knowledgeable associates for store products is impossible. Finding knowledgeable associates on location of merchandise is impossible. Leaving car in parking lot is hit or miss with shopping carts people leave everywhere...

Every time I go to Walmart I regret it. I don’t even know why I bother anymore. 100% pay a few cents more somewhere else and save yourself a headache.The level of disrespect from the employees is beyond me. The way the employees speak to customers baffles me. These people have no clue what customer service is. God forbid you have to return something, better clear your whole day and then cross your fingers you will get an employee that is willing to do their job.

I came to the FedEx to send off a packet, great service. If i had time, this would have been the perfect day to shop in this Walmart. Not too busy in the check out areas. Maybe I can get this type of setting on my next visit.

Shopping at walmart is always a great experience . People are always welcoming you and ready to help with your needs..

Just your average walmart. Im giving this one less than 5 stars because they dont have a jewelry department like most others around here. Could possibly become an inconvenience for someone. Other than that its never as crowded as the one in Mesquite or Garland. Great place to get cheap groceries.

It was pain when I went there, there were barley any swimpants, and I have came there on July 1 trough the 9, they didnt even restock, the t shirt section, well that was a nightmare, everything was a mess, let me give yall a example of what happened, there was a space jam t shirt that I liked, and I was going to get it but there wasnt any, instead there was a fast and furious t shirt, and here comes the final thing of my experience, the cashier, where do I start, the cashier didnt even know how to insert the gift cards, he was just swipeing it, until someone had to come and help him, and he did was just insert the numbers from the back, and I was standing and waiting for 15 minutes, I still go there because it is the nearest on to my house

Since their recent store map change I have enjoyed the wider aisles and easier access to different heavy traffic areas. Only odd part is cosmetics placement next to home and garden and in an enclosed area.

Clean, pretty well stocked. Could not locate the keto items that I came for. Was surprised it was not very busy for a Friday just after work.

I love this Walmart they are so clean and the staff are helpful when your there. The only problem I have is that they never answer the phone. When your there they are so nice and will assist you with whatever you need. I recommend this Walmart to go into but if your calling to get information they dont answer go inside or shop online.

This store is being refurbished and brought up to date at the moment. It is still the same products and prices but with more lipstick on the pig. Only went here because my wife needed something only Walmart has, brand and the like. Otherwise I try and stay out of here. In fact I was not aware of the update, which is almost done, or of any other changes.

It was just a quick run in and out deal.

Quick trip for diapers and wipes. Quick fast and easy.

This review is based on many negative experiences with the EMPLOYEES at the Rockwall location over the past 12 years not the store products. They are never very helpful and always rude rude rude! Even worse, on two recent occasions my daughter and I reported being stalked by the same man in the Health and Beauty Department. The matter was taken seriously and the man was immediately removed from the store my advice is to stay vigilant and aware while shopping here!

The grocery department is always low or completely out of essential items. For instance, I went the other day and they were completely out of eggs?? Like really.

They do not having register in person open. Everyone is forced to self checkout where is long line . 15 min or more minimum.

I used to shop here all the time. After not shopping here for weeks, I did today. I have to use a motorized shopping cart to get around the store due to severe orthopedic problems. They ONLY had one working, out of at least 5-6.I ended up w as long around on 2 crutches. I nearly passed out before I could get back to my car.

Every time I go here it’s extremely busy and there are one or two registers open. This store does not have their stuff together. Way too many times I’ve had to check myself out with a huge basket full of groceries, because it’s faster than waiting to get checked out by a person.I’m totally done with this store! I’d rather to go Rockwall.

They are never stocked on stuff I need like Gatorade, Body Armor, Minute Maid Apple juice. Going to Target from now on. Very frustrating having to go to another store to save a few dollars because Walmart doesnt have what I need.

Terrible service. Needed ammo and asked what appeared to be a manager at the auto counter which was less than 30 feet away.He was obviously not interested in helping and said hed go find someone. The fact that he made no eye contact was the first red flag and him having to find someone in a building that large instead of using a walkie was the second.Non the less, my wife and I waited. In front of a locked case with no lock on it at that. Being respectful, we waited. More than five minutes later she and I are frustrated and she walks to find a manager to help us since obviously they werent going to send an associate. I stayed just in case someone showed up. Five minutes later she returns with no one and states that theyre looking for someone with a key because the associate, not any of the managers, has a key but is on lunch.Five minutes later we give up and get our own ammo from the unlocked ammo door and head to the front to be checked out.My suggestion. Managers need to at least respond and help shoppers if they cant send an associate. On top of that, a manager or even another associate should have responded to let us know what was going on.Scenarios like this override low prices. You cant have a building that must be 300,000+ square feet and managers dont even have access to products. Better yet, managers of giant super stores should know what service is and how to deliver it.
