The lady who helped me was wonderful. Friendly and so helpful in finding the right frame for my face. The Space is neat and organized so that I was completely comfortable during my time there. So glad I went there.

Dr Pakzad is extremely nice and informative. I had a great experience. Highly recommend her. The other woman assisting me in finding my pair of glasses was quite helpful as well.

Dana was so sweet. I just needed my glasses adjusted and she did it without hesitation and made them fit my face again.

If you want great service Go elsewhere! I have never seen this type of incompetence!!! Rude & unprofessional! No regard for your time. After trying to get into the office multiple times, I was told “my hours are posted on the door” NOT the large circle; but the little bitty typed up paper on the bottom left of the picture! Needless to say our appointment was at 9; and nobody was actually in the office when we pulled the door! We saw 10 o’clock big as day and figured they made a mistake with our appointment times. We go back at 10 to be told “I have been here the whole time”

Dana has been taking care of us for years and we would not go anywhere else. The rest are nice too but Dana is precious. Great selection and service is awesome. I couldn’t think of going elsewhere.

Nice shop, staffed by solo eyeglass expert. Convenient location, in the front of the store by checkout lanes.A separate entry/exit to the outside of SuperTarget store.

Every time I almost break my glasses, the ladies help me fix them and align them to their normal shape/form. Without them I probs would’ve needed like 300 new pair of glasses. They have saved me a bunch ^_^

This place is the worst! I have worn contacts half my life and never had such a problem. The staff is quite rude, they don’t communicate very well, and just answer with “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I had a trial pack of contacts, called to say that I liked them, they said I could pick up my prescription, which I understood to mean actual boxes of contacts. Turns out it’s just a piece of paper to take somewhere else. They are unable to help in anyway after that; “I don’t know what you want me to do”.

Dr. Mina was great! The receptionist was very helpful. I will continue to go every year :)

The doctor is so rude and condescending. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. When I say uncomfortable I mean UNCOMFORTABLE. She should not work with people. The way she spoke to me and practically yelled because she claimed I didn’t give her my previous prescription although she never directly asked me and I told her assistant my prescription twice. Avoid going there. I personally will never return.

Just find another place. They hurry you up and ended up giving me the wrong contacts. I went back because I could not see while driving and still wrong. Went a third time and they were better.Yes, each time I told them that I could not see but I do not know, they sounded like they did not believe me ( why would I be lying about this?). They also did not want to share my prescription with my contacts provider; they did not want to send it or speak to them. Avoid a headache and find someone better.

Poor customer service and scheduling.

I went to the eye doctor but there were a few questions that the doctor didnt want to answer for fear of losing time. The receptionist is cute

Had a 2pm appointment that I had to take off work for. And my name was not on the appointment list. Won’t do that again
